To Whom This May Concern, We regret that the package has not arrived to your location as of date We do not show that this person attempted to call our Customer Service Center at any point and this order was placed via our online shopping cart As customer stated the package was shipped and notification was sent DHL Tracking # [redacted] shows that the package has not moved customer did not contact us via phone nor DHL to let anyone know that there was an issue with the package We will contact DHL immediately and will work with them to retain our item and will refund this customer the purchase price of the item Customer Relations

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] When I finally spoke to a [redacted] at Factory Outlet Store ( [redacted] & then [redacted] ) yesterday, they only agreed to refund the exact price of the 2nd item to be returned ($109.95)This was the item that was sent to me months after the order was placed online and canceled hours later-- it NEVER should have been sent to me In addition, I was told in the phone call when I canceled the order on 413, that I would not have to pay for the return shipping of the first item sent to me and that the second item would not be sent at all Therefore, the company should be responsible for the shipping costs of these two items and should refund me the full remaining balance on the order ($157.03) plus the additional cost for the return shipping of the first item as promised ($40.34)I am therefore due an additional refund of $(the amount outstanding after the promised $that the company stated they would refund yesterday) [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Ordered online from [redacted] an LG LGIP-400N batteryPhoto on the website shows all the correct specifications 3.7V 1500mAh 5.6Wh The battery received was an IP-400N - a knock-off - with specs of 3.7V 1150mAh 4.3WhWhen I called customer service to complain, they said the battery was compatibleBut the specs are clearly different and what they showed was a photo of the correct battery on the websiteSo they substituted an inferior product from that shownWhen I told them about the photo, the person continued to respond that it was compatible and that it was the only one they hadThis company is a scam and no one should buy from them
