I just wanted to be able to advertise my business and this I was never aware about and not trying to help or figure out a solution is poor on your part. You should handle your customers better and try to make an effort to best solve the solution the your best ability.

You have wrongly disabled my account and don't not care enough about a paying customer to advertise. Well I need my account re enabled for advertising as soon as possible.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/08) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The way that Facebook handles this situation, without warning, greatly affects everyone. By the page abruptly not being available customers/ potential customers lose the convenience of communicating with businesses especially if they are not aware of the like page.
The name of the pages is the same- Reklez Pearland and the links are as follows:
This is the Like Page-
https://www.facebook.com/pages/[redacted]/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?sk=timeline
This is what used to be our Friend page-

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
How in the world do you expect me to download ANOTHER copy if you, Facebook, have already deleted my account. I was NEVER informed that I had a time limit to RE-SAVE all of my photos all it said was to download a copy it never told me "you will have a certain amount of time to again save your photos after you already downloaded them". I know that you, Facebook, must still have all of my photos somewhere in your data base, I highly doubt you just erased them. If you did then you need to update your "download a copy of your Facebook data" and actually let people know that it is a waste of time to do the face book data download and just tell them you must manually save all of your stuff. Also you need to set up a support system where they can chat with a human and not get an automated message.
Again I will reiterate:
I want all my pictures sent to me again, please and thank you, do NOT reply again telling me to do a Facebook data download. So either un-delete that Facebook and let me re do the data download or just simply send me my photos that is all I want.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2015/11/05) */
We are showing that the account tied to the email address you provided is still live on the site and that you are able to login to it.
Unfortunately we can not trouble shoot the problem without more specific information here.
Can you provide a link or email address to the account that you are referring to?
We will then be able to investigate further.
Thank you
The Facebook Team.

Hi [redacted],

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I run professional anti-virus and anti-malware software on my laptop (the computer in question) and I also use a registry cleaner weekly. All of these are up to date, have scanned my pc, and found nothing amiss. I have also had a professional software developer look through my computer to make certain there is nothing lurking in the corners. In my opinion, a outrageously large data collection system like Facebook's console has no place offering to fish around in my laptop's memory (which allowing them access to "repair" the situation would certainly do. If this were anything other than a scheme to get access to my computer's C drive, there would be a way to circumvent their "offer" to "repair" my fully functional, fully protected computer.Sincerely,[redacted]
