I ordered a mermaid COMFORTER in November for our granddaughters Christmas present. I just received it and the COMFORTER fit in my MAILBOX! This is a scam! Something has to be done. You are made to believe you are buying from a company in the US but they are in China
All the 5 star reviews are on their website. I didnt look further until I realized I was scammed. My comforter has ZERO filling. It is literally 2 pieces of sheet material sewed together. After reading other reviews I see I can not send it back because it will be returned. Also the print is blurry. I cannot believe this company can continue to sell an steal people's money. I have emailed them and no response. Please contact me if anything can be done.

I ordered three items of which I received one. I have tried to email their customer service but the mailbox is full(?). I am very disappointed!

They send you something that is different from what you ordered then won't make it right. Want you to pay to send it back then in their words, " wait a long time". Bait and switch is the name of their game. They don't even deserve a 1.

I wouldn't give Azcozy even ONE star if it was an option........I SO wish I'd read these reviews prior to ordering. I got a blanket smaller than a towel and paid over $50 for it. The writing is not even complete on it, it's cut of on the edges and the bottom is MISSING. Unreal!! This company is GARBAGE - do not order from them!!

I ORDERED TWO "CARPETS" - FOR MY FOYER AREA. THEY ARE BASICALLY THE EQUIVILANT OF A PADDED BLANKET. HORRIBLE QUALITY....NOT EVEN STURDY ENOUGH TO BE WALKED ON WITHOUT TEARING. THEY WERE EXPENSIVE AND NOW I CAN NOT GET THEM TO RESPOND TO MY WANTING TO RETURN THEM. A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY. THEY COMPLETELY MISREPRESENT THEIR PRODUCTS AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered a quilt blanket from this company for $99.90 (USD). During the approximately 4-week wait for the product I got several emails telling how beautiful it was, how they were working so hard to make the quilt just for me, etc. When it arrived it was not as described or pictured in the ad. I thought I was ordering from a company in Texas. When I asked to return they said not a good idea because it would take so long to get the refund and offered me a 20% discount on the purchase of another product. After turning to the resolution center in PayPal, I got a 30% refund offer which I declined. Then, I get a message from PayPal that in order to get a refund I would have to ship the quilt to Hong Kong at a cost of at least $100. I did business with a Texas company so, why do I have to ship the product to Hong Kong.

If I could give them a negative 10 star review I would.
Horrible quality...not at all the quality the picture showed.
This quilt looks like something you would see on a bed in a motel where you rent the room by the hour. Took forever to get here after numerous emails about hand making the quilt.

Just like many of the reviewers here, I made a purchase at azcozy before reading the customer reviews. Once I read the reviews, I emailed the company only to have my email bounce due to inbox being full. Next I contacted my credit card company and told them about the situation, and they are ready to dispute the purchase for me. I’m grateful that I paid through my paypal acct. so azcozy didn’t get my credit card info. While paypal seemed useless as far as help goes, there was another email address for azcozy. I wrote to them and told them that I wanted to cancel my order without any penalty fees. The threat of having Chase behind me helped. Within about 1 1/2 hrs. I received an email saying that my ordered has been canceled and my money refunded. I checked paypal and the refund was there. I guess that I am one of the lucky ones. I certainly learned a lot from this experience.

Item received was not what was ordered! I have had no response to my emails sent to them, it is a SCAM!! They are not in Texas as stated on the website, they are in CHINA. Horrible to have this happen to so many people.

Would give negative 5 if I could. CHEAP!!!! A white blanket with orange stitching. Should be a SHERPA fleece, I received a fleece blanket. I ordered a large which reads 72" x 54" I received 69" x 50". No one answers the phone and emails get returned as undeliverable. This company should not be allowed to sell in the US.

My heart is broken not what they appear at all

I ordered a cheer blanket in early December as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I have received several updates including one saying it shipped but nothing was ever received.
Mailbox is full, no phone number. at this point I'd call scam.

Don't buy anything from this company.

This is NOT a real company! They are a criminal front with a drop box for an address, they advertise fraudulent products and if you're unfortunate enough to actually receive anything from them, you wiil be horrified that you actually fell for it! YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!!!!

The Revdex.com should be going after them for FAR more than advertising themselves as Revdex.com affiliated .... they are CRIMINALS who are STEALING PEOPLE'S HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!

I could go on and on about my personal experience but I have achieved my purpose here ... to warn other unsuspecting customers. Now, I am off to file a formal complaint in order to assist the authorities in apprehending these criminals and bringing them to justice.

Acozy is terrible. Do NOT buy anything from them. The quilt I bought for $80 was thin. The quality and colors were nothing like the pictures on website. Such a scam. Came from China and took months to get here.

Scam... St them down!! I ordered Sherpa fleece blanket and the picture was cropped and quality was depleted. There was no Sherpa backing or any backing for that matter. Just a very overpriced piece of fleece. All the contacts lead to one email and that email is not working. No way to contact or resolve the issue. Very unhappy. Shipping label has no info or anything. Says they are from Texas, Track the shipping and it comes from China. 3+ weeks to receive garbage.

Thought I was ordering from an arizona-based plant

Absolute scam. They take your money then send you cheap crap from China.

The package arrived today, and honestly this was a TOTAL RIPOFF for the price we paid. $80.00 dollars for some sheets sewn together. Will never make another purchase.!! These folks should not be in business.
