Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This is my real name and I have...

proven to Facebook time and time again over the years. Facebook has accepted my ID's and unlocked my account back on March of 2015 but I am obviously locked out of my account again. Please look at attachment. It clearly shows Facebook had accepted my ID's.  I request Facebook to unlock my account. I have many groups I am administrator of and need to get back in them. I also use my Facebook account to socialize with other Facebook members. My Facebook account is [redacted] Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: This does not resolve my issue. I have already uploaded the ID. I need to get the account reactivated. It was deactivated erroneously, as well as the one belonging to my friend [redacted]). We have been offered no explanation other than "we were not following community rules," even though we were. We might have been hacked, but there's no way to find out what happened. Three of our friends were removed on the same day. I just need access to take off my personal property-- my pictures, my saves, etc. If you don't want us on facebook, fine, but we need to be able to get our pictures off and our contacts. Please let us know what we can do. We follow the rules--even those outlined in the Facebook Community Guidelines-- we combed through all of them. 1 out of 5 of us has had their account reinstated with a message saying "this account was taken down in error." We believe all of ours are deactivated by error. Please reactivate the ones belonging to [redacted] and [redacted].  We have both submitted IDs.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/03/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is no longer an issue because I backed you into a corner by the Revdex.com. You're "customer service representative" was completely incompetent or was trained that way because of the company's lack of focus on customer service is very clear to the world and customers of those who uses the advertising services from facebook pages.
In the future instead of saying "We also recommend checking out the Help Center for more information and answers to common questions:
https://www.facebook.com/help/?ref=cr", why not say call us XXX-XXX-XXXX or email us at *@facebook.com like a normal billion dollar company would do! or even million dollar company too! I know reading through the FAQ would NOT have resolved my issue, you claim the product is 100% perfect at all times so no need for customer support right? WRONG! You're extremely lucky I do not have the option to go into another social media company for my business as Facebook has monopolized the internet for companies social media marketing needs.
YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I reported a bug, you can choose to respond or ignore, you responded inappropriately and continued to ignore my replies and future report-a-bug submissions!

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It was not just pages, its the response to issues in general. A response to reading facebook's FAQs is not the proper response for great customer service. Great customer service is either having an official line of support like email support system or phone/call center support for technical or/and customer issues. Not "Report a problem" where you can CHOOSE to respond to if you see there is an actual issue. And mine was responded inappropriately with a copy/pasted information to go read some FAQs. Business manager broke on me, took weeks to regain access to my account. If you had a cell center or/and an actual email support of people who cared about paying customers then my issue would have been resolved much much faster. You are extremely lucky Facebook monopolized social media since the planet choose facebook as the primary source for their social media. I promise you this will be a down fall for facebook as facebook is choosing to save money not officially supporting their paying clients. This is coming from a person who is an IT call center professional. YOU NEED A CALL CENTER, STOP BEING CHEAP IT WILL BITE YOU IN THE [redacted]!

Complaint:[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
they gave me the same canned response ive gotten from emailing them.  Their help center has no live support. I'm not really sure how visiting it for the 100th time is going to help.

Hi [redacted],Thanks for writing in. We'd like to help you resolve this issue, but we need more information before we can do so. Could you provide a direct link (URL) to the [Content]?Thanks,[redacted]The Facebook Team

Hi [redacted],Thank you for contacting us through the Revdex.com. To gather more information, can you provide us with the email address associated with the account you're referring to?Thanks,[redacted]The Facebook Team

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the links provided do not account for the fact that my facebook account was hacked and the hacker changed my email address and phone number associated to change the password. This makes it impossible for me to recover my account by changing the password. I need them to send me a link to reset my password to the email address [redacted] or phone number [redacted]. Once I am able to access my account again, I can close it altogether so no one can fraudulently access it.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have submitted my complaint from the e-mail address associated with a disabled account and they ignore my e-mails from that address. As usual Facebook is violating my constitutional rights. Facebook is violating business transparency laws by not responding to complaints via real live humans but using templates that are ran by robots. They also refuse to accept the documentation that they claim is acceptable in their terms and conditions. This will be reported to the FCC as well as the FTC.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have attached a screenshot that clearly states that my identity has been verified, there can be no denying nor splitting hairs on the verbage. As I stated, the DOB not matching could be the only sticking point, which I hadnt found out that had been changed by mistake from someone in my home that is why I didnt report it as a legitimate hack. If the DOB needs changed on my account, then either they should do it or grant me access so I can do it. Regardless, the account clearly shows and states that the identity has been verified yet I am still locked out. I am again saying, it should be released. I have escalated this to also a complaint filed yesterday 9/22/2015 with the Attorney General's Office. It is a simple fix that they refuse to do, and I do not accept. I want my account back.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 19, 2015/09/28) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Ok again "[redacted]", I have attached a screenshot that clearly states that my identity has been verified, there can be no denying nor splitting hairs on the verbage. As I stated, the DOB not matching could be the ONLY sticking point, which I hadn't found out that had been changed by mistake from someone in my home that is why I didn't report it as a legitimate hack. If the DOB needs changed on my account, then either they (Facebook) should do it or grant me access so I can do it. Regardless, the account clearly shows and states that the identity has been verified yet I am still locked out. Now if it is based on the profile picture, again, there are THOUSANDS of pictures in my account that match the identification provided. If it is the DOB, again I have already told Facebook that it had been changed in my profile by one of the children in my home not intentionally to cause harm. I cannot provide the transcript of the convo I had with a minor as it would be breaking privacy laws. So what I am being asked is to guess at a date of birth and provide fraudulent documents. I am again saying, it should be released. I have escalated this to also a complaint filed yesterday 9/22/2015 with the Attorney General's Office. It is a simple fix that they refuse to do, and I do not accept. I want my account back. It is obvious that whomever "[redacted]" is, they are a low level employee that is simply spouting blanket responses in the hopes I will simply get frustrated and go away. Again, like I said I have provided what was asked. The Attorney General's office in the state of California has been made aware of what I call unfair, discriminatory business practices. I think "[redacted]" needs to get his supervisor a copy of all this and get this fixed.
