Second time around , I became stranded out of state, due to weather I was going to miss my closing , and unsure when I would be able to reschedule ?
A Quicken Loans Repwas available to come to the residence I was at , and I made my closing on time
In all aspects I found them professional, transparent , and pleasant to work with
I FOUND THE EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKEN LOANS TO BE VERY,VERY SATISFYINGEVERYONE WAS VERY PROFFESSIONAL AND THE TRANSACTION WAS COMPLETED QUICKLYALL OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED IN A TIMELY FASHIONI WILL BE DIRECTING A LOT OF MY FRIENDS TO TRY THIS COMPANY IF THEY WANT QUICK, SATISFYING LOAN SERIVICE
Quicken Loans does not live up to their name.They are the slowest company I have ever dealt withThey made misleading claims to me while doing business with meThey also seem to be incompetentThey say they are engineered to amaze but I wasn't amazed by one thing they did
Quicken Loans Rocket Mortgage is true to its name The entire process, compared to past experiences with other Lenders, was "rocket" fast From start to finish, the process was easy, customer service was excellent, the rate was great and closing was a breeze I could not have had a better experience anywhere We knocked our mortgage down several years and the monthly payment decreased I am one highly satisfied customer!
My experience was fantastic,was better than any mortgage company I've tried not a lot of hassle procedures Swift interest rate 3.75% house payment $200.cheaper including taxes and insurance what more can you ask for even referred others thanksQL
Overall my wife and I were extremely impressed from beginning to end how professional the representatives were with us, and how well tuned Quicken Loans, Inctheir processes were From the initial first to contact me via telephone, among the hudreds of representative throughout the US sitting and waiting for that initial hit on their web site, to the final check in by Nick Sykes and delivery of closing documents, all their effort were top notch The only hiccup was in the middle where it took over a week in their contact with my bank where my wife needed to intervene and assist in this process I have moved around a lot with my work and have bought/sold and worked with many mortgage companies, my worst experience was with WellsFargo, and Quicken Loans made it quite easy and enjoyable Thank you for this
We started the loan process with Rocket Mortgage on 9/6/to refinance our home I did some research first and we decided to move forward with applying On 9/15/after submitting all of our information via the web, running a credit check, title, etcwe receive a call that they do not finance manufactured homes set as real property A lot of paperwork and hassle could have been eliminated by a simple disclosure on their web-site that they do not finance them I also spoke with an actual person several times prior and this was never brought up till over a week into the process and having our credit pulled I also put just as much time and effort into paperwork as I would going to a traditional bank I do not recommend using Rocket Mortgage and feel their ads and web-site are misleading in information, time it takes, and ease of paperwork
This was my first major on line transaction, I was a bit nervous but Carly was very understandingShe was very patient and informativeThe entire process went smoothlyThanks quick n loans staf!
days after QUICKEN LOANS received my insloss claim package containing 100% of the doc's requested I have no money with with to pay my contractors
March till April and counting my MORTGAGE COMPANy is the reason my roof can't be repairedALL info requested was sent, they require doc's not originally requested, they send ck's with wrong names they send cks without my name just slow roll and drag their feetNot once has QUICKEN LOANS contacted me to request doc's discuss my claim.not a call, text, email NOTHING
QUICKEN LOANS sits there earning interest on my insclaim while my roof needs repairthey are SHAMELESS

For the Most part I had no issues with Quicken LoansIt took a little longer then I expected for them to complete the loan even though I responded to their request for information in a timely mannerThe only issue I had was with one of their fact checkersThere was an issue with my home line of credit and when I was speaking to the individual with quicken loans she was rather short with me and seemed bothered by my comments and questions like I was supposed to know everythingOtherwise it was fine
