Ordered king quilt from website. Arrived and it was no more than two sheets sewn together and not large enough to cover my bed. It arrived to my address with my first name only and absolutely no paperwork. No return address. So I emailed them to see how to return and get a refund and they replied that they would only refund 1/3 of the price paid and still received no return address. Turned over for PayPal to dispute with no help. They denied my claim so I guess you just are out of the money. Very poor business, totally a scam.

I thought I was getting an AREA RUG! it's more like a screen printed Giant bath mat!!! It took me almost 2 months to get it in the mail folded up in a plastic bag! And you can't get into intouch with them because now their website doesn't exist anymore!!! This is Most Definitely NOT A HANDMADE RUG!!!! NO CARPET AT ALL!!!!! The company is from TEXAS! YEAH RIGHT! And then Ships from CHINA! BUNCH OF CRAP!

Made a purchase on 1/23/2020. Never received the product. My account was charged $99.90.

Total SCAM! The products are NOT what they appear to be on the site. It's all China crap. When trying to return the item they kept fiting it. They finally said I had to ship it to China. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS OUTFIT.

We also got 2# fabric foam that was supposed to be an "area rug" and are getting an offer of 30% refund after spending $120! Do NOT order from them! They don't deserve even 1 star! They deserve negative stars!

WORST RIP OFF COMPANY EVER!!! Sells crappy spray painted foam mats instead of the custom made rugs they advertise!! Wouldn’t respond to my emails either. Took a month to arrive also. BEWARE....

BUYER BEWARE - Item Not as Described...

On January 4, 2020 I ordered a Birds of Paradise comforter with two pillow shams. I received it within 3 weeks from China when Azcozy.com has their address listed as 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr
Houston, TX 77043. By January 29, 2020 I made a complaint asking for a refund.

I was extremely disappointed! This item does not fit a queen size bed, it is much smaller and is the same dimensions of a queen size bed. It doesn't even fall off over the top edges of the bed. It is not cotton/microfiber build or filled. It is flat, it is two sheets sewn together. The underside is grey and It is not vibrant in color. The "comforter" came in a plastic bag no deeper than one inch including the two shams.

I emailed the company and was offered a 30% discount if I wanted to return it. I paid $90.00!!! I refused. Their next offer was if I mailed it to China they would refund the whole amount. Shipping it to China is unacceptable for a falsely represented item with the company listed as being located in Texas! To date I have not received a refund or any further communication from the company!

Today as of February 18, 2020 their website is down.

THIEVES! Essentially stole my money for a product never received. SCAMMERS.

Not located like Advertisedsed in Texas !! Took 5 weeks to my house From China. To open 2 pieces of sheet material not sewn together. I contacted them through email. They will not regund my $89.00 for this trash. They offered 30% off my purchase. We will see. I hope they are shut down !! I read do many people are being ripped off every day for hundreds of dollars for junk products.

I too wish I had read the reviews. The rug FINALLY came, but it is a piece of crap. It was not cheap - $69, and I expected a small carpet type rug. It was a piece of foam with a print on it and is entirely useless as an area rug. Horrible and very disappointing.

I am so disappointed with my purchase!!!!!!! It took over 6 weeks to receive my "rug". It looks more like a mat, maybe. It looks like a screen print of a rug on a mat! There isn't any yarn on it. It's made of a cheap polyester type fabric!!!

I contacted them and explained that I was not satisfied. They offered me a 30% refund and I could keep the mat to enjoy it! Really!!! I wouldn't have it in my house!

On a positive note, I have emailed them and they have responded, and at least I get part of my money back.

This company is a total SPAM SCAM everybody should be very aware of this ! Do not 5 buy from this company it is from China. I ordered a king size quilt for the bed and a sheet was delivered two pieces not sewn together. We'll not be able to be washed . it took 5 weeks for delivery and come to find out it's from China. With the wuhan virus I don't want it on my bed. Not from Texas LIKE was mentioned in the add.. very disappointed $89 for a sheet. Please Revdex.com close this company down. After a dozen emails about my $129 never arriving and lies from
nonexistant people (each saying the same thing) I gave up. I initially believed it was coming from Texas, but shipping info showed TURKEY. Senior on fixed income. Are we being punished because of the stupid playground bully in the oval office?

I ordered a quilt that was advertised as 100% cotton. Received a cheap thin polyester blanket with a printed quilt pattern. Company offered 30% refund, which I refused. PayPal initially denied my claim, but I persisted and eventually received a full refund from PayPal.

Sold junk and now I can't contact them. I want a refund for this piece of foam they call a rug.

Product is poor quality not like shown in the picture. They never replied to the several e mails I sent. Product does not look like the picture.

If I could do zero stars I would. I ordered quilts from them and they were described as being soft and custom made. When I opened them, they felt like they had been made from plastic and custom was a total lie! The pattern is literally photo-printed on this cheap material and it was dull and blurry. To top it off, the background was black and they used white thread to quilt it. I was so disappointed and told them so. They required me to mail them back to CHINA, even though they'd come from NEW JERSEY!!! I decided to mail it back to New Jersey anyway and now I'm embroiled in an argument that is basically - I didn't do what they told me to (for $75!!! postage fee) and so I'm totally screwed. I don't have the product to even give to a homeless shelter, and now I'm not getting my money back. They are the absolute worst!!! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Never got parcel, contacted many times, blamed it on usps. Wouldn’t give me my refund. Had to start a claim with PayPal. USPS has been nothing but helpful. This site is Complete TRASH.... fk this run around and lose of money and time. So unsatisfied.... I do not recommend

Placed my order 12/22/19. Received today 2/4/2020 what was supposed to be a King sized comforter with two pillowcases. What I actually received was two thin layers of slinky fabric (horribly sewn together with a zipper on the side but no batting inside) along with two regular sized pillowcases, all to the tune of $90+. I'm livid. THIS IS A SCAM. I will tell as many people as possible in an attempt to shut this place down, and this needs to happen soon. The color was off. Nothing about this looked like the picture on the website regarding quality. Makes me sick that people feel they have the right to take our hard earned money.
