Ordered merchandise from them and they shipped the wrong itemsThey advised that they couldn't send us three items which would correct the error and we had to send the shipping error merchandise backWe asked them for a credit of on the return shipping cost and they stonewalled us after numerous phone tries to get a creditSeems rather ludicrous that we had to pay for their shipping error

To Whom This Man Concern,We regret that our customer was not happy with the purchase made with us. After reviewing the complaint along with out notation history I do show that customer purchased a Plantronics Discovery Package - this item is made up of 1) Discoveryand 1)Charger
Pocket 640-70383-01. These items were shipped separately - the headset was shipped via *** on 11/*/and the charger pocket was sent via *** 11/**/14. On 11/**/our Returns Department received the headset for refund and after inspection found no defects with the item - Per customers complaint - the item would not power on as they didnt get the charge pocket yet inorder to make the headset work. Customer was refunded per our Return Policy - less 15% Processing and the actual cost of shipping. We see that the customer finally received the charger pocket and thought that we received the return for the headset and processed an exchange. Customer can return the item for full refund as a courtesy within our 30Days Return period. Customer is responsible for the return postage. FactoryOutletStore.com shipped quickly, but the product they shipped while in the right box was not the product ordered Contacted them by email and talked to one of their live representatives The first solution they offered was contact the manufacturer The second was send it back at my expense, and pay a 15% restocking fee The box the sent in was not a sealed, it was open This company is not interested in customer service

I called *** to inquire about a GPS accessory They did not have it, but offered me a $*** gift card if I would try Smart Shopper and Doctor On Call for days Unfortunately, I went for it The rep, Tom Stanley, told me I would get a confirmation email confirming the details of what was required of me to receive the gift card I never got the email and when I did finally receive a letter from Smart Shopper, My first name on the letter was completely wrong which probably explains why I did not get the email He probably garbaged that as well Finally, frustrated with the whole thing, I called the support number for Smart Shopper, talked with a very nice, young lady there She cancelled both accounts and apologized for my inconvenience The problem is that my credit card was charged a dollar for each account and I had to spend quite a bit of time to get this straightened out with absolutely no benefit to myself except for not getting further charges, hopefully!

Would not buy from this store againI ordered a Jabra headset from this site and the zipcode was wrongWhen I called back to correct the issue the agent tried to sell me an extended warranty from their call centerI said no
I checked my email later and it said thank you for getting our extended warranty
This is fraud and I called back and talked to "Luke"(fake made up name from India)
He said manager would call me back

Don't buy from this site unless you are absolutely sure you won't need to return it! Shipping back to them will cost you!!

I ordered GE Refrigerator Water Filters from them The invoice received with the order states that the filters were "GE" However, they were an off brand name Nevertheless I tried one and the water from the refrigerator turned black I tried another with the same result
The filters were delivered a year ago as I ordered them when my supply of filters was growing low Therefore, I did not open the carton until today, nearly a year after delivery
I called them to complain in the hope that they would take responsibility in case my refrigerator has been damaged by these filters and for a refund Their representative stonewalled me? First she told me that GE no longer made these filters and that these were the replacements That is not true I later order replacements directly from GE that have the GE brand name Secondly, she insisted that because it was more than days since delivery I could not get a refund (Each water filter has an estimated life of months and I ordered of them) After I protested, she offered a refund for only of the filters
I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that none was available so I left my telephone number for a call back None has been received

I placed an orderdays later I get an email saying it is on back order and they will not receive it for 7-days
So before I called to complain I checked on line again and it says in stock
She said if they receive them next week it will be shipped on SaturdayI asked what if you get it on SaturdayShe said then it will be shipped the following Saturday
So I assume they say everything is in stock so you place the order with them and not who really has them in stockI will wait for this because she said it will take up to days for the $to get back to my card

I would double check every fine print prior to placing an orderI ordered water filter which was wrong size, though website confirmed it is right for my refrigeratorWhen I returned it they charged me $refund feeTotal price for item was $I should of simply trashed the item instead of repacking and shipping
