Revdex.com PLEASE REVIEW NO FURTHER REFUND IS DUE AT THIS TIME

To Whom This May Concern,We regret that our customer was unhappy with the purchase made with us via our online shopping cart After reviewing this complaint along with our notation history we show that our Customer placed this order on Customer paid $for our internal expedited processing and the package was given to [redacted] the same day with tracking number [redacted] : - June **, , 8:pm Arrived at [redacted] Destination Facility [redacted] ** *** The package arrived at the [redacted] Facility in [redacted] to be sorted and then delivered to the customer by their local Post Person therefore the package is still in transit and should be delivered within the week.The customer contacted us on very irate that the package did not arrive yet (four (4) Business days after it was dispatched) - misread the tracking information stating that the package was delivered in NJ and she is in NY then insisted on speaking to a Supervisor Speaking to the Supervisor customer demanded FREE Overnight Shipping of a new order - when this was denied customer stressed speaking to someone in a higher position Customer threatened stated that she would "blog" badly about our company as well as contact this Revdex.com.In an effort to appease the customer our Supervisor went ahead and shipped a FREE order for the battery out to the customer on - [redacted] AND also gave the customer a refund of the $for the shipping As a courtesy customer may keep both batteries as the 1st shipment should arrive shortly and the 2nd will arrive wthin a week Customer can also feel free to return both for full refund to their account While we understand that we are not able to make everyone happy we indeed tried in this caseIf you have any questions and/or comments regarding this case please feel free to contact our US Based Customer Relations Department at ###-###-#### Eastern/Standard

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]This is not true The phones DID NOT work properly as they continuously tried to connect to our cell phones, and would not stop We also have and the phone company (Panasonic) told me that there could be a conflict that would not let the phones perform properly IN ADDITION, On two occasions, I was TOLD by a woman who would not give me her name that they could not print me out a 'return' label, BUT THAT THEY WOULD REIMBURSE ME FOR MY RETURN SHIPPING,which is why I sent the USPS receipt to them The phones wouldn't function here, and I cant believe they tried them out and tested them I think they are lying, AGAIN!!!! Thank you [redacted] PS Judging by the number of Revdex.com complaints to your agency, these people are NOT reputable or HONEST!!! We apologize for the inconvenience that this situation may have caused you As one of the Premier Online Retailers our goal is to have as many happy customers as possible We pride ourselves in being able to fill over 98% of all orders we receive in a timely fashion and try our best to be on guard for fraud After reading this complaint and looking into why your order was cancelled we do see that the order was being shipped to a different shipping address than the billing information you provided when placing your order via our online shopping cart Due to high fraud on specific SKU we require that our customers either place the shipping address as an alternative billing address or ship to the billing address I further see that the customer was asked to sign the Authorization Form that gives us permission to ship to another address different from the billing and proves that the customer is indeed the Card Holder Customer refused on several occasions and therefore the order was cancelled and closed We would be more than happy to help in any way that we can with your purchase please feel free to contact our Customer Relations Department - Monday thru Friday - 9am until 4pm Eastern/Standard at ###-###-#### for any assistance needed
