Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is mostly satisfactory to me as far as a refund goesThe business implies I opened an account and subscribed to their productNothing could be further from the truthI went back and looked at everything as if I were anonymously requesting their advertised "free" offer plus shipping and nowhere does anything state that an account is opened/established and that a subscription will be startedFurther, I had received emails asking me to comment on their product and to sign up for more which I never didForce Factor, LLC, needs to stop automatically signing people up or make clear their intentions to automatically bill the recipient with a clear opt-out which does not exist.

I bought this product for my girlfriend who really wanted to lose weight after delivering our babyShe did great the first two months in then she hit a plateau and we tried everything, we tried to change up the regime, to shock the diet, to do low weight high rep workouts and nothing workedInstead she weight, not a lot but enough to dampen her spirits and stop her from going to the gymSo after doing some research, I decided to buy this product for herThe first thing she noticed was the increase in energy, having that energy made her want to get back in the gym againShe was sort of motivated again, it might have been the boost in energy or it might have been the help of this idea of this productI am happy to say this product helped her break through her plateau and she has continued to use it now, she says she loves the boost in energy she gets and how she feels when she gets into the gymThank you Femme Factor for helping her get her motivation back!

What I love most about Femme Factor is that it's a supplement line that's designed specifically for women. I go to the gym several times per week and Femme Factor is the only line of supplements for women which goes beyond weight loss. Their protein power is amazing and I love making smoothies with it after working out or instead of a snack which isn't healthy. Can't wait to see what the future has in store for this brand, love it!

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Force factor never agreed to a full reimbursement. Only agreed to a partial (50%) less shipping and handling. That is why the dispute with my financial institution was initiated. I called force factor directly and they admitted the returned merchandise was received but due to the dispute with my bank, a refund was out of the question. When I checked with my financial institution, the merchant (force factor) has not responded to the charge back filing.
