BUYER BEWARE! I can't believe I fell victim to this because I typically research everything! I didn't with this company which was a HUGE mistake! I thought they were a Texas company but little did I know that the "pure crap" that was sent to me came from China. I thought I ordered a panda bear comforter for my grand daughter for Christmas. I was sent something resembling 2 thin sheets poorly sewn together with frayed edges. You can also see large black letters on the inside (it's that see- through). Another interesting point is that when I try to search for this item on their website I can't find it. I sure see it on Amazon though and AMAZON should ban this company from their site! After reading the other equally bad reviews just now, I had to leave my experience too. I won't be attempting to get a refund due to the cost and futile attempts others have made. Oh, and I when I tried to email the company, their box is conveniently full. This sham of a company needs to be shut down!!!

I made the mistake of ordering before checking up on the website. They say they are based in Texas but it comes from China. Their customer service will respond okay but it's full of false promises. I ordered a duvet cover - it got stuck in customs for a long time and when I did get it it was 12" too short in length and width. I was promised a 30% refund, I've never recieved it and now their email doesn't work. Horrible company.

They sent me something that looks completely different than what it did on the website and will not even return my calls now

I ordered my comfortor $59.90 12/15/19 and it was supposed to be here by Christmas. Today is 1/1/20 and still haven't received. I see the quality sucks and I don't even want it anymore. I tried emailing cs.azcozy.com and get my email returned, mailer deamon. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and will see what happens. Total scam!! Their cheezy emails say it was shipped and the tracking number is bogus. I am pissed of! I hope these people are arrested! Big scam!!

Everything about this company is a scam. Like several of the other readers I wish I would have read the reviews. All products are produced and shipped from China which was never mentioned. I ordered a bed set which I could hardly call it that. The red lines used to trace the shape was all over the place, so was the way it was cut out. A 10 year old could have cut a straighter line.

1.) The Material was a thin polyester, the zipper was broke, seams where not sewed together in spots. It was considered to be a full size so I bought a cheap comforter but the product was over 6 inches to short so it's totally useless. The product came in a gallon size bag!

2.) There was not return policy listed and as far as Pay Pal forget it. I was instructed that I could pay for shipping but the chances of getting any money back is slim to none. This was a Christmas present for my grand baby. Based on some of the reviews customers spent hundreds of dollars. I lost $90. Below is some of the email scams that I received.

( No mention it was coming from China), it took 4 weeks I’ll keep you posted with the freshest updates regularly.

5.) Brayden here, from Azcozy.com, with the latest news about your order.
Production is complete! Done! I’m looking at it right now, and it looks AMAZING. I’m thinking about how you’ll be happy when this beauty arrives at your doorstep.
At this moment, your order is leaving the factory and traveling to the warehouse, where it will be thoroughly inspected, classified and labeled for the shipping. ( What is amazing is that he's in Texas and the Product is in China).

AZ cOzy and Kaylee and Tepid distribute falsely advertised products
I ordered a rug for $50 and received something for the floor but it’s not a rug or carpet.
I have same complaint as others. I received the product more than 30 days after ordering.
Would recommend people stay away from this company.

Its a scam... they show photos of lovely quilted blankets and they send you a thin crappy stamped blanket in which all the colors are smeared.. One of mine smelled of fish so bad, I had to put it in the garage...

PayPal authorized the return, however it is only to CHINA. The cost to mail the blankets back, are over $80...The site claims to be in Houston TX, and the products were mailed to me from a distribution center in NJ and I am supposed to mail them to CHINA??

Paypal stated that once the vendor received the blanket, I would receive my refund...

With their "Shipping Guarantee" they would only cover $32 of the cost of shipping. This is AFTER they reviewed the account when the seller receives the product.

There is no way I am going to spend $80 to mail products to a bogus address in China, and then MAYBE receive a refund....

I will NEVER use PayPal again...

I ordered 2 quilts and a rug from pictures on the Azcozy site. The items I received look nothing like the pictures. I believe they are participating in false advertisement. When you try to return the items you are given the run around and cannot even find out how to return the items. They also allow 10 days to return something. What a rip off. I am very unhappy with Azcozy.

