I am rejecting this response because:
Why should I have to pay the postage to return product that I didn't order?  Send me a postage paid return mail label so I don't have to incur the cost of returning your product.

My wife has been taking Femme Factor's Body Fit for the last three months, and we are both HUGE fans. We have two kids, and most days they run her ragged. I have noticed her energy levels higher, and she now exercises regularly, which she wasn't able to do before.
I had to contact Femme Factor because when I checked out online I accidentally bought three bottles instead of two - they ended up helping me out and I got refunded quickly and easily. I am a big fan of theirs and highly recommend them!

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I never agreed to get their supply.  When I called on March 26, 2014 it was because I noticed, on my credit card statement, the charges that they were making without me authorizing them.  I never agreed to get a monthly supply, and on March 26, 2014 I clearly told the person I talked to that I did not want their product.  That I wanted to cancel. He said that I had to take the bottle I received on March, I told him that I never received any bottle on February and that I was calling because I had received that bottle on March.  I never agreed to get the product, on a monthly basis at a reduced price.  I did not wanted to begin with.  I told the person I talked to last, that I was going to report them, he was very rude and told me that I wasn't the only one that wanted to complain about this and that nothing was going to happen to them.  I want them to take responsibility for their actions and not try to sugar coated and pretend  to be nice that it was not their fault and blaming me for what happen.  I want an apology from them.  If they take their business seriously, like they said, they should apologize.  I just don't want this to happen to any body else.
