I will explain this again:
My account was hacked.
I can't log into into because...
Every time I try to log into it, it tells me I need to "verify my account".
I tried to verify it, to no avail. I really don't even care anymore.
I want to just delete the account.
I am unable to delete the account because...
I cannot log in. Pleas reference line 4 for reason.
Although my account is now "hidden", I am very uncomfortable with the fact that my information and pictures still exist on facebook servers. I want this account to be permanently deleted.
Alas, I cannot delete the account because (please reference line 8 for reason).
The proof that my information still exists on facebook servers is attached in the form of images: When I attempt to log on... I can clearly see an image of myself. I also STILL get e-mails from facebook, even though I have continuously and repeatedly unsubscribed.
Cease sending me e-mails, as well as hosting my image on your servers.
Thanks,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/10/13) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This response from Facebook doesn't tell me anything about what rules I violated. I want to know, what can I do to get my account re-enabled? I really need my FB account back. After my account got disabled I lost all my friends' contact information. What can I do to get my account re-enabled?
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/10/14) */
Hi [redacted],
Your account was disabled for violating the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. As previously mentioned, we enforce the Statement of Rights and Responsibilities as we encounter violations on the site, or receive reports of violations. If you've seen other accounts that violate the Facebook Terms, it is only because they have not yet been reviewed.
It appears that you have attempted to appeal this action, but have been unable to provide any documentation that matches the information listed on the account. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot verify that the account belongs to you and are unable to reactivate it.
Thanks,

To Whom it may concern,
I have attempted these solutions provided. When I submit my request with photo id I get the response listed below. Whoever has hijacked my account still has it and I can't login to rectify anything. If by stating "It looks like the problem with your account has been resolved" you mean that they still have control of my account then yes it is resolved. However I do not consider it resolved when I have no access to my own account. It is very much not resolved. All I get back is auto responses back that point to help article that have not resolved the issue.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/09/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Facebook's response is a NON-reply; just a generic "this is not the place to ask". they provide a link to a "help page" dealing in warnings.
1. This of course does not answer my complaint.
2. I never received a warning from them explaining why my account was disabled.
I need some real help in re-enabling my account.
Facebook's generic reply of "go to this irrelevent link" is not a serious effort on their part to resolve this issue.
If they feel I did violated their terms or conditions it is incumbent on them to at the very least let me know what they think I did. Please note that I posted nothing offensive or pornographic, and that I am indeed who I say I am.
Please help!!

Your account has been disabled for not following the Facebook Community Standards and we won't be able to reactivate it. We disable the accounts of people who don't use their real identities or who post content that is sexually suggestive or contains nudity.
We understand that people have different ideas about what's okay to share on Facebook, but to keep Facebook safe, we require everyone to follow the Community Standards. Learn more about the Community Standards:

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The support provided over the life of this complaint has been inappropriate. The [redacted] International Film Festival page was, at Facebook direction, folded into the account of an individual to our surprise. The [redacted] page is the property of the [redacted]. We want our property back as well as its related assets at the time of the merger. The individual wants his Facebook presence back with his assets at the time as well.
Sincerely,[redacted]
The festival is well beyond "Pages questions." The support service provided earlier by Facebook folded the Eugene International Film Festival Facebook page presence into the personal account of an individual.
The EIFF Facebook presence is the property of the EIFF, not the individual. We want our property back, with the assets in hand held at the time of the merger. The individual wants his Facebook presence back with his assets as they were.
I'm certain Facebook Support has a solution that would take the shortest of time. You warned me early on that working with Facebook would take far longer than I might have anticipated. We are now approaching six-months without satisfaction from Facebook.
Again, thank you for your help.
