Hi [redacted],
I've reviewed your account and your past disputes and unfortunately we are not able to refund these charges.
Our records show that you previously disputed charges and as a courtesy we issued a one-time refund. However, when...

you received the refund, it was stated that we would be unable to issue a refund again for purchases made under the same conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
When you make a purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions by clicking the 'Buy' button. Our Payment Terms are always available for review at:
http://www.facebook.com/payments_terms/
To avoid future accidental or unauthorized charges, you may consider removing your payment method from this account. To edit or remove payment methods, follow these instructions:
1) Go to "Account Settings" in the "Account" drop-down menu on the top right of your home page
2) Click "Payments"
3) Next to "Payment Methods", click "Manage".
You will then be able to edit or remove payment methods from your account.
On the other hand, it appears that the developer has decided not to refund you. I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. If you need more information about this issue, please attempt to contact the application's developer again.
Facebook is not responsible for the support provided by this developer. If you continue to have problems, please note that you can remove and/or restrict applications from the "Applications" section of the Privacy page.
We appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

I am unable to find a written statement that said I was being issuing a one time courtesy refund. And I am not being provided with a way to contact the application's developer.

Hi [redacted],
Thanks for contacting Facebook.
It looks like the issue you're experiencing is with an app or game that isn't developed by Facebook. Unfortunately, because apps and games are managed by developers outside of Facebook, we're unable to provide you with support. But you can try contacting the developer directly for help.
To contact the developer of an app or game:
Go to the App Center: https://www.facebook.com/games
Search for the app or game in the search box in the top right
Select a result and click Report a Problem
Select a reason and click Submit
You can also contact the developer while using some apps and games on Facebook:
Open the app or game
Click Report/Contact in the bottom-right corner of the page
Select a reason and click Submit
Keep in mind you may need to give the developers your user ID to help them better address your question or concern. Learn more about finding your user ID for your apps and games in the Help Center:

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I twice followed your link (https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?ref=cr), and its instructions twice entered me into a loop that continued to bring me in a circle, without ever displaying my user ID. It doesn't give me my user ID; It just states a series of steps that lead me to the same page, and also states the same contact instructions that you listed. What I also found discouraging was that following the contact instructions also fell flat; I click Report/Contact -> I want to send my own message to the developer -> Continue, then I'm immediately brought to a screen reading: Report Submitted. You have submitted a report. I cannot contact the Castle Age developers.

I apologize for any confusion you experienced. However, I am unable to refund these charges. The charge is said to be "Recurring" because a saved payment method was used. Furthermore, the charge on 12/31/2014 covered your advertising activity between 11/30/2014 and 12/10/2014. The campaigns you ran can be viewed by using this link:

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 8, 2014/12/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As requested by Facebook I have confirmed my ID by correctly answering THEIR confirmation requests.
At lease twice I have correctly identified the images of friends that sent to me and asked me to identify them this I successfully did.
After correctly sending them my phone number, I correctly sent Facebook the correct confirmation codes on FOUR separate occasions. I have since sent copies of the confirmation codes that Facebook requested to them several more times, with no answer regarding them from Facebook.
Each time I sent the individual confirmation codes to them they acknowledged that they were correct by giving me back my account, only to remove it after a few hours.
I notice how Facebook keep sending back a scripted rely and will not answer any of my valid questions as to why they will not accept my proof of my ID that I have sent them many times, using THEIR confirmation requests.
After reading that Facebook lost over six million passwords and after seeing that Facebook are now sending out links in their "survey"form that link to malware that they refuse to comment on.
And after seeing the many breaches of trust that Facebook have been reported for. They now want me to put the safety of my family and myself at risk by sending them my personal details, why? just so they can take away my account again after I comply as they have done every time I have complied with their confirmation requests in the past.
I have MORE than adequately confirmed my ID to their satisfaction many times using Facebook's confirmation requests so I now ask that my account be re instated as Facebook have more than adequate proof of my ID.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 14, 2014/12/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Att Facebook. You say report fake accounts. I have done this several times and Facebook seem incapable of removing the fake accounts (All SIX of them ) It is clear that Facebook is incapable of enforcing their own rules.
I have several reports of Facebook allowing obvious and clear violations to occur and it sometimes takes literally hundreds of complaints to get Facebook to act. Yet they seem to act quickly in closing down many genuine accounts as the many complaints bear out.

I notice that Facebook are very reluctant to discuss these serious matters with their customers. If Facebook was an ethical organization they would willingly fix these massive problems, but as they seem to not care what does that make them?
[redacted] and his pals who own the SIX fake accounts that you seem incapable of finding has also set up other impersonation accounts and blogs with literally thousands of fake and defamatory comments, as he is very [redacted] off at the people who have helped closed down his many scam websites and so is now scamming you and you seem incapable of seeing how he is fooling you.
But that is what scammers are like, they are BELIEVABLE, this is why they are successful at stealing money from innocent victims. You are now actively supporting and aiding these scammers by allowing them to set up fake accounts that impersonate people whose only crime is to fight the scammers and aid their victims. How does that make the Facebook support staff feel? I personally would not work for an organization that allows such tings to go on.
I am very disappointed with the lack of ethics of Facebook and those who support such a corrupt organization.
I see that Facebook has managed to lose over six million customers passwords and to have been guilty of allowing child abuse people to actively use the Facebook accounts with impunity. So much for the ethics of Facebook.
I am intent on escalating the publicity of these unethical acts by Facebook as this is something that should be posted for all to see.

This is exactly what I did. And the response I received from the help to was a general scripted response that says it does not violate their community standards. I find it hard to believe by saying you're going to rob someone using a 12 gage is not in violation. And if it indeed isn't any threat of violence against another person or business should be. Now the person reviewing the video could have easily mid interpreted it if they are not familiar with the language or that the term "stoopid " which is used repeatedly is reference to a business. Publicly identifying the business as a target. Blocking a person with the ignorance to make such a threat in the first place whom is clearly gang affiliated does not even put a bandaid on the situation.

I am concluding that the next step for us all is a class action legal complaint to the federal court should there be one more incident. Everyone is accountable!
Here is the link to my profile and as of today, the harassment of my account still continues. When I post to any other FB member site, i.e., Oregonian, Cop Block, etc., my comments continue to disappear. Why do your white male employees continue to harass people for no lawful reason on Facebook? When I did my research, it showed 94% of your employees are white males. I have concluded they are the ones who continue to interrupt, harass and target legal users of Facebook. You have a practice of unsubscribing others' pages without their consent or permission either. They too have done nothing wrong!
