Terrible quality. Didn't get my first order. Unable to get a refund. The quality of the product is not a rug, it's polyester foam! I will have to contact my credit card co on this.

Biggest scam ever!! This guy should be locked up!!! Don’t buy anything!!!

I ordered 3 blankets for Christmas presents. Paid extra to ensure shipment in time for Christmas. I have yet to receive product, phone number is invalid. When I do get a reply to my emails, its the generic "will ship in 2-3 days."

Received the ridiculous PIECE OF CRAP EXCUSE of a Sherpa fleece blanket today. Just tried to email them and their mailbox is full. The blanket is PAPER THIN, the fleece is ONE FOURTH OF AN INCH LONG and the best description is a WRINKLED UP RAG. Walmart fleece blankets get an A plus rating if compared to this pitiful rag. RUN AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!

They claim to be from Houston TX but once the order is placed they are from China. Quality is awful. I paid $120 for a rug but it’s not thick enough to be a rug. It’s cheap thin foam with a stamped picture. They should be charged with fraud and theft.

Crap products. Seriously not even close to item represented in pictures. “10 day return policy”. But it took them 23 days to get it to me!! Do NOT under any circumstance order anything.

Items not as described! Vendor will not respond to requests to resolve as reputable vendors normally do. You are placing an order from a company who represent themselves as a Texas company. To return items for refunds they require you to send to Hong Kong China. They know that it is hundreds of dollars and you will lose your monies because it costs more to return than item worth. BEWARE!!!! You have no recourse if you receive junk from this company. Their website does NOT REPRESENT THEIR PRODUCT!

This company is a CROOK! I ordered and the item that arrived looked nothing like the website picture. Cheap material. Can't even give it away! I complained to Pay Pal. I continued my complaint to the Federal Trade Commission - Fraud dept., the Attorney General office in my state and in Texas, my credit card company, and the Revdex.com in my state and in Texas. Let your credit card company know as well. This company keeps changing its name as well. I am completely disgusted with the product I received. The advertisement that I saw displayed bright and vibrant colors and it looked like an actual rug. I paid 99.90 for it and it took about 3 to 4 weeks before I received it. I could've made a rug that looks better than this. The colors were dull and appeared to be sprayed on and I've seen rugs in Dollar General thicker than this crap. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Fraudulent company ! Ordered three handtufted area rugs and received one printed on a bath mat hideous piece of garbage. Not even the same colors. Customer service number is down as well as email box is full. Absolute scam.

Very cheaply made. Embarrassed to give as gift as intended. Product description was completely inaccurate regarding composition. What was described as "SOFT & WARM: Reversible super soft crystal velvet on one side, plush super warm lambswool sherpa fleece on the inside." What I received was a flimsy, poorly hemmed very thin polyester blanket with no Sherpa. When I contacted company after many emails where I pointed out that the website description was at best, deceptive, and at worst, a lie, I was offered a 30% refund. When I said that wasn't enough they said I could ship it back to China for a full refund. Very deceptive marketing and I'm the sucker for thinking this was a Texas company. So overpriced. Nothing I can do now except try to inform public, DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. They should be shut down. One star is too good.

Ordered a "quilted blanket" king size. Doesn't cover a queen size mattress. Weighs 3 lbs. Polyester.. Blurred image.. edging is horrid.. back is black with white threads. I would expect this blanket to cost around 19.00 at a family dollar store. Received several emails announcing it was being hand made. It is not. This was 99$ getting my money back has not been possible.

I ordered from them a month ago and still hasn’t received my item. It shipped through dhl and transferred to usps and now it’s not traceable. Item hasn’t moved in forever . I have emailed them and no response. Will never do business with them. Scam

I am not happy with what I ordered from them. Should have looked at reviews before I ordered what I did. This company needs to have the Revdex.com look into it.

This company should be shut down!. The "quilt" I ordered was two pieces f fabric with huge stitching, not the irritated design shown I do too help from them and turned it over to Pay Pal. they returned my money and told they were investigating the company for fraud. Don't buy!!!!!

After 7 weeks, my order has not arrived. I am one gift short. Do not order from these people because they do not have a phone and they do not answer their emails.

Absolute scam. 23 days don’t have rug or refund. At day 11 asked for status or refund. Emails from Braydon & Gianna cover up the fact that this is all from China. Dec 24th and still not as rug. What bs.

Horrible service..misleading advertisements saying they are a company in Texas. They are in China! The throw I ordered took 30 days and the quality was despicable. Do not deal with this company

BEWARE!!! I actually made TWO orders for several “pile rugs”. After weeks and not being able to contact them I received one thin throw “rug” folded up in a plastic bag (from China). Actual print on thin nylon, Cheap crap! The email address doesn’t work and they give NO phone # to call, plus list some bogus Texas address. It shows up on credit card bill as “PAYPAL PRINTABEL” HONG KONG. My credit card is investigating them. “AZCOZY “ should be forced to stop their ripping people off!

I ordered a beautiful rug that turned out to be a thin pad. It was a Christmas present from my son. I'm so disappointed. This site needs to be taken down. They have false advertising. There is no number to call for a refund or anything. My son wasted $80 on a piece of junk we cant use. If I could give a 0 rating I would
