Purchase a replacement battery for my samsung Galaxy S(***)It looked like the factory battery and worked fine for a little over monthsThen it went dead and would not take a chargeTried contacting company twice but would not return emailsfortunately I am not a lot of money for their junk batteriesThat should have been my first clue to avoid this companyprice way less then a factory replacementMy advice is to do some research on this company and then buy elsewhere

I was told overnight shipping was not an option I asked for my battery to be overnighted to me and was told they dont offer thatAlso I was told that a new battery was being sent out to me regular because overnight is not an option and the other battery had been rerouted back to themI am sure those calls are monitored listen to the recordings.

Don't deal with this company Told me they were affiliated with a company that they aren't When product never arrived & I requested a refund, I was told no refund because product was mailed (to date -- days priority mail) tracking # still shows never received by *** When I insisted on refund, I was 'accidentally disconnected' separate times before getting to a 'supervisor' who after much arguing agreed to refund my money Also showed up as having 'fraud alert' in the email I received from them Product also almost twice the price as direct from company I thought I was dealing with in the first place
