Although deactivated, I continue to receive texts and notifications from Facebook. They can delete my account with one click and they refuse to do so. I have requested to dele5my account countless times. Please, delete my account and never contact me again. Never send me and electronic message.

Facebook still refuses to permanently delete my account. This is beyond belief.
Please give them your worst possible rating.

Neal,
As far as I know, we have not tried to break any standards deliberately. If something might have gone wrong that we are unaware of, please let us know and we will take care not to repeat that in future. We didn't receive a warning or notice that would've cautioned us. Facebook's standards are very broad and extensive. It always is possible to make a mistake without the knowledge of it and we are sorry for not taking care of it. Please, let us know the reason and we'll definitely prevent that from happening, if you activate our accounts back.
Hope you consider this,

Hi [redacted],
It looks like the name on your Facebook account may not be your authentic name. We ask everyone to use the name they go by in real life so friends know who they're connecting with.
Please help us by responding with your first...

and last name to our previous correspondence.
If the name on your account is already the name you use in everyday life, we would like to work with you to verify that this name best represents your identity.
We accept a number of documents to allow you to verify your everyday name. Learn more in our Help Center:

Here's the issue; I have exhausted every means to communicate via their "help" menu and I've submitted 5 ID's and there's no response. Hence, my filing this complaint.
[redacted] as you see in my signature line below is my business usage name and has been for 14 years. www[redacted].com or www.[redacted].com.
Across the facebook you see unrelated user names; unlike mine, which is my business name.
[redacted] is my legal name. However, i've been called "[redacted]" for 50 years.
When signing up for facebook they approved my name usage "[redacted]" and its been an active account for over 5 years without question.
Furthermore, I do not have access to my personal content nor business profiles. Which at this point damage is occurring to my business with the loss of ongoing access.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2015/05/12) */
Hi,
Thanks for your response. We've changed your name and reactivated your account. You should now be able to log in.
Facebook Timelines are intended for individual use and to represent real people using their authentic names.
Please keep in mind that you'll no longer be able to update your name from your settings. If you need to change your name in the future (ex: you get married), please fill out this form:
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/?ref=cr
You can also list another name (ex: nickname, maiden name) on your profile along with your authentic name. Learn more about other names in the Help Center:

We are still being blocked from creating live videos. We are one of the largest and most reputed media from[redacted] and now we can't even broadcast live events and interviews on Facebook. We have never streamed anything live against Facebook's policy as far as we know. Please remove the blockade so that we can continue to serve the [redacted] community around the world as we have been doing for over 10 years now.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hi [redacted],
Facebook accounts are intended to represent individuals, not business or organizations. It appears that your account did not represent you as an individual. As a result, your Timeline was converted to a Page. Pages are designed...

to be used by businesses and organizations.
If you do not wish to curate a Facebook Page, please refer to the Help Center for more instructions on how to delete the Page: https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Unfortunately, we cannot convert your account back to a personal Timeline because it violates the Facebook Statement of Right's and Responsibilities. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you.
Thanks,

This seems like a run around answer. I know of 1,000's of businesses who have a personal page on Facebook that are still operating today, including many of our competitors. Why are they still allowed to have their accounts?
Why did Facebook allow me to create an account & operate for 4 years if it was against their T&C's? Does Facebook realize the literally MONTHS out of my life building that page? Now NONE of my friends can find us on Facebook, although you supposedly sent them over to our new account.
I find it hard to believe that you can't give me back my old account, you just don't want to. My resolution, is I want an account that I can private message my friends/likes on, comment & like on their photos, & post in Groups....all of which I cannot do now. What is the point of having a Facebook account if you don't allow me to interact with my friends????

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This is exactly what I have been trying - and Facebook's only solution is to send me to their Help Center online.  This is not helping, at all, in any way shape or form.  The only option that I have to recover my account is to send in an ID - I have sent in both my driver's license and my passport numerous times.  I am asking to speak with someone about this, and I am asking to regain access to my account - so that I may run and manage my BUSINESS through facebook.  I currently have no access, and I have tried everything they have suggested to date - mainly 'just visit the help center' and 'upload a photo ID' - NUMEROUS TIMES - and nothing has worked, the robots are not responding to my submissions, and I am out of options.  My business is dependent on this login and access.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR THE COMPANY TO IMMEDIATELY DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND STATED IN ORIGINAL COMPLAINT THAT IT WAS THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE SOLUTION.

I don't want to be referred to links that I've likely already fought through before submitting the complaint.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It still doesn't solve the problem all they are saying in the response is that Get a FaceBook account & then report it using the help tools but the problem is We do not have or want a Facebook account & someone is using it to steal our corporate identity & violate contracts by setting up FaceBook accounts using our identity. Either they need to contact us or the Revdex.com to understand what they don't seem to be grasping or they need to purge their system of our web address & I would submitt that they also create a portal or contact for others having the same issues as we were told even law enforcement was unable to make contact this creates a situation on many fronts as this becomes violations of international laws. Sincerely,[redacted]

Nope. It's been disabled by Facebook after it was hacked. This link will not work. If you spent more than 3 seconds looking into the issue you would see the status of this account. Again, terrible service, even through the Revdex.com. I don't think you guys are capable of doing any better sadly.

Hi [redacted],
Your account has been temporarily suspended because it looks like it doesn't list your authentic name. Facebook requires everyone to use their authentic name so you always know who you're connecting with.
Unfortunately, we won't...

be able to respond to any additional requests to use a name that violates our name policies.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
That was a juvenile response that shows lack care or conduct. It is an example that my first complaint wasn't read and looks like a standard form letter in order to avoid all human contact or help. It's frustrating that my account is not only inaccessible with no warning, but all of my pictures, contacts, and posts can't be downloaded or backed up.
I have stated again and again * will use my nickname, but * will not share personal data beyond my say with facebook or the larger internet community at large including the business partners that profit from my identity.
I never agreed to it when * first signed up in 2005. And * was never asked that. For facebook to suddenly become a "Papers Please" type of mainstream communication medium is rather Orwellian if you think about it.
What is the real reason they have to have every single piece of private information about you? Are we no longer free to choose what we can and can't keep private if we used this utility?
If reinstating my account with my nickname on it isn't possible, then *'d like a zip file with all my photos, posts, and contacts (that are otherwise lost).
This random disabling of people's accounts has widespread affects on social, economic, and personal aspects of people's lives including mine.
The fact I can't talk to someone, and am only given basic form letter after form letter is both suspicious and annoying.

Again for safety and legal reasons I do not wish to use my full name on facebook. There is no reason to, and your reasoning has not been explained to my satisfaction. I would like a zip file of all my photos, contacts, and posts to be emailed to me at my wcu.edu email, if my initials or nickname are not sufficient.
