I tried Femme Factor LLC for the first time after trying several other supplements (none which worked)I started noticing the difference in my body shape after only a couple days of using this product! It worked almost immediately and kept me energized during my workoutsWorth every penny

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and the monies have been returned to my account Thank you I sent the last shipment back the same day I received it, and according to the USPS Force Factor received on 4/21/ I do still stand by my belief that the "fine print" should not be a "seek and find", but should be right above where the credit card information is entered The way it is set up can lead to suspicion of intent, even though I have found it is legal Just because it is legal, doesn't make it right Laws need to be changed to fix this Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI do however protest their assertion that what I purchased was at any point described as a service or on-going subscription I have attached PDF versions of the original email from my order, as well as the shipping confirmation I have received no further correspondence indicating any additional products other than what is described in their own email as a "Sample" My only other correspondence with them have been my email cancellation, and now my refund I bring up these facts not because I am unhappy with my own resolution, but worry about the practices of this business for other consumers.The first file, "Gmail - Your Test XOrder Confirmation - [redacted] .pdf", clearly states in their own words, "Thank you for ordering a sample of Test X180..." Which is billed for This is backed up by the second email, "Gmail - Your Order Has Shipped.pdf", which also does not mention any additional services or products other than the sample that I intended to receive from them This company is clearly misrepresenting the subscription as a free sample obtained by paying the shipping and handling fee, which is why I have taken such umbridge in this caseI do hope that this information is useful to you on a larger scale than just my own case, and thank you for your time and patience dealing with the situation.Kindest Regards, [redacted]

This company does NOT tell the customer that you don't get your money back until you ship the product back to them Some one ordered their "free" sample They forgot to cancel , so after the day trial period, they were charged for the full price and would receive their product I called them stating I wanted the money that they charged me full price for (which I hadn't received) returned to credit card They informed me, I wouldn't be able to get my money back until I sent the product back, that they had just shipped out!! No where in their website is this stated, it just says you have a day guarantee to return the product if you're not satisfied!! Now do they tell you, you have to return the product BEFORE you get your refund!!

I've been using Femme Factor for about years now on and off I resupply whenever I can get the money to do it but I've only had positive experiences with customer support when reorderingNo hidden charges, nothing shadyCustomer support is top notch too! Having a hard time finding it online now so I just order over the phone

I ordered and paid for a sample of a supplementOne month after receiving the sample I received and was billed for an additional monthly supply of the supplementI did not authorize Force Factor to set up a recurring monthly shipment and did not authorize any additional charges to my credit cardApparently on the reverse side of the statement that came with my sample are terms saying I had days to cancel the monthly shipmentsThis information is printed extremely small and in an obscure area of the statement in order to deceive the customerThis is an underhanded organization intentionally misleading the customer I am returning the product and asked to have the account closed but Force factor is refusing to reimburse the shipping fees
