My experience with Quicken Loans was excellent The mortgage rep was attentive, responsive, and provided excellent guidance The loan team that processed the loan, including the closing agent, were all professional, responsive and customer-oriented I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking for a mortgage The whole process was streamlined, all information could easily be uploaded, and the website and process developed by Quicken made the mortgage loan process much more simple than my past experience with other lenders has been I can't even think of something I would recommend they do differently I will use Quicken Loans as my for any future purchase or refi

All I can say is they are scammers should not be in businessThere appraisers are hearing impairedAll they want is for you to take a loan and roll it over into the refi to fix things that totally make no reason or sense to fixMy dealings with them were horrible I wasted two months of my time and out the window to get refusedI have good credit no bills money in the bank pay mortgage on time and still get refusedBad people
My experience from the first phone call till my closing was a positive oneLina and Molly handled my first few steps in the progress very politely and professionallyThese two women made me feel so good while talking with themI would recommend quicken loans to family and friendsThe team that I had was by far the most outstanding and courteous that I have ever dealt with

We had a pleasant experience with our loan process However, it did take approxthree months from start to finish, which some of that was due to a slow appraisal, so it was not Quickens fault The only other thing that would slow it down would be the part that I would fax in what loans I would want paid, and they kept showing just what came up on our credit report I was wanting to pay off more than what showed, and not pay a couple that were showing (school loans that my son pays), so it got kind of long trying to get it right, but we/they finally did and it went well from there outIf you live in a rural area, like we do, scheduling a closing can get postponed a few times alsoBut all in all, they seem to be a great company who helped us out when we needed them
