this is the same response I got last time, which does not even respond to my question. But I have actually been contacted by a lawyer about a class action case involving others who have also been discriminated against by facebook. I am now going to join that suit, so this issue will be settled in a court of law. thanks, [redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Thanks for contacting Facebook. Your account was disabled for violating the Facebook Terms. Unfortunately, this means that we will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason.
Facebook is a community where people...

connect and share with friends using their real identities. This means:
- Your account must list your real full name and birthday.
- Personal accounts must represent individual people only. It's a violation of Facebook policy to use a personal Timeline to represent anything other than yourself (ex: celebrities, pets, ideas, objects, etc.).
- Using your account created to repeatedly contact strangers for business or dating purposes is not allowed.
For more information about these policies, please review the Facebook Community Standards:
https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards
Additionally, since you have already contacted Facebook directly regarding this issue via email, you can continue corresponding with Facebook through email.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I would like to know how I violated the Facebook terms exactly. You have determined me to be guilty without telling me what I am guilty of and giving me a chance to defend myself against your accusations.
I am greatly offended that you would simply disable my account without giving me any reason as to why you choose to do so. Simply stating 'policy violation' is like putting someone in jail because they 'committed a crime'
I am sure the general public would agree with me.

I am rejecting this response because:The...

response doesn't even acknowledge my actual complaint for one. It's simply a copy paste response. Response also does not offer any actual attempt to fix their issue. I am not satisfied with a general catch all generic response with no initiative behind it.
Sincerely,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their policy is that it has to be approved by the account holder if someone under the age of 18 purchases something. They never fully explained how to remove the credit card from my account. I thought I had it removed until my 4 year old daughter once again was able to make the purchase after I tried to remove the credit card the first time. I feel it is not right becuase all she did was click on a pop up that they put into the game by accident just trying to get the message off the screen. It should have asked for a security question before the purchase was completed to make sure that they really wanted to buy something. It did not do this on this game so I feel it is wrong to charge because if there was additional security when making a purchase even just reentering your password [redacted] you would not have cases of where something is purchases by mistake. That little bit of extra security would have prevented any purchases being made in the first place.

Hi [redacted],
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The best way to let us know about abuse is to use the nearby "Report" link when you see the abuse on Facebook.
You can learn more about using report links by visiting the Help Center:...

https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/?ref=cr
Facebook also provides several tools for addressing abuse on the site, including:
- Sending a message to the person who posted
- Blocking the person from contacting you
- Reporting the person if their behavior is abusive
Learn more about these tools in the Help Center:

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/10) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Their response seems to be telling me how I can stop/block people from contacting me on MY Facebook account. It tells how to report abusive behavior at their Help Center. The fact is - I DO NOT HAVE A FACEBOOK ACCOUNT. SOMEBODY ELSE HAS ONE USING MY TELEPHONE NUMBER AND MY YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS. That's identity theft. Whoever has that account is pretending to be me.
My complaint was, AND STILL IS, that someone (I do not know who) has a Facebook account using my name and information. I responded to a telephone text message that Facebook sent to my phone instructing Facebook not to send anymore messages to my phone number. Facebook might have sent a message to that ID.. theft's Facebook account about using a "Report" link to report abuse. But, that message did not come to me because I am NOT the person who has the account using my information.
(5/22/2015 Otto EMAIL Inform Member of Complaint - 1st Letter). If this is supposed to mean that Facebook communicated with me then it is incorrect. Facebook might have sent a message to the I.D. theft who used my name and phone number when he/she opened the Facebook account. I am not that person.
I do NOT want to be held responsible for whatever that I.D. theft who has the Facebook account is doing. That is why I want the Revdex.com to make Facebook close that account.
I received a message in my Yahoo Spam folder on June 8, 2015. I blocked that address in Yahoo. It was from FB-User[redacted] with the address [redacted].com. I do not think that was from the Facebook administrators.
I do not accept their response in the message above because what I'm looking for is not instructions on how to block abusers from an I.D. theft's Facebook page but a statement from Facebook saying that the account using my name and information has been closed and no other Facebook accounts will be opened in my name or using my information.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: more info was needed from me, the email address associated with the account in question is [redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Thank you for reaching out to Facebook. After reviewing your ad account, we've found that you're not following the Facebook Community Standards, specifically the following:
Ads may not promote the sale or use of weapons,...

ammunition, or explosives. Ads may not promote firearms, ammunition, paintball guns, bb guns, fireworks, explosives, pepper spray, knives, tasers, or weapons of any kind, including those used for self-defense. Ads may not directly or indirectly link to landing pages where people can purchase any of these products.
We will not be able to reactivate your ad account for any reason. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Because they do not universally enforce the indirect linking to what they consider restricted items. I had no links that were posted for any weapons. They point to one site that had knives in a totally different area that I have no control over. But have no problems allowing Amazon ads. Even though Amazon sells nearly every item on their restricted list. They also rejected other ads that went to a different sight that sold a single item which is not on their list of restricted items.
I did NOT advertise a banned item. I operated within their rules. I have no control over indirect links. If they wish to push the indirect link rule, it MUST be enforced universally, not selectivly.
So NO! I do not accept the form letter response.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Facebook has now unpublished my page claiming private sales of firearms. I do not sell firearms. And even if I was my page was age restricted to 18+ and had the facebook disclaimer. This seems to be in retribution for filing a complaint.
Again, I did NOT advertise weapons.
