Nat a "quilt". Stinks deliberately misleading and fraudulent.: trying to get my money back.

Honestly 1 star is too much for this company.
I ordered a blanket from this so called company before Thanksgiving. It was due to arrive the first week of December. I ordered this blanket as a birthday gift for friend. The blanket never arrived. I contacted AZCozy and I was given a confirmed DATE and TIME for delivery. Quite funny that they can give a guaranteed date and time when that date and time had not even happened yet.
I asked for compensation and I was pushed off to wait longer for the delivery. Still no blanket.
RUN, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Would give -5 if I could. Total scam!!! Wish I had read these Azcozy reviews before ordering a quilt. I saw their site on Facebook Marketplace. It was shown as a beautiful Dragonfly quilt. What I received was nothing like the photo. It had prints of dragonfly bodies without any wings. They looked like worms! I’ve been trying to resolve this issue with Azcozy and they say my only option is to accept a 30% refund (of $78.95 CAD) or return the quilt to China!!! (cost $62.50 CAD!!!!). They are a dishonest company that needs to be shut down!

I really wouldnt even give this a one star. It shows a bunch of ladys hand makeing these quilts beware when you recive youll be shocked printed frabic two pieces sowen together with little or no matting ( stuffing) quilt that should weigh 4 to 7 pounds weight around a pound I bought 3 quilts and they weighed tolal of 4 pounds cheap china made products

This company is selling products that are completely unacceptable. Made of very poor materials and nothing like they advertise. They also make it impossible to get a refund. They are a total scam and shouldn’t be able to sell there products. Not even worth one star!

I got totally ripped off from this company . I ordered 3 blankets spending $69.00 for each blanket. They were not as pictured. I would not spend $10 for all 3 ! They arrived in envelopes and were like the cheapest beach towel !! They were advised and pictured as warm fleece sports blankets! I also ordered a rug for $79 at the same time and it never arrived. I waited over a month for the order of blankets. I had to take pictures and email a person named Mary with the pictures! She said I had to pay return delivery fees... $80.00 , returning to China !! Although the return labels on envelopes were New Jersey!! Will not pay $80 & they know it !! No guarantee I would get credited !! Totally ripped off of almost $300!!

I ordered a big fluffy warm snowman blanket to fit a queen size bed...if this says anything,it actually fit in my mailbox!You could see right thru it!took 5 weeks for them to "make it" no updates,complete let down!And now looks like they wont take it back.grrrr

I got scammed to these are not the reviews that are on their website or I wouldn't have ordered. $99.00 gone. they probably wont e en respond! I could cry. how can they get away with this!

I purchased an African themed carpet runner from Azcozy: I received this order yesterday and I am SHOCKED! It does not even qualify as a rug. It is so thin and light and appears to be at best some spongy type material with an image screen printed on it. It had no paperwork or receipt inside and the item doesn't even have any label attached indicating the material content. It was shipped folded in a plastic bag about 16 inches square and the folds in the material is set. It will not lay flat on the floor and if it did it would be a danger of sliding out from under someone's feet. I want a FULL REFUND OF MY ENTIRE $99.90 to PayPal. This is absolute fraud. I have seen the Revdex.com reports on your business practices. This shipment is totally unacceptable, and a total misrepresentation of what was advertised on your website.

Robbery, misrepresentation. Deserves a negative rating. I ordered 2 throws and a rug. I received 3 useless pieces of fabric. I was robbed of more than $200. The company address is in Texas. My shipment came directly from China. The company did not respond to my email request for a resolution to this matter. This company has no right to be in business.

Scam x infinity. As others have reported, item is not at all as pictured in terms of quality. Paid $50 (plus $10 shipping) for an item that cost $2 to make. Emailed the company several times asking for return process steps and they danced and danced around it. I sent the package to the address in TX and it was refused. They then cam clean about where they are actually located (China) and told me I could mail the item back for a full refund. I'm already out $20 in shipping on this piece of trash. How do we stop this kind of piracy?

These people are thieves and SHOULD be arrested. Something should be done to stop them!

Garbage. Can’t even donate to charity it is so awful. Quilt is nothing like I ordered.

Well, I wish I had looked up this company BEFORE ordering from them. My "bird quilt" arrived as a cheep (pun intended) piece of material with birds printed on it and black backing. Not at all like the original picture. The company strings you along for several weeks with emails about how they are making your quilt and they want it to be perfect. Total SCAM! Do not order from this company! Wish I could leave no stars.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise personalization on their website and after you place your oder,they tell you that they have stopped the personalization. They just want your money. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM THIS IS A SCAM!

I have never in my life had such terrible customer service and cheap products. Never again will I buy without checking the reviews. Shame on me. After 6 emails and tons of pictures they offered me %30 back and a %30 percent off coupon??????? Like I was going to buy from them again. Then when I told them that this was unexceptable, they said they would send a full refund if I sent it back to them. Guess CHINA. It was going to cost over $165 to send back on a $50 item. I would give no stars if I could.

1 star is not even good enough for this company!! So wish I had done my homework and checked the reviews before I ordered. Bedspread was not at all what it was supposed to be...super thin, personalized with some random name and their own graphics are spelled wrong!! Quality control...bahahaha! Send bogus emails along the order, production and shipping process...total lies! Webpage shows they are in Houston Tx, but the shipping info via DHL from China!!!
Webpage also says customer service is of the utmost importance...again more lies!! Tell them the issues and the best they can do is say sorry and offer me 30% of my money back. Then when I say that isn’t good enough, I am told to ship it to China and once they receive it they will give me my money back! Seriously, spend more of my money to send something back that they screwed up. Total scam! Do not order from this company!!!

I put the wrong postal code on my shipping information,it was returned to Azcozy,now they will not give me a refund on my quilt or send it back to me .I said I would pay the shipping fees .Paypal won’t pay me either because it showed delivered but it was not me it was a post office facility in Toronto to be returned

This place is ridiculous! Do not buy from them!! I ordered something Nov 18 and finally got it today, 12/10.. I paid 59.90 for a blanket that was to be Sherpa lined.. Far from it!! Disgusting!!

This company is a scam company. The merchandise is not like what is pictured and when you try to return it, they only take returns to China. It costs as much or more to return it. PayPal was not helpful to me either.
