Took my money and never got my order.Lawery will get my money or they will close their DOORS. D.PERRY

I bought a wool rug that is from a very good maker and what I got from cozy was a piece of crap that was less quality than that of a towel, do not buy from this company. You will not find a phone number to contact them.

This company is a total scam. I ordered a small area rug with a description and photo of soft pile carpeting. After 5 weeks I received a large baggie with what they described contained my order. A round piece of nylon light weight fabric about 1/2 the size of my kitchen table. Probably worth about $5 in material but yet charged my credit card $89. Do not order from this Company! I should have researched more before placing an order. Don’t make the same mistake. An expensive lesson for me! I will be throwing this cheap piece of junk in the trash.

This company is a total rip off The Revdex.com And whatever branch of United States government should Pull the website and not allow the company to sell in the United States It's a total ripoff

If I could rate Azcozy a negative 5 I would. The product is not as represented in their ad. The picture makes it look like a genuine quilt, but it's actually a very poor print of a genuine quilt that ha been stitched to a cheap piece of cloth. Definitely a scam.

This Quilt was screen printed on polyester. Didn’t look anything like the picture. They’ll apologize and offer to refund 30% of the purchase price. Awful. Ripoff. Scam. Do your homework before falling for their scam tactics.

I ordered quilt. I got a piece of material with birds on it. Do not buy from this company! They do not deserve even one star.

What is 30% off? I paid almost $89.90 for a product (RUG) that did look as advertised and they we're only willing to give me $25.00 back in return. There is nothing wrong with the rug to where they couldn't take the product back and refund me or compensate me at least 50% of my money back. As stated on their website "Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority!". This most definitely will be my last time ordering from this company. My advice is to NOT order anything from this company.

Do not buy from this company. They lie about being Revdex.com accredited and their Revdex.com ratings. The quilt I ordered was not as advertised. There's no craftsmanship. It's just an enlarged, pixelated image printed on a piece of fabric.

Ordered a queen quilt. Received a nylon sheet and pillowcases in another design - no padding, no quilting. Total rip-off, and they appear to be offering items for sale that other companies such as Plow and a Hearth are selling. Think they even lift the photos from other companies' websites. Basically paid $80 for a $2 unusable sheet.

Bought a patchwork quilt with birds paid §70 took over a month to arrive when it did was made out of 2 pieces of silk design was not as described. Shabby and so light it would have fallen off bed. Contacted PayPal who refused my claim. Contacted azcozy for a refund they offered me 20% money back but offered me as well 30% off my next purchase my reply was are they having a laugh as if I would buy anything else from them!! They finally agreed 30% just hit my refund after paying out £63.72 after conversion my refund was £16.72 so am out of pocket £47.00 I have kept quilt but its useless will put it in fog bed. Beware of this company as they make it seem they are in USA as they sign emails Brandon. In fact when you get shipping information thsy are in CHINA. DO NOT USE THIS Company. Wish I had read reviews.

Total scam. Ordered a "handmade quilt" and got pre-printed, polyester, machine stitched bedspread. It's horrid. The picture they used to advertise the "quilt" was lifted off the internet from a 2006 quilting expo in Dallas. Their mailing address doesn't exist and they've not been in business as long as their website states. Their main advertising base is the US but they're in China. Disputing it through PayPal and they're trying to offer a 20% refund with coupon on next purchase. No way.

I saw the AZCOZY "Google" ad while on Facebook Marketplace searching for a table.
I was very intrigued at the beautiful quilts that looked like they would be so expensive only to
then click on the ad and find that they were very under-priced, but me being like everybody else I thought, hm, what a deal! so, of course, I continued on...

The site itself looks accredited, with "76,000 Happy Customers" and 4.6 star rating. The deal they advertise is it takes 10-12 days to receive your product because they are "individually made to order"---W H A T ?. Hmmmmm, some of these quilts are SO amazing I couldn't believe it would take so little time and SO little money that they could pull this off. But I thought I'd check into it further and considered buying one quilt. However I just had a gut feeling and after I tried to find these reviews on their site, there were 6 reviews on the reviews page with numbers of pages I thought one could click on...I did. I kept coming back to the same 6 reivews.

This site is a scam. I am SO lucky I looked it up on this page. I would've been out my money like so many other people. I would have bought though if I were in a hurry...this place is shipping from China and scamming people out of money. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AZCOZY site.
It NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN!! They are using people and taking our hard-earned money!!

They STEAL designs from talented artists. This is a copyright infringement. They should.not he in business if they convenient these laws. I have posted every where I can . SCAM SCAM SHAME ON YOU

I would never buy anything from this company. I thought I was paying for a quality quilt, what came was a cheap blanket with a picture printed on it and a quilting stitch all around. It was nowhere near worth the money I spent on this. Not only was it completely false advertising for the product, I was surprisingly charged a foreign currency exchange rate for a company that I thought was based in Texas??? I am completely disenchanted with this company and I totally learned my lesson to do more thorough homework on a company and not just blindly trust an ad. Be ware!

This "quilt" is advertised as brushed Kona cotton, sent from Texas. I received a horrible stamped polyester cheap throw. The company says I have to send this item to China at my expense to receive a refund. They scam you into buying their product by putting false details in the description. BEWARE

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, - WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I should have done my homework.. I really liked the rug I was purchasing.... I had to track down if my item had shipped or not, about 3-4 weeks after I placed order. They confirmed item shipped, sent tracking info, which was never available. Received item. Item was NOT what I ordered, cheap blanket/towel, still not sure and they never told me what the item was (it even has spots of what looks like oil on it). After many emails, etc., it was identified as a production issue. They offered to pay 30% once I returned it to CHINA (it was shipped from CA). I then escalated to a manager and they said I received what I ordered... WHAT! Even after it was confirmed earlier that it was a production issue. They agreed to refund me 100% of the purchase price when returned to CHINA. Well shipping back to CHINA is between $282.54-$380.02. LESSON LEARNED.... BEWARE!!

OMG!!!! Cannot believe I let my guard down and didn't check this company. Complete garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!! Sends bs emails about how your product is being checked for quality, it takes over a month and what arrives is total crap. Working in file fraud credit card report and getting money back. DO NOT LET YOUR GUARD DOWN, SEEK REVIEWS ON ALL COMPANIES. This A-hole "Mark" in Irwindale , CA is a fraud.

Refused to cancel my transaction within 12 hours of placing an order. This is a scam operation selling very low quality products that are NOT as described in advertising. They refuse to back up their products. I spent 90 dollars on a quilt that might be worth 10 dollars. Horrible company and clearly they do not know or follow U.S. commercial codes! An expensive lesson for me.

I have had the same experience as specifically Brenda and JBM. The "rug" I ordered was not a true rug, but might have qualified as flying carpet. See my post ~ 10 18 2019 at https://www.***.com/NW.shappell I also got the promises of a 30% return. I will believe it when I see it. *** should be notified of this scam and remove the ads, as that is where I was snookered. I tried to report it to ***, but they really don't have an appropriate manner to cite this type of bad business.
