Hold of anyone. Ordered a blanket 4 weeks before Christmas... was emailed that the blanket was “en route” 3 weeks before. Have now been told it will be delivered by 1/9. Absolutely Awful company.

This business is a sham. They take a photo of exquisite quilts, print it on cheap cloth, then "quilt" it backed with a piece of cheap black fabric. I should have known it was too good to be true. Mine looks not one tiny little bit like the picture shown on a Facebook ad. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

I had the same experience everyone else did. I ordered a hand quilted (their words) flower quilt. The photo they showed was of a pieced cotton quilt. What you got was a thin, printed polyester type fabric. If there was batting in it I'd be surprised. It sure doesn't have any weight to it. I wish I could download the photos. You wouldn't believe it! Doesn't resemble the advertised item at all. Do not spend a dime with this company. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it.

Unfortunately, I’m keeping better company here than the quality of product I received! Ordered a “quilt” and, although I did receive it before Christmas, it is a very poorly stitched and “printed” on horrible fabric!! Received numerous emails periodically giving me updates on the progress and quality assurance of this product. I was so excited when it arrived and then highly disappointed within minutes of opening. Horrible quality and company!!! Unfortunately, I did not check for reviews before ordering.....won’t happen again!!

A complete scam. They offered to reimburse me if I returned the items to china - a cost of over $80.

Items were cheap, not at all what was depicted. A complete rip off. Zero stars.

This is the WORST experience I have ever had. Azcozy has a United States address on website but the product comes from China. I ordered the bird quilt thinking I was ordering an item in the USA. when I tried to return it because it's POORLY made and not ANYTHING like it is described, I was told I had to send it to China and then would only receive a small portion of what I paid for the return (after they received it in China). I tried to appeal with Paypal and they rejected my claim. I cannot say enough about how disappointed I am. The website says 30 day guarantee. Obviously, this statement is FALSE.

Like the other reviews, if I had read them first I would never have ordered. What a joke. I have throws that are better quality and didn't cost a fortune like this so called "blanket".

Guess I learned a lesson. and It cost me $90.00 to learn it.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!

They took $70 of my hard earned cash for a badly printed blurry piece of fabric and called it a 5ft pile area carpet. IT FIT IN MY MAILBOX. I’ve contacted PayPal and if that effort is fruitless, I’ll do a charge back on my card.

Never buy from this company. Bought what I thought was a woven Rug from their picture, but was a Badly imprinted pieces of Cloth with a foam backing. Please read their fine print about Returns.
If you need to return it, you will have to pay to ship back to China. Extremely disappointed. Not even worth the money I paid with the 35% discount they gave me.

I wish I had read these reviews before and would not have been scammed like this. I had ordered a king sized quilt for 59.99$, received several e mails how they are preparing, then shipping my order, when I recieved my order, I was so shocked, It was 1/10 size of king sized bed, only a printed cheap fabric with no hand work as was advertised, I took a picture of it and sent them questioning about the size, got a answer to send the dimension of the item I received, my e mail just bounced back, had sent several emails and they all are bounced back. I don't know how these people are allowed to continue their business.

I wish I could give negative stars. This company is absolutely horrible!! I ordered a twin size comforter set. The comforter MIGHT fit a crib. It consists of 2 pieces of material shabbily sewn together. There is no padding or filling in it at all. It is not useable. To return the item, I have to send it to China and my refund “will take a very long time” per the email I received from someone in China, which was written in broken English. The website is a fraud - full of lies. The company is not based in Arizona. Everything is based in China. There is no phone number to call. You have to communicate via email. Never again!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Company is a scam! Quality, size and color all bad. Would cost me $35 to return from TN to China. Took the 30% refund after that was all they would do.

This throw was very disappointing for the price I paid. It doesn't look at all like the picture! Don't be fooled by their rave reviews. It is thin and a printed fabric rather than pieces like a real quilt. Buyer beware!

Took my money received 2 of the 3 items, complete crap! Trying to return them but paypal is saying I have to file a report with law enforcement for the missing item?! So not only has ACOZY jerked me around but Paypal is doing the same

They should be in jail! First, the quilt was a joke. It was terrible. Second, my bank account started getting charged hundreds of dollars shortly after giving them my bank info. STAY AWAY!

I got scammed too! I tried to cancel the order but was ignored. I paid via Paypal and they would not help me to cancel the order... I told Paypal I this is a scam!
Azcozy.com waited until I was notified by Paypal saying I did not meet Paypals criteria and then AZcozy acknowledged all my emails requesting to cancel... but was told it was to late cancel my order (had to be within 12 hours).
None of what I ordered, and paid $100, looks anything like their online photos!!!
Please do NOT order from this company or you'll be sorry too!!!

Nat a "quilt". Stinks deliberately misleading and fraudulent.: trying to get my money back.

After I purchased a butterfly comforter as a gift for my grandmother, I had come across people claiming this website was a scam. After reading all of these bad experiences, I quickly emailed the company to cancel my order and request my money back. The company did not send me an email of confirmation after my purchase, and order number, or any kind of date on when I might expect my purchase to be shipped. So I kind of figured they would give me a hard time about cancelling my order. I emailed the company again, explaining that I had not even received any of the most basic confirmation of my purchase, although the money was taken from my account. The company emailed me back and continued to ask for a code number, which I had already explained, they never sent to me, and I have not received any more replies regarding my wish to cancel the order and receive my money back that they has taken. This company is a complete scam and they stole $70 from me and there’s pretty much nothing I can do about it.

What a scam! Nothing like pictured! They are offering a 30% refund, assuming I spend at least 50-60% of what I paid for it to ship it back, with no R/A number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I am filing a PayPal dispute, but reviews are saying they are siding with the company! NO STARS!
