I had a fantastic experience with Quicken LoansTheir mortgage loan process is extremely efficient and streamlined to the point where I was able to complete my application and provide all requested documentation within minutes using my personal computerOnce approved, they sent an agent to my home to complete the closing process making this the most convenient mortgage experience I've hadI can't say enough nice things about QuickenIt seems they have really perfected the customer service experience

Please let everyone know that Do Not transact any business with this company They trained their employees to go out and "rob" people in desparate need for financial help
To make it short: tell everyone to steer away from Quickens Loans or else you will lose a lot of money in the long run

I have dealt with Quicken Loans three different times now I love the ease and convenience of their application process Everyone I spoke to was friendly, courteous, and helpful They were patient with all my questions and concerns, and answered all my questions! I would recommend them to anyone that needs to have a refinance or mortgage A big thanks to Ryan Kennedy He is the best!
Quicken loans made the whole loan process easy
The only negative was they sent my pay off checks to the house instead of the PO box and I found the checks tied to my gate That could of been a nightmare if someone would of taken them
