However, our online ordering system shows that you placed an order after following an ad on Facebook. Our order pages require all mailing and billing information. Your name, address linked to the card, and credit card were all provided on the online form. Additionally, as an extra level of protection we require the CVV from the front of the card as proof that the cardholder is the one placing the order. All that information was entered correctly, and approved as an authorization by the card issuer. We have delivery confirmation that all shipments were successfully delivered to the same address listed on both the order form and this complaint. Wonderful product! It helped me create and maintain my figure. The best part is that I feel great since I've started taking it. My body feels and is healthy and I feel radiant and strong all day.

This company does NOT tell the customer that you don't get your money back until you ship the product back to them. Some one ordered their "free" sample. They forgot to cancel , so after the 14 day trial period, they were charged for the full price and would receive their product. I called them stating I wanted the money that they charged me full price for (which I hadn't received) returned to credit card. They informed me, I wouldn't be able to get my money back until I sent the product back, that they had just shipped out!! No where in their website is this stated, it just says you have a 30 day guarantee to return the product if you're not satisfied!! Now do they tell you, you have to return the product BEFORE you get your refund!!

I've been using Femme Factor for about 2 years now on and off. I resupply whenever I can get the money to do it but I've only had positive experiences with customer support when reordering. No hidden charges, nothing shady.
Customer support is top notch too! Having a hard time finding it online now so I just order over the phone.
