Really????? NO!!! I don't I need the "Construction loan" to include the land financingThat is what I sat and explained times to herI even told her most companies don't offer that kind of a loanI will never, ever, ever do business with Quicken Loans, and if they employee this caliber of staff neither should anyone else…"My Openion" I can't rate lower then a I would give them a -
I just tried to call Qucken for technical help The man on the phone was impossible to hear and understand: there were multiple people in the same room making phone calls and the man's accent was not comprehensible Very poor technical service
Except for a minor misunderstanding toward the end of the process, our experience with Quicken was a smooth oneEveryone with whom we spoke acted professionally and patientlyWe were able to close in less than a month
I have used Quicken Loans twice nowBoth times I have had no issues whatsoever and can't believe how smooth the process wasI was able to do EVERYTHING online with the exception of signing the closing documents which was done in the comfort of my own home! Their rates are competitive and the web site is VERY easy to useNice job