We ordered a Hippy Blanket. The shipping took much longer than advertised. We tried to get tracking information, but "Lisa ***" who answered our emails did not address our concern, merely said it was on the way and "Cheers". We finally got the blanket which was stuffed into a small plastic bag. It had a date of December 3, 1996. Also, the quality was HORRIBLE. Wrinkled, loose strings, poorly sewn and uneven. The picture in the advertisement made it look like it was bright, soft, and of good quality. There were no instructions on what it was made of or how to wash it. NEVER order anything from this disreputable company!!! In good conscience we cannot give it ANY stars but had to or this review would not post! Bah Humbug! A negative 5 would be more fitting.

PLEASE SHUT DOWN THE BOGUS, FAKE BUSINESS! I PURCHASED TWO RUGS OVER THANKSGIVING AND IT TOOK SOME 4 WEEKS TO ARRIVE FROM CHINA. YIU DO NOT GET WHAT IS ADVERTISED. I just had the same experience with the garbage as the others. How ‘bout some social media pressure on PayPal???

If I could give no star I would. I ordered what LOOKED like a comfy comforter blanket in a native American print. Over $80.00. What I recieved is a piece of material that looks like I got it cut from the local craft store. Cheap quality piece of thin material full of loose colored threads all over it. Looks and feels like a shower curtain ! I also have sent SEVERAL emails asking about returning, since there was no packing slip or return slip. They STILL have NOT answered any of my emails!!

Ordered a rug. Received a plastic and foam mat with very bad printing. The dimensions of this “rug” are 3’x5’ and the whole thing weighs less than a pound! It’s garbage, and the company is not responding to my emails. Do NOT buy anything from these thieves!

The product I received did not match what I ordered. I tried to return, came back Unknown address

False advertisement. I bought a rug and when it arrived it was not as pictured. It was the same as other reviews. The rug was poor quality, has a flaw, and looks like a print of the rug advertised. I contacted the company and was told that it was exactly what I ordered. I was first offered a 20% refund . I filed a complaint with pay pal and was instructed to try and work things out with the company first. The company has offered a refund if I return the item at my cost. I informed them that it would cost around $50 to return the defective and deceptive item that cost $15 to have shipped to begin with. They have offered a final 30% discount. I will be contacting pay paL to open a dispute, however it sounds like that is not turning out well for some. I think this company may also be operating under the name HMCozy. BEWARE! BIG SCAM. Does not deserve a 1 star rating.

Ordered a comforter from Azcozy.com. I already had one from Bed, Bath & Beyond, so I knew it would arrive in a big box- but when it arrived IN MY MAILBOX, I knew we had a problem. I SO wish I'd found these reviews before ordering. When I contacted them that they sent me the wrong item, they offered me 30% off another order. Not a chance! I told them I wanted a Full Refund. They gave me an address in China to return to & get a refund. I'm not hopeful I will get refund. They told me Not to send it to their Texas office cause products go missing there & so I wouldn't get my refund. I never thought about filing w/ PayPal. I will do this today.
This company is a SCAM! Products nothing like seen on website. Do Not Buy from them!!

Wasnt even close to the quilt I ordered!!! And mailbox is full, no phone number. HORRIBLE

I have ordered a bedspread and an area rug with peacocks on both. The order was placed over a month ago. You are never given shipping details or tracking availability to see where your order is. This company has not sent my product, and the emails return to me stating that their mailbox is full. Three emails all returned. There is no way to contact this company at this point for me. Further they ask for my order number and email address in order to log on and see my order information. I took the to order numbers directly from the email confirmation and yet the software tells me no such order number exists. But I have two emails from them. What they are doing is simple out-and-out theft! And we wonder why Trump stood up on behalf of the American Consumer and is giving China push back? They're hiding behind the fact that they are in China and going after consumers with this returns policy only if you spend about the same price as the product. I do not understand how PayPal can be joining in and supporting a merchant that clearly steals directly from US citizens. I believe a class action should occur but I don't know how that would work other than to go after PayPal. What do you all think?
