We understand that the tracking given to us for USPS shows that the package was delivered but it WAS NOT! I have made a purchase for a wireless headset as a giftThe item on the website said it is in STOCK, I get a confirmation email after the purchase and states that it is back orderedI do not understand that how there website can say it is in stock but back ordered? This is advertising, the refund button on the website does not workI went through PayPal for the purchase and started the process on there endThis website was endorsed by [redacted] , I do not understand how [redacted] could do business with such a shady website

I order a phone with hand sets I went to set phones up and I had a questions I called number given and they gave me another number to call You had to email for customer support and I did I emailed them about hours ago and heard nothing I got fed up and decided to send the phones back I understand that they will charge a restocking fee and that is crazy especially when you have to deal by email rather then dealing on the phone with a live person to get help I think they should reimburse me if there is a stocking fee and also for my paying to get the package back I am years old and trust me I still have my smarts and do not want to be taken advantage of
