Hi

I ordered and paid for a sample of a supplement. One month after receiving the sample I received and was billed for an additional monthly supply of the supplement. I did not authorize Force Factor to set up a recurring monthly shipment and did not authorize any additional charges to my credit card. Apparently on the reverse side of the statement that came with my sample are terms saying I had 18 days to cancel the monthly shipments. This information is printed extremely small and in an obscure area of the statement in order to deceive the customer. This is an underhanded organization intentionally misleading the customer. I am returning the product and asked to have the account closed but Force factor is refusing to reimburse the shipping fees.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and the monies have been returned to my account.  Thank you.  I sent the last shipment back the same day I received it, and according to the USPS Force Factor received on 4/21/14.  I do still stand by my belief that the "fine print" should not be a "seek and find", but should be right above where the credit card information is entered.  The way it is set up can lead to suspicion of intent, even though I have found it is legal.  Just because it is legal, doesn't make it right.  Laws need to be changed to fix this.

I am so fed up of using fat burners that only gives false hopes. Most of them works only on your first use, 1st to 2nd month, but, then again, you’ll be back on your own hated weight. I need a fat burner that will not only work on the first use, but for a longer period of time, or something that is for life. I thought, it is impossible, but fortunately I found LeanFire TX . It does not only give promises of burning your fats but it also motivates your mind. This is amazing! The Metabolic Mind Matrix in this product is a miracle. It produces clean energy that helps eradicate nervousness and anxieties. And all will be replaced with great determination, increased endurance as it burns your fats. With increased energy, your body and mind is motivated to go on with your goal. LeanFire is surely the fastest and the safest way to burn fats.

Force Factor takes allegations of fraud and non-compliance very seriously. In
response to the customers rebuttal, and again apologize that the customer’s
experience was not a positive one, we attempted to process a refund for the
disputed amount of $84.98 however it was declined due to the chargeback on this
order.  Return instructions and refund
information were provided on 11/24/2014 however, the dispute with the credit
card was issued on 01/21/2015.  The

return has been received.  This is
currently going through a dispute process with the customer’s financial
institution and we are unable to process a monetary refund.
