Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I had already used the Facebook Help Center (to which Facebook provided a link in its response) before submitting the complaint and not found it to be helpful in resolving the issue.  There is plenty of useful information there on options for verifying one's identity if the user is given the opportunity to do so after clicking on "Continue" when the message stating that the account has been temporarily locked appears on the screen.  However, I did not see any useful information about what to do if one gets a response stating "Identity Not Confirmed.  We currently can't verify your identity.  Please try again later." upon clicking on "Continue" and this happens repeatedly day after day.  There seems to be no customer service phone number to call.  I will appreciate it if someone responds to this inquiry and at least helps me to report the issue to a person at Facebook who can help resolve it.Sincerely,[redacted]

This group of people have been reported by hundreds of facebook users over the last few years and you still allow them to harass and bully people.
Please take action now since in this complaint it is reported. Each admin of this page needs to be banned from Facebook

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I do not have a "page" or an account!! I did not create the page and I have no way to remove it! I do not want to "join" FB just so I can remove an account that is phony and the information used on that page was stolen from me! I demand that FB CALL me ! All e-mails I have received from FB were computer generated and could not have been read by a human! The automated replies do nothing to remove the STOLEN information and close out a PHONY account!Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint Details
Over the past several months, I have slowly come to realize that I am the victim of a hacker or hackers, who have not only invaded my private e-mail accounts, but have also, somehow, created numerous fictitious Facebook accounts using my name, or a variation of my name and likeness. Last week, my husband and I decided to close our "REAL" Facebook accounts, with me wanting to open a new account so that I could continue to play my games, so I did just that, or so I thought. I created a new account, using my cell phone number and not an e-mail address, and then added a photo and filled in some profile information, making sure to secure the account by making things visible to "Only Me", or when that option was not available, the "Friends Only" option. I then went on to send Facebook a message asking them to not lock this account, that I was only using it for game purposes, and then I began to play games. At one point, I logged out and when I tried to log back in, I received the following on screen message... "Upload A Photo Of Yourself Please upload a photo of yourself which clearly shows your face. When you send us a photo, we'll check it and then permanently delete it from our servers." I tried doing this, but this link does not work at all, and only caused me more frustration in the process, and something truly needs to be done to allow me access to this new account.
Desired Outcome/Settlement
Desired Settlement: Other (requires explanation)My desired resolution would be to have Facebook unlock my new and most recent account without me having to send them a picture of my ID, as this feature never works, as explained above. I would also like someone from Facebook to contact me, via e-mail, to confirm that this has been done.[redacted]

I'm not quite sure what else you need but it was through Facebook.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/09/24) */
Hi [redacted],
If you've received a message saying that you're a winner of a Facebook lottery or that you've won money from Facebook, don't respond to it.
These messages are part of a scam. The messages could come from a profile claiming to represent Facebook or an account impersonating someone you know. The people behind these scams may try to get you to provide account log-in information, personal information or a copy of a government issued ID. They may also ask you to send an advance fee to claim your prize money.
You can help us stop these scams by reporting these messages or profiles if this happens to you again.
Learn how to report these messages by visiting the following link: https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
You can also report an entire profile. Learn how here: https://www.facebook.com/help/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?ref=related.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/01/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response because, as I have informed Facebook in my original complaint, I do not and never have had a Facebook account. The "Payment Support Specialist" advises me to go to www.facebook.com/help/contact, but when I do, it requires a facebook account to proceed. I do not want a Facebook account. Only 3 of the 4 fraudulent charges have been reversed. The largest fraudulent charge still has not been reversed and I still cannot contact Facebook by phone or email to get them to resolve this. Revdex.com, please help.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/01/20) */
Hi [redacted],
Since you do not have a Facebook account, can you please send in a copy of your credit card statement that displays these charges via the Revdex.com portal?
Once we receive this information, we can investigate the charges to make sure they're all handled.
Thanks,
