If I am unable to claim the Page as my intellectual property, Please remove the page. This is so unfortunate, because we have spent the last 5 years building the following and the loyalty. This is extremely frustrating in a world of tech that you can not, (or will not) help in fixing this.
I have tried everything on Facebook to get this resolved on my own.
I can not believe that there is no way of removing the malicious post and add me as an admin.

The way that Facebook handles this situation, without warning, greatly affects everyone. By the page abruptly not being available customers/ potential customers lose the convenience of communicating with businesses especially if they are not aware of the like page.

My goodness — this is getting absurd. In my last rejection of Facebook's response I noted "I'm afraid that the Facebook response appears to be a form letter responce because in no way does it address the simple issue I would like resolved."
Thier latest response is THE SAME FORM LETTER RESPONSE as last time except THEY MISSPELLED MY NAME THIS TIME! — I've left a message for [redacted] @ the Revdex.com to help advise what I should do next. But for the record, I am now four weeks into being able to promote my business according to facebook guidelines and under my LEGALLY REGISTERED NAME:  [redacted]Facebook is preventing me from effectively running my business. I await a timely reply.Thank you very much —[redacted]
