I have attempted to contact Topps CS on multiple occasions with no successful resolution Topps has provided no update as to the status of the card in nearly two years and significantly undervalues the card when replacement options are offered When asked for evidence or support of their valuation they have supplied none There are no completed sales of this card on ebay, and similar cards with these players and higher end brands to support Topp's valuation of $(as CS response says completed *** sales are used) Attempts at escalation for a manager to call or provide further information have been ignored and I was given an explanation that the manager "is in meetings all day".As stated, my desired resolution is for the production and mailing of the card I redeemed Topps has failed to produce this card or provide any update or reasonable explanation on the delay other than "the card was not made to Topps standards, and is being reproduced" In nearly two years, the status has not changed despite the fact that multiple game used and autograph cards of Ken Griffey Jrand Frank Thomas have been released in products in and 2015, suggesting that Topps has the materials and means to make this card, but refuses to absorb the expense to make a card which was released in a product two years ago.I have been encouraged by Topps to accept their replacement offers because "if Topps decides not to make the card it will be replaced with random cards at their discretion" and this can happen at any time of their choosing without notice Ultimately, if Topps CS or management were willing to provide any transparency, status update, or reasonable assurances that efforts are being made to make this card, or that the card WILL be made, I may find that satisfactory to satisfy my complaint Due to the lack of communication, failure to produce the card, and the unwillingness of Topps CS to provide reasonable replacement options I will not close my request

I called Topps Customer Service and Michael indicated that Topps is still waiting on the autograph and the relic pieceWhen I informed him that Topps had sent the Revdex.com a message saying the card was being completed because the relic piece had been obtained from the player he then changed the story to they are awaiting the autographHe had no answer when I indicated autos of this player had been placed in products and this was a redemptionAll of this is in direct contradiction to what Topps has responded with to me through the Revdex.com, that the relic has been obtained and the card is being completedI would like a further response from Topps and would also like an estimated time the card will be completed and shipped in the next response from the company.I will not accept a replacement for this item

This consumer selected the Revdex.com to mediate this issue and the company will not discuss this issue outside of this forum.This is a value disagreement Topps value is fair current market value and will not be changed Consumer will have to wait for the card to be completed

I was told by Topps company that it would take fifteen weeksThis is not acceptable....once again...they have a product on the shelves for months, then decide to announce prizes that they do not have in their possessionI cant understand how they can advertise items they don't own, they make people wait months with no care, and then if Topps never gets what they advertise they give the customer what ever they think is fairI will persue this matter from every angle that I can....I will not give upThis is completely advertisement and pure robberyTheir customer service should be arrested for negligence and the company should stop their bait and switch schemeI wish I could put a box on the shelves advertising a BMW as a prize...and then when someone wins...ignore them...take six months to give them their prize, which is a Toyota camry because I couldn't find a BMW which I advertised as the prize

I would be willing to accept replacement value for the invoice value ($1,050) that I sent over for the Trout, but not the estimated value of $from Topps Customer The value would be based on eBay sales as that was where I purchased the redemption.I would prefer that the card be made and I receive it Stating there is no ETA is not acceptable when Mike Trout signs for every Topps release, please just make the card and utilize a Sticker Autograph to place on the card That would satisfy my request, it does not need to be an on card autograph

Either this isn't true, or Topps is very bad at their job.As stated in my original complaint, Tom Murphy signed cards for multiple sets for Topps between and 12 months after I redeemed my redemption card There is no good reason for Topps not to have Tom sign my card. If the player was highly collectible and didn't sign cards often, or if it was an older player dealing with medical problems who had trouble signing, it would be reasonable for it to take this long However, Tom does not have any trouble signing Topps just failed to bring my card for him to sign last time they had him sign cards This is unacceptable for a company that bases their business off of cards and sells so many cards I'm extremely disappointed that Topps isn't willing to admit that they messed up and try to make it right. I'd also like to point out that the card I redeemed was for a specific card of a specific player I do not want a "replacement" Tom is still alive, still capable of signing, and still willing to sign for Topps (as seen by the fact that he signed thousands of cards for them in 2014) There is no reason that Topps isn't able to get my card finished, and there is no reason that they should be suggesting that I take a replacement for it Topps is not giving me the product I paid for (either by refusal or incompetence, I can't tell which) and is suggesting that I take something else (which, as I have heard from other collectors, is usually worth less than the card I am owed) That's bait and switch Not to mention that this is the only one of this card out there (assuming that Topps has actually printed it, which is not a safe assumption) There is no market value of this card. To any other consumer out there, TOPPS REDEMPTION CARDS ARE A SCAM!!! You pay for something and they don't give it to you I'm never buying another and I may take legal action if that is what it takes to receive what I have purchased
