The quilt I received was nothing like what Iwas shown on the website and ordered. The company made me ship it back to Hong Kong to get a refund even though the package was mailed to me from Washington State and the website shows an address of Texas. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Scam.

Total scam. Do not buy from this company or you will be sorry

Totally a scam who sends out very cheap imitations of some other artists’ work. Quilt ordered was sleazy material, thin, and not quilted AT ALL. I am going to file a claim.

Do not buy. Cheap fabric with printed quilt pattern. Bad deal.

Images are stolen from other people. Products not as described.

This company is a total scam. Paid for a king size and what I received won't fit a full size. The product is more like a duvet cover instead of bedding. Sent emails and no response.

Worst company. I purchased a mandala area rug in December and a doormat. Its June now and still no rug. They have sent fake tracking numbers for it too and tried to say it was delivered with the doormat that was sent in May but used a fake tracking for the rug. Total rip off scam company. The doormat looked worse than something from the $ store.

It’s been six weeks and several letters and the merchandise has not arrived. They provided tracking numbers that don’t exist. Scam company. Don’t purchase anything from them

Steal copyrighted photos to use in their products they advertise on their website

Totally SCAM company, that operates under many different names. Same experience...took forever to receive 2 “quilts” I ordered for Christmas gifts for grandkids...long story short, I was relentless with PayPal...returned the 2”quilts”, which I received separate, and way after Christmas...documented everything, phone calls with PayPal, emails, pictures of items, mailing tracking numbers to N. J., ( “quilt” held up to a window so one could see how thin), picture of “package”(really just a 9 inch tyvek-type dark green envelope with ruler next to it, etc., etc.). Then got my credit card company involved (VISA), sent them copies of EVERYTHING, and got my credit card credited back in full. They tried same deal with me...a small refund...No way! What a scam, sham “company”....they should all rot in h—-! I rarely order anything on line...and this will be a good reminder. I guess one should always check reviews first and foremost! PayPal was very unsympathetic...they had dealt with this company, and other names they operate under...but were no help...almost as if they knew and were in on it...very dissatisfied with PayPal.

This company is total is bad. It should not be allowed to sell in the US. The bedding product did not match the pictures, it had a stain on it and it didn't fit my bed (not that I was going to use it at that point). After weeks of getting them to take it back, they said I would have to ship it to China, which costs more than I paid for the product. If I had extra money laying around I would have shipped it back based on the principle, but I could not spend $130 for that. So, I am stuck with a duvet that I will never use and out $100. I have lived in my house for 5 years, and sadly this is the first purchase I have made to spruce up my bedroom.

A scam company. I ordered a handmade quilt and got a poor printed replica of the beautiful quilt AZCozy used in their ad. What I received was no better than a packing quilt. The return address on the package was for an empty lot in NJ. No way to contact the company to return. They change their name online as often as I change my clothes.

I had the same experience as others have stated. It took much longer to receive and when it did, it was very poor quality...a stamped bath mat quality instead of the large rug I anticipated. After multiple attempts for refund, I was told I should just keep it because it would take too long and be expensive to mail back to China. When they finally sent return address, I was told it was past the return date. Horrible product and customer service!!!

Cheap foam pad was sent, not an area rug. Bogus company, I wished I had found these reviews!! Lost $119.99!!! The website needs taken down! Cheap bad product!! PayPal is supposed to protect you, they would not charge it back to them either. Crooks!! Do not buy from them!!

This is a SCAM business and is NOT located in the U.S. The charge on my credit card came through from Hong Kong! not Texas. No merchandise was ever received. They deserve zero stars. And, now their website (AZCozy.com) has been shut down. Despicable situation!!

I also ordered from this so called company. My nephew loves Spider-man; we ordered what was supposed to be a rug for his room. Just as you all stated, the quality is totally pathetic, it is no more than a foam mat (the RUG is atrocious!!!! As with at least one other customer, it took much longer than the original date of 2 weeks, it was more like a month. They are very slow in responding to any request!!! I was told they would refund 40% of my purchase (that remains to be seen).

The comforter is a furniture moving pad with printed fish on it what a piece of garbage They will not respond to my email or give an address to return it

Paid $60 to azcozy for a "sherpa blanket" which was anything but! Never saw such garbage! Material was thin as a sheet of paper!!!... I can almost kinda see right through it, and it is not sherpa! It is also gaudy ugly! I emailed them requesting a refund. When they finally emailed back, they said I was 1 day too late, past time for return/ refund of item. Now they no longer answer my continuing complaints. Why cant this company be shut down or forced to refund or sued/ arrested, etc...? What a SCAM!!!

I purchased a gift for my grand daughter. After waiting 30 days longer than was stated, the item I received was not what I ordered. The picture and description both said I was ordering a comforter.
I received a duvet. It was very cheap looking and was sewn very poorly. When I contacted them about returning the item, I had to return it and wait to see if I would get a refund even when my confirmation had a 30 day money back guarantee. When it took 60 days to receive my order it was impossible to return it in 30 days! I warn anyone thinking about ordering from this company to STOP and look someplace else. I didn't want to give this company 1 star, but it would not allow me to give them zero. Peggy C

Ordered king quilt from website. Arrived and it was no more than two sheets sewn together and not large enough to cover my bed. It arrived to my address with my first name only and absolutely no paperwork. No return address. So I emailed them to see how to return and get a refund and they replied that they would only refund 1/3 of the price paid and still received no return address. Turned over for PayPal to dispute with no help. They denied my claim so I guess you just are out of the money. Very poor business, totally a scam.
