from the answer above, clearly they didnt read my complaint and take it into consideration of their act!
what my complain is that my acc got disable after I fund my ads account, and they said my account was some kind of fraudulent activity!
to me that seem like a scam! If I didnt report to Revdex.com (might be other didnt) will they reactivate my account? or the money just going to sit in their pocket and that account stay disable and the user cant use that money to purchase any ads?
please take this seriously!!!

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/10/31) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
How in the world do you expect me to download ANOTHER copy if you, Facebook, have already deleted my account. I was NEVER informed that I had a time limit to RE-SAVE all of my photos all it said was to download a copy it never told me "you will have a certain amount of time to again save your photos after you already downloaded them". I know that you, Facebook, must still have all of my photos somewhere in your data base, I highly doubt you just erased them. If you did then you need to update your "download a copy of your Facebook data" and actually let people know that it is a waste of time to do the face book data download and just tell them you must manually save all of your stuff. Also you need to set up a support system where they can chat with a human and not get an automated message.
Again I will reiterate:
I want all my pictures sent to me again, please and thank you, do NOT reply again telling me to do a Facebook data download. So either un-delete that Facebook and let me re do the data download or just simply send me my photos that is all I want.

We are showing that the account tied to the email address you provided is still live on the site and that you are able to login to it.
Unfortunately we can not trouble shoot the problem without more specific information here.
Can you provide a link or email address to the account that you are referring to?
We will then be able to investigate further.
Thank you
The Facebook Team.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/11/04) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I explained quite clearly in my complaint that there is no way someone could come to the conclusion that I am not using my real name other than if facebook had received a fraudulent complaint about me. Your form letter response is simply not true. It does NOT in any way shape or form appear that my facebook name is not my real name, because it is and I am the only one on the internet who uses that name. Your response to me accusing me of lying is almost as bad as suspending my account for using MY REAL NAME and then saying I am not me.
I already told you that I am me and that no rational reason would have caused facebook to think I was not me. There is no other [redacted] out there who could have mistakenly reported me, there is no other [redacted] on the internet.
Please provide the real reason my account was suspended, a simple apology, and reactivate my account.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The bussines want a direct link and...

I can't get a direct link to my account. It appears only this page where I can't do anything since months ago. I've sent my documents a long time ago and I have no answer. My facebook e-mail was :[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)This is the exact response that I have received from Facebook the other 3 times I have tried to contact them. I would like a refund of the money, but I think the only way that will happen is if I can speak with someone at Facebook. I don't think they are even looking at my messages. If they could speak with me and I could explain what our day to day life is with [redacted], I would think they would understand. [redacted] is a wonderful child and we love him immensely, but due to his moderate/severe Autism, when he decides he wants to do something, he will get it done. It isn't that we don't watch him. He is very patient and will wait until we are distracted to do what he feels "he needs" to do. People that are not dealing with an autistic child do not understand. I have changed my password so that he cannot access my Facebook account (he is very sad about that), but I am sure that this will not happen again. As much as we love this child, he has caused a lot of expenses, phones in the toilet and fish tank etc. We just cannot afford this expense. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/04/15) */
Hi [redacted],
Thanks for your reply. The only way we can reactivate your account your name is if you reply to our last correspondence and attach a real photo ID that verifies the name you're requesting and your date of birth.
The fastest...

way to confirm your name is to send us a government-issued ID. If you don't have a government-issued photo ID, we also accept any of the following:
- 2 different forms of ID that both show the same name. Additionally, one of the IDs must include a photo or date of birth that matches the information on your profile.
- If you don't have an ID that shows your name as well as your photo or date of birth, you can provide 2 forms of ID that show the same name, and a government-issued ID that includes a date of birth or photo that matches the information on your profile.
See the different kinds of IDs we accept in the Help Center:
https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?ref=cr

Once you send us the necessary IDs, we'll be happy to change your name.

Thanks,

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have done that three times by now but you don't think my I D is real But I had went to great lengths to scan my ID, as I don't have a scanner, and you don't think its real. I sent in two photo ID, one had a birthdate and a piece of mail. You say you want people to use the name the use I thier everyday life, I'm using the name I use, they even call me that at work! so if my name is changed, people won't be able to find me.
But you haven't answered my question about why I need to do this as its not in the terms of service that I need to show ID to get into my account and you now have the IP Liscence for my photos forever.
Furthermore, I have immediate family in law enforcement and I have been told not to put my last name up as people can then attack stalk Me to retaliate against them, if I am forced to put my last name up so I can edit your ip liscene to my photos you will be held responsible for anything that happens to me as I don't want you having control/liscene over my photos without my able to edit your liscene.
