Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I do however protest their assertion that what I purchased was at any point described as a service or on-going subscription.  I have attached PDF versions of the original email from my order, as well as the shipping confirmation.  I have received no further correspondence indicating any additional products other than what is described in their own email as a "Sample".  My only other correspondence with them have been my email cancellation, and now my refund..  I bring up these facts not because I am unhappy with my own resolution, but worry about the practices of this business for other consumers. The first file, "Gmail - Your Test X180 Order Confirmation - [redacted].pdf", clearly states in their own words, "Thank you for ordering a sample of Test X180..."  Which is billed for 4.99.  This is backed up by the second email, "Gmail - Your Order Has Shipped.pdf", which also does not mention any additional services or products other than the sample that I intended to receive from them.  This company is clearly misrepresenting the subscription as a free sample obtained by paying the shipping and handling fee, which is why I have taken such umbridge in this case.
I do hope that this information is useful to you on a larger scale than just my own case, and thank you for your time and patience dealing with the situation.Kindest Regards,

I tried Femme Factor LLC for the first time after trying several other supplements (none which worked). I started noticing the difference in my body shape after only a couple days of using this product! It worked almost immediately and kept me energized during my workouts. Worth every penny.

I've only had great experiences with Femme Factor products. I started using this before a beach trip to help me get in shape a little quicker, and I'm already seeing results. I'm more energized at the gym and as a result can work out harder and longer. Very happy so far!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  In regard to being instructed by the company to contact them before May 10, 2014.  I   Think that if you would record the conversation you will clearly hear that I was very upset with your company, when I called on March 26, 2014 and I clearly stated that I did not want any business with Force Factor.  Clearly the employee I talked to on March is lying.  you need to employed people with integrity, not liars.

Review: I sent for A two week free trial for 14 of the Test X 180 male supplement pills and paid the shipping charge. They stated this was A free trial.I've since been billed $74.98 on my credit card and my bank account was overdrawn because of this matter.I did not authorize this charge and in my mind, this is called stealing money.14 pills ended up costing me over $119.40 with the unauthorized charge of the credit card, the $40.00 overdraft charge that my bank charged me,plus the $4.50 that I authorized for the shipping of the free trial offer that they are advertising.I only received the 14 pills, nothing else and I get very upset when people try to steal my hard earned money. And that is exactly what this is.I looked up "FORCE FACTOR"Test X 180 on [redacted] and it seems that there is A bunch of unhappy customers that are getting charged this same $74.98.Definately sounds like A scam that is ripping off the American public. Please try to check into this matter. The number that I was given for this business states that it is no longer in service. What can I do???Thanks in advance.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back.I do believe they are false advertising.

Review: This company says that I ordered a trial of their product. I have no recollection of doing so. They claim I had 18 days to opt to of receiving product sent to me monthly and charged to my card. When I contacted them for a refund and an RMA to return all the product which has been sent to me, they said they would only accept the last two months of product back at a full refund and an additional two months at half off.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all product that I return. I believe this is a scam and consumers should be made aware of it.

Review: I received a free sample that required shipping and hanling only. I was charged the shipping and handling on June 3rd. Today june 23rd there is a charge of 84.98 pending on my account. I have done some research and found that several people have the same issue with the same company and a wide range of unauthorized charges. I have tried to call multiple times to their phone number and the number just disconnects.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is a full refund of the 84.98 and cancellation of anything they autosigned me up for.
