Placed my order 12/22/19. Received today 2/4/2020 what was supposed to be a King sized comforter with two pillowcases. What I actually received was two thin layers of slinky fabric (horribly sewn together with a zipper on the side but no batting inside) along with two regular sized pillowcases, all to the tune of $90+. I'm livid. THIS IS A SCAM. I will tell as many people as possible in an attempt to shut this place down, and this needs to happen soon. The color was off. Nothing about this looked like the picture on the website regarding quality. Makes me sick that people feel they have the right to take our hard earned money.

Never got parcel, contacted many times, blamed it on usps. Wouldn’t give me my refund. Had to start a claim with PayPal. USPS has been nothing but helpful. This site is Complete TRASH.... fk this run around and lose of money and time. So unsatisfied.... I do not recommend

I purchased a baseball rug from this company. When I received it, it looked more like a blanket . It doesn’t lay flat, many have tripped over the edges. What a waste of money. I would not waste my time with this company. The product is NOT how it is described!

Scam! Never even received what I ordered! Emailed them and no response. Nothing!!!

Azcozy is a scam company selling garbage products. It is not possible to contact them to cancel or change an order because the only customer service email address they offer goes to an inbox that perpetually bounces "This inbox is full" messages back to the sender. Their supposed Texas mailing address is false, thereby making returns impossible. The only way I could get their attention was by disputing the charge on my PayPal account, to which they offered me a refund of 30% and a discount for future purchases from their scam store. So long to my Christmas money from my parents.

Wish I would have found these reviews before I made my purchase. I too did not receive anything that looked like what I saw on the website. I ordered a carpet with a barn star on it, it came in a small envelope, and I thought there is no way this is my carpet. It was just a piece of foam with an imitation picture of the barn star design. Funny how all the reviews on their website makes it sound like they have exceptional products. Did anyone else noticed there is no place on their website to actually write a review?? I also did not realize when I ordered it that it was something from out of the country. I have exchanged several emails with them, finally getting them to agree to give me my money back minus S&H. Too bad when I went to send it back it would have cost me $70.00 to return it to China! They sure are a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY!!! If I could do a zero star rating I would.

Very poor quality, not as advertised. Sleeping bag type material - horrible! NOT A QUILT. Sewn terribly and if I wash, it will come apart. Only offered a partial refund. Told to ship back for full refund. Cost to ship back to China is $43 - product original cost $79. Very bad experience. Do not buy from this company. You are not dealing with a company in the United States - they are in China. Buy American!

I ordered a 3x5 pinecone rug on Jan.7 and received it today Jan29. I paid $50.00 for this as it was advertised half-off. So it should be like a $100.00 value. It is not a rug, but a printed mat. Like a mat you would have on your kitchen counter to dry your dishes. Not at all like the picture. Has a foam base with stamped print. So disappointed. I will use it as what choice do I have. Came from China.Would never buy from this company again. Buyers beware!!!! The only reason it gets a star is that I will put it on the floor as to big for my counter.

I had the same experience as many of these reviews. I wish I had checked here first. I ordered two comforters for my sons and they are complete and total junk!!!!! Absolutely nothing like what was pictured. I have tried emailing and they ask for pictures but no resolution. I am sick!

Terrible product! Nothing like was pictured, cheaply made. Website and reviews make it look like it’s a credible site, but it’s not. There is no phone number and you can’t write a review either. I want to return product, but sure if they’ll even get back to me

This is a SCAM company cheating so many people out of money. They should be arrested! Their website advertises beautiful images of hook rugs after spending $99 a foam pad with blurred images arrived 3 weeks after placing my order.

This company is a total ripoff! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Located in CHINA! I ordered a bedspread a got something less then a bottom sheet! SHUT THEM DOWN

I should have just flushed a $100 bill down the toilet--it would have been easier. The quilt they sent me is a horrible piece of crap. They did offer to let me return it for a full refund but it is very expensive to ship it back to China and I do not trust them to refund my money. Could not get a resolution through PayPal or VISA. From now on, I will thoroughly check out companies before I order and only buy American.

Scanned my senior citizen mother out of 51 dollars for a quilt she never recieved.

AZCozy offers COUNTERFEIT merchandise. I ordered a Donna Sharp Cotten quilted quilt and I received a polyester cheap thin replica. No success with company to resolve issue and had to take to PayPal Resolution Center. The reviews on their site are even fake. You can’t click and read them. Their address on website shows Texas but they are Actually in China. Takes a month to receive order. I will do my homework better next time.

This company will not respond to my email requests for a return and refund. The rug I received was nothing like the online description/picture. It is a piece of foam with a picture print. Obviously the reviews on their website are fake. No one has provided me with return information or how to get a refund and I have sent repeated emails. There is no phone number or customer service available. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

My experience with acozy was not a good one at all.... I ordered a mermaid rug and from the pictures and description and the fact the company was based in Texas I felt good about buying the rug...... I had tried to get in touch with the company when I realized I had accidentally placed 2 orders.... I wanted to cancel the one order before it got into their system...but they told me I was to late... I figured I would just return the accidentally placed order when I got it....they offered that I keep the rugs and they would credit me 30 percent of my purchase price...told them no I really want to return them and get a refund....they said fine and that is when I found out I was dealing with a company based in China. I decided I would just keep the rugs and chalk it up to lesson learned and a reminder if it sounds to good to be true something is probably not right. I was not happy with the quality of the rug...it looked more like a blanket with cheap backing....not sure in what country this is considered a rug....probably China.....my advice is do not deal with this company....

Complete scam, both sites AzCozy and AzCozyhub need to be put out of business! False advertising of products and shipping info. They due not use DHL, product came via USPS.

The throw is junk& the up- dated emails from Braydon a joke!
