Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2014/09/10) */
Hi [redacted],
It looks like you're reporting a timeline for violating your privacy rights. If you're trying to report an entire timeline, you're probably trying to report an impostor account. Fake accounts created to imitate real people (impostor...
accounts) are not allowed on Facebook. We can't take any action against an impostor timeline from this channel, but you can learn how to report this to us here:
https://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
If you're trying to report a specific piece of content (photo, video, share, etc.) within the timeline you're reporting, we need you to send us a link (URL) to this content. If this content is on a Wall or in your News Feed, you can get the URL by clicking the time or date that appears with the post (ex: "8 hours ago" or "August 9").
If you believe that every image within a particular photo album, without exception, violates or infringes your privacy rights, you can report the entire album by providing its URL (instead of the URL for each individual image).
Once we receive this information, we'll investigate this further.
Thanks,
[redacted]

No, the business Facebook's reply is NOT acceptable.
They offered a link how to close a facebook page, but you have to be logged into the page to close it. And that is the whole problem... I cannot access the page at all. The link they sent was a help pagethat was entirely not helpful.
They also said, "Keep in mind we may not be able to offer any additional information or help outside of what is found in our Help Center."

Complaint: [redacted]Dear Sir/Madam,
As outlined in my original complaint comment, I currently have a case open (Case #[redacted]) which is viewable at [redacted]. I have not received any response from Facebook via this case, nor my previous one which was deleted. Your response to me now was the first (presumably) non-automated response I have received in 1 year and 4 months. I can assure you that I have attempted everything through the normal guidelines, which is why I've had to contact you through the Revdex.com.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/09/17) */
This is a screen shot from [redacted]'s Empresarios Karatbars page that facebook has excuses about removing.
I am less than pleased about these blatant lies and the lying piece of garbage [redacted] who shows no proof of his accusations.
I do not like facebook's inaction on this post and the stupid arrow in the top right corner of the post that does zreo.

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for your response.

If accounts or content like this currently exist on the site, it is only because they have not yet been reported and removed, or it has been determined that they are not in violation of our policies.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2014/09/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I paid web.com $200 to remove the review that said SCAM... from my facebook page. The lie that I scam people is still on [redacted]'s page as well as on his Max [redacted] page and on his Empresarios Karatbars page and reads as follows. We announce to all affiliates and customers of Karatbars International and that there is a page SCAM (scam) moving over the Internet as if from Karatbars but it is not.
They are swindlers who are taking advantage of what is happening with Karatbars in the world.
The page is: http://www.karatbarsintinc.com/ Karatbars International is walk the steps necessary so that the law can take action on these individuals.
Communicate to your customers, members and friends to ignore that page and do not send any payment to those individuals. (Translated by Bing)
I have reported facebook to FTC.gov and my attorneys will be notified soon if these blatant unfounded lies are not removed. This has been up since Wednesday July XX XXXX X:XX PM. Facebook has had more than enough time to do something. A final note, the stupid x and arrow buttons are worthless and so is the stupid help page and the ignorant recording on the phone that refers you to the useless help page. I run a business and I do not need stupid bs floating around that is not true especially that which has no proof and no base in reality. I have also been getting non stop phone calls from those that claim to be Karatbars upper management making claims that I'm being sued for copyright infringement. Note, karatbars.com does not have a copyright a patent or a business license and the same with [redacted] The karatbars.com affiliates also run around without licenses and pretend to be something. In truth, all they are is a gold dealer that has no proof of how many ore in their group or how much karatbars has made them.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have already followed the steps listed by facebook 17 times on 3 different computers and the account is still not permanently deleted. I have asked other people to try to do it by following the same steps...the account is still not deleted. I know how to read and I know how to follow simple step-by-step directions. The action steps listed in the response do not work.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/12/17) */

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2014/12/18) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I followed the steps listed to the letter!!! I logged into my account using the correct email address and password. I went to the delete message and re-entered the password as required and entered the captcha letters. An error message popped up stating that I did not enter the correct password and therefore my account would not be deleted. Now, you tell me what kind of system is it that recognizes the correct email and password combination to log in, but then refuses that exact same password when trying to delete the account? How is it possible for a password to be correct at the initial log in, but then be incorrect in the deletion process? I made multiple attempts at the deletion screen and am 100% certain that I entered the exact same password in the initial log in and during each deletion attempt. There is no excuse for this! My resolution request: since this system will not recognize the correct password when I attempt to delete this account, the fb should permanently delete this account (if fb is able to do this). There is no excuse for a consumer to have this much difficulty trying to leave a service. Now, of course, since I logged into the account it is now active again!!! REALLY?????
