Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I've uploaded three forms of ID several times and Facebook just ignores it. I believe they're doing this since I'm the creator of the groups they don't want open which are[redacted] since they removed all the admin in those groups. Others are having issues with Facebook treating conservatives this way. They opened my account for one day last time I complained with you guys and did the security checks again soon after and have ignored it for over a month now. The attachement will show what they're doing by blocking admins from adding people to conservative groups. My wife's account also got closed which is[redacted]. They were blocking her from adding people to that group every hour. When they removed all my admins including me of my [redacted] group no one could block that guy[redacted] since he was a Facebook worker that added himself into my group. Since I had no admins or myself in the group we could not remove him. He was not a [redacted] supporter who was posting hate speech about[redacted] and we asked Facebook to help the group or people block him which they refused to help. Instead they gave my wife [redacted] a 7 day ban for asking him to leave the group. That attachment shows what happened each time we tried to block him. The other ones shows how my wife got a 7 day ban for just asking him to leave since he was upsetting the whole group by posting hate speech. This is what Facebook is doing to conservatives. They even mark conservative posts as spam to remove them. I believe they don't want to give me my account for this reason. It's discrimination towards conservatives what they're doing. They're removing free speech.  Please do something about this. Facebook will just ignore my request to get my account back. I've submitted my social security card, birth certificate and ID more than 6 times and they've still not opened my account up and gave me no reason why. We've asked them to stop removing all my admins too but they keep doing it to more than one group of mine.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I could find all that information myself online. All they're doing is giving me other avenues to get in contact with them after they  discriminate against me again in the future. I don't want that. I want them to take the time and actually read people's messages before kicking somebody off of Facebook and off of their account. I want security and peace of mind when I'm on Facebook. I shouldn't have to go on Facebook and feel that everything I'm saying is now going to possibly getting kicked off. And I want them to publicly announce in one way shape or form their biased and discriminatory actions and not just apologize to me but to apologize to the entire world that's not of Caucasian descent.[redacted]

I have reached out to your automatic response system. Your form online does not allow someone to fill in a reason why. With that being said, my responses and my families responses get rejected. You have a criminal online who abused my children and he has set up fake facebook pages for them as well as a page about them and our family. He is harassing out family. He has no parental rights to my children. He has a warrant out for his arrest for two felony counts of child abuse. Yet, facebook refuses to respond to harassment against children and our family.

I require an email address to forward court documents to Facebook. I have orders to prove that Mr. Slotter is not the parent to the page he has posted. He also has posted illegally obtained phone recordings which violates wire taping laws. Please do not respond with the same canned message about filing a complaint with facebook. I have done that's however your form does not allow any message about the complaint.

[redacted] you did not read the problem. I stated I can log in, but the problem is that every so often your program/website says that my email is invalid. If you provide me with you email I can attach a screen shoot of what it is saying, or are you and as conceited as I believe you are by not reading the issue that is going on. I do request you give a real answer and not something that gives the impression that it is a automatically generated response or say that you can't do anything.

I do not accept this as I want an explanation from Jim or the rest of his cohorts that work for Mr. Zuckerburg at Facebook as to what caused the problem in the first place- if it happened once it can happen again so can they guarantee that it won't happen again? Furthermore I am considering this a a legal agreement between me Mr. [redacted] and Facebook that if it happens again if I put in a new email I am wanting a substantial sum of money as a means to show they are sorry for any mental anguish caused by a direct result of them abdicating their duty in maintaining proper function of their website. In addition if it happens again after the aforementioned solution by Facebook they will have to change their stance and state they do not actually take things serious as they have no effective means of communication when there is no effective means to communicate with the users when there are other social media websites that offer support means for communication. This is a FYI Jim and the rest of Facebook I have an account on another social media site and you can actually get customer support from them so are you willing to step up to the plate?

Once again, Facebook has completely ignored my complaint. I am not looking to defend myself from malware, but rather am trying to access my account.
 
I thought what I had written before had been very clear, but obviously Facebook's team has missed the message twice, so I'll explain as simply as I can.
 
Facebook forces me to download their scanner whenever I try to log into my account via any desktop computer; their rationale for wanting to scan my computer is that they suspect there may be malware on my computer, and they want to remove it.
 
Firstly, and very simply, I cannot log into my account from any desktop computer: my PC, my friend's PC, the local library's PC; however, all my friends and family can log into Facebook via these same desktops i.e. my PC, my friend's PC, the local library's PC. This means that Facebook has no basis for suspecting my desktop to have malware, other than that I tried logging in via that desktop.
 
I feel this is very obvious. I want to regain access to Facebook via desktop. I should not have to download or run Facebook's scanning software.
 
Furthermore, Facebook's forcing of user's to download and run software is unethical. Older user's who are on the whole less experienced with technology, may not understand that Facebook is intruding on their privacy. According to Facebook's privacy policy, they can use any information gathered on the user to target advertisements; targeted advertising is a major source of revenue, and seeing as Facebook does not actually intend to scan for malware, they may be trying to fool inexperienced computer users, or users on who they have little data, into running their scanner and gathering information on them.
 
I refuse to download Facebook's scanner, and I refuse to accept Facebook's automatic bot-generated responses to my Revdex.com complaint. I expect Facebook to grant me access to my account via desktop, and on the whole to stop this unethical and intrusive policy of data-collection and forced scanning.
