Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have followed the links in the response and am still not able to access my Facebook account. My account has been disabled again today, after being recovered last week.I use my account to manage and post for over 300 business pages for small to moderate size businesses. When my account is unavailable, so are all of my business pages. I would like to understand what I am doing to cause the page to get disabled. Today I was adding a client as an admin on their business page. Any help would be much appreciated. The account is under the name [redacted] with the email [redacted]. I cannot send a link for the account because the page is completely gone while it is disabled. Thank you for getting in touch with me, I look forward to speaking to and learning from you!
Sincerely,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Dear Hogan,
Thank you!
The address is on the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, the text of which may be publicly posted on the Revdex.com web site. It's under Consumer Info above. "Complaint filed by" has the information.
Thank you for helping out.
It would really be more respectful of our time, both of ours, to speak on the phone. Would you have a phone number at which you would be available to do this?
Thank you.

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2015/05/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Dear sir or madam,
I have logged in to my facebook account to see if I could use it, but everytime I clicked on anything on webpage where status are published, I got an error asking if I wanted to leave the page. When I tried reloading the page, I would get the same error from the browser. Facebook should be able to restore the original url of my facebook page (I purposely did not accept to have facebook assign me my username as part of the url to my facebook page because it is less safe and it is not to my liking to have my facebook page with my username available on every link I copy). That's something only Facebook can do, and the government, of course. As it is, I do not have the basic functionality of clicking on the "Notes" option and seeing My Notes they way I had them, under their appropriate links and quite a few are missing - they were 103 total in one folder called Drafts. Believe it or not, the most annoying is the "Likes" option, which, although I have completely emptied in an effort to fix it, still counts 1 like under it, so, yes, it does seem there has been a bug and almost as though someone has been going through my things on this page. It's almost as though I got kicked out of my page, and was given a diminished one with just a few of my writings and under another name or url, let's say. I am concerned and would like the content I built in Facebook's platform available as the user and creator of it. The same for the application games, YoVille, myFarm, FarmVille and my music app, which had links to my music selection. I'm concerned even about my messages on this facebook account. It is very important. I used facebook almost everyday for years, I can't use facebook for much more now the way it is, dysfunctional. My concern is that I believe someone is utilizing my facebook page, with the original numbered url without my consent. It isn't public property. It has Author's Rights attached to it and should be protected.
I believe the appropriate teams are investigating. Would you let me know when I can expect improvement? Right now, there's just a new bug in there. Should I not use Facebook until hearing from Facebook through this website? Would you have the contact person in the team contact me through this website so as to let me know what progress has been made or if there is anything we can do?
Thank you.
Sincerely.

I will explain this again:
My account was hacked.
I can't log into into because...
Every time I try to log into it, it tells me I need to "verify my account".
I tried to verify it, to no avail. I really don't even care anymore.
I want to just delete the account.
I am unable to delete the account because...
I cannot log in. Pleas reference line 4 for reason.
Although my account is now "hidden", I am very uncomfortable with the fact that my information and pictures still exist on facebook servers. I want this account to be permanently deleted.
Alas, I cannot delete the account because (please reference line 8 for reason).
The proof that my information still exists on facebook servers is attached in the form of images: When I attempt to log on... I can clearly see an image of myself. I also STILL get e-mails from facebook, even though I have continuously and repeatedly unsubscribed.
Cease sending me e-mails, as well as hosting my image on your servers.
Thanks,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/09/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Facebook Team response dated September 11, 2014 does not address the Revdex.com complaint issues. Additionally, the Facebook Team response excludes more significant violations to the account since the Revdex.com complaint filing dated September 8, 2014.
The Facebook Team does not acknowledge (i) the fraudulent account "ban for cheating" noted on September 8, 2014, (ii) the fraudulent account "profile manipulation" (which erroneously designates the account location as Canada rather than the USA), etc.
In the interim, the Facebook Team ([redacted]) has escalated matters, (presumably in retaliation to the Revdex.com complaint), by completely terminating the account from any and all use unrelated to gaming, effective as of September 10, 2014.
Please maintain in the forefront that ...
The original complaint issues were about how Facebook authorizes a third party entity to facilitate their gaming website and, therefore, does not maintain or monitor the gaming website management. This same Facebook Team has not only disabled the gaming facilities for the account under false pretenses effective September 8, 2014, but now has disabled the account entirely effective September 10, 2014, with the condition of providing privileged documents (driver's license or passport) to an anonymous group of computer technicians with no accountability.
The Facebook Team demands a government issued identification in the form of a valid driver's license or passport ** order to reactivate the account which is irrelevant to the Revdex.com complaint issues. The Facebook Team made a previous request for government issued identification for a different account, and later was unable to explain how the information was later publicly distributed to the Internet.
The Facebook Team representative does not seem qualified to address the Revdex.com complaint issues related to fraudulent account manipulations (performed by Facebook third party technicians). Therefore, the Facebook Team is requested to escalate the Revdex.com complaint issues to an executive with management authority.

Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/09/18) */
Hi **
Thank you for your reply. Your account was disabled for violating the Facebook Terms. Unfortunately, this means that we will not be able to reactivate your account for any reason.
Facebook is a community where people connect and share with friends using their real identities. This means:
- Your account must list your real full name and birthday.
- Personal accounts must represent individual people only. It's a violation of Facebook policy to use a personal Timeline to represent anything other than yourself (ex: celebrities, pets, ideas, objects, etc.).
- Using your account created to repeatedly contact strangers for business or dating purposes is not allowed.
For more information about these policies, please review the Facebook Community Standards:
https://www.facebook.com/communitystandards

Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2014/09/30) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Facebook Team response dated September 18, 2014 does not address the Revdex.com complaint issues.
The Facebook Team permanently disabled the gaming facilities for the account under the false pretenses of cheating. The Facebook Team delivered the following specific message dated September 8, 2014:
Your are banned.
Cheating
P days P hours P minutes P seconds
The Facebook Team does not acknowledge (i) the fraudulent account "ban for cheating" noted on September 8, 2014, (ii) the fraudulent account "profile manipulation" (which erroneously designates the account location as Canada rather than the USA), etc. This account has not "cheated" or violated any known policy. The gaming facilities for the account had only been in use for two weeks prior to permanent termination.
The Facebook Team should acknowledge that the account had been established without any noted violations since the year 2011. The Facebook account has never been used for personal connections or social contacts. The Facebook account has no personal contacts or social connections. The Facebook Team response dated September 18, 2014 includes multiple false implications (unrelated to the original September 8, 2014 complaint).
The Facebook account has not "misrepresented identification." The Facebook account has not "contacted any strangers, persons, or individuals." The Facebook account has not violated any other known Facebook policy. The false and misleading implications are the basis for the legal definition of slander.
The Facebook Team is requested to escalate the Revdex.com complaint issues to an executive with management authority in order to specifically address (i) the original complaint related to permanent disablement of the gaming facilities dated September 8, 2014, (ii) the fraudulent account "profile manipulation" (which erroneously designated the account location as Canada rather than the USA), and (iii) the false implications related to identification and unsolicited contact dated September 18, 2014. The mismanagement by Facebook is seemingly being done in order to demand privileged documents (driver's license or passport) prior to restoration of the account. The demand for privileged documents is requested for presentation to an anonymous group of computer technicians with no accountability.

Promise to quit sharing my phone number with others. I do NOT authorize this. My number is on the do not call registry and you are violating this by giving it out. Please don't mandate an app to use your services. Middle ground: just quit giving out my information - you do not have my permission to give out MY personal information.

To Whom it may concern,
I have attempted these solutions provided.  When I submit my request with photo id I get the response listed below.  Whoever has hijacked my account still has it and I can't login to rectify anything.  If by stating "It looks like the problem with your account has been resolved" you mean that they still have control of my account then yes it is resolved.  However I do not consider it resolved when I have no access to my own account.  It is very much not resolved.  All I get back is auto responses back that point to help article that have not resolved the issue.

I Just Looked Up On What Name Can A person Use On Facebook And Apparently I'm Supposed To Use mt Real name And I Did Not about This Until Now, Or Rather I Don't Recall Them Saying Anything To Me About This Change In Policy, But What's Funny About...

Yes, my Facebook Account was hacked but that is NOT what I am reporting my FACEBOOK FAN PAGE is what has been stolen from me when they hacked my account and my FAN PAGE is what I want back, I don't think you guys are understanding I am trying to say. My account was fully secure and it was hacked and the hackers stole my FAN PAGE "seems legit" the URL is https://www.facebook.com/seemsleigt and Revdex.com has resolved a problem I had with the page before and hopefully they can get through to Facebook and give me my page back. Again, my fan page was hacked, I have my account back and more secure than ever.
