Ok so my story starts on November 14th, 2019. Placed an order of 2 of their "enhanced soft pile" rugs, one being a 6 foot runner the other a 5 foot rug. Also purchased a "handmade made to order" quilt as a gift to a quilter friend. Paid $145. As everyone else stated, they sent emails updating me on how my products were being made with "quality to knock my socks off". The products shipped on November 23rd. Received the items on December 7th and was SHOCKED that the 6 foot runner fit into a 16 inch plastic envelope and the 5 foot rug and quilt fit in another 16 inch envelope. I immediately contacted them and stated this garbage was misrepresented. They asked for pictures and I sent them and they said I got what I ordered. I kept fighting. They said send them back to this Chinese address. I contacted Pay Pal. Went through a dispute and they told me to send the items back, at my expense, and I would get a refund. COST ME $53 but at this point it was about the principle! Once the items got to China THEY REFUSED THE PACKAGE!!! Got the package back yesterday and called Pay Pal. SAVE ALL YOUR EMAILS AND CORRESPONDENCES! After a half hour on the phone with them I got all my money back except $23. DON'T GIVE UP!! FIGHT THE FIGHT!!! And 1 star is way too much for them!!

I placed an order for an area rug and received a badly printed foam mat. I've requested a refund and have not heard back. DO NOT order from this place. It is a scam!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 blankets from this company. The blankets did not look like website picture. They were the thinnest blankets that I ever seen. They arrived dirty and one had a hole in it and there was no border on it as pictured, very INFERIOR quality. They were promised to be delivered by 12/19/19 but did not come until way after Christmas.
They really do NOT deserve even one star.

I thought I was getting a comforter and pillow shams. I checked the reviews on the website which appeared everyone was happy. I placed my order through Paypal and received a notice from my credit card company that my credit card was hit from a China company. I thought like everyone else that it was coming from Texas. In arrived in a very small package which fit in my mailbox. It only weighed about 2 lbs. I opened it to find what appeared to be two very thin sheets sewn together. The picture of a big eagle was very distorted and blurred. I guess the hidden zipper was so that you can insert batting yourself. When I googled the company which also goes under several other names (anything with cozy at the end) I found this Revdex.com site and realized a lot of people got scammed yet they are still on the internet and still selling these scammed items. The sewing job looks like children in training, Literally. This needs to be checked out. China should make their companies accountable for this kind of fraud.

I did not receive the correct item. Their return policy is that they will not allow returns more than 10 days after the purchase. The item wasn't received until 15 days after the purchase was made. Do NOT do business with this company.

They taught me an expensive lesson. Do your homework outside the seller's site. All the 5 star reviews on their site? YOU try to leave one. You can't. Ditto everyone else Cheap CRAP!

Acozy is horrible DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !! Bought two quilts... arrived way after the holidays. Didn't make any difference since I would have been embarrassed to give them. Threads already pulled out- thinner than a regular bed sheet. Took them to a reliable quilt shop for any resources to make them usable. They said not to waste any more money because with the poor quality they would fall apart after several washings. Did you see the return policy? Can only be returned if the package is unopened.. how do you know what you have unless you open.....

Stole my money, never got product do not order from them..scam

Ordered the solar system rocket bedding set on 12/28/2019. Received the item 1/16/20. Item was not as described on website. Included two pillow cases and the queen size comforter but the comforter was missing the fill material. The website shows this item as a thick comforter but it is not. I have sent an email asking for return address and processing information. Hopefully I will hear back from them.

The lap quilt I received looks nothing like the picture. I have emailed their customer service x3 with no response.
Don't waste your money.

I've been trying to return the cheap junk they sent me but after a couple of emails saying they needed pictures which I sent them, the email address has come back as unable to accept emails as it's full or unmonitored. They are a scam, a complete waste of money!!! They need to be shut down, they get zero stars.

worst online experience I have ever had. The product is total junk. DO NOT OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY. nothing like what I ordered.

I order a quilt from the picture online, it was so pretty, instead I got this piece of crap quilt thin, and for god sakes it smell like fish, omg it stunk

Highly recommend you DO NOT order from Azcozy. First it took over a month to get the product I ordered. I happened to order a rug. It was nothing like was pictured. I also made the mistake of not checking out this website for complaints. My rug was more of a mat no were near what a rug should be. It was discolored and had a black border that never showed on there website. I've emailed them several times, after getting one response I've never heard from them again. I went onto there website and emailed the help desk again and no response at all this time. It's been a month since I've been trying to return the rug. I regret ever ordering from this company and will never again.

Very low quality rug. Came folded in a small package with folds and creases. Very thin. Website says cannot be returned since package was opened.
Do not buy here.

I bought a rug based on site reviews which are undoubtedly false. Absolute junk, the rug is cheap neoprene arriving in a 12" x 14" envolope, nothing like described. Customer service email is returned unable to deliver to that email address.

False advertising. Carpets not carpet,sponge mats. Terrible quality Don't buy from them

Awful! Poorly made, if this is a blanket, your gonna freeze! The delivery was “weeks” late.

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered 2 blankets and received 1 that was inferior to what I thought I ordered. They are impossible to contact as well.

They send you something that is different from what you ordered then won't make it right. Want you to pay to send it back then in their words, " wait a long time". Bait and switch is the name of their game. They don't even deserve a 1.
