Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me The resolution includes the statement from the company indicating that "We also apologize that the customer is unhappy with the returns processAt this point the, customer is not responsible for the return and needs to take no further action."
So long as this is entered into the record that I am not required to pay postage to return the items then I'm satisfied I have no problem returning the item I just don't want to do so at my expense

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
This is a standard responseTheir credit card billing practices are very fraudulentTake a look at their terms and conditions, hidden deep within them you will see the recurring chargeTheir are people screaming about this on the internetI will continue to post on social media, and write their congressment about their business practices, unless they refund my shipping cost to send the product back, plus I want the $back for the sample, which totals $If I don't get this, I will soon file a complaint with the internet fraud department, their local police dept, and ***.com (among other places)
