I am rejecting this response because:This is absolutely not true I never stopped payment on anything The company did leave a message on my answering machine initially but they did not tell me what the problem was just that there was a problem I made numerous phone calls and was never able to talk to anyoneI did also call the corporate number and no one answered that number either I also forgot to mention that I emailed the corporate office after not being able to reach anyone by phoneI received no response from them I tried calling the number for the gym just a couple of days ago and no one answeredThe response was "there is no one available to answer the phone, good bye" and that's itNo option to leave a messageOn the second visit to the gym while trying to find out what had happened the girl told me that my bank had rejected the withdrawI told her that I had done nothing and didn't know why the bank would reject paymentShe gave me the code they had used to submit for payment which I took to my bankThe bank said that the number they submitted was one number off and that was the reason it had been rejected I am going to check with my bank and see if they still have a record of the transactionThat should reveal who is telling the truth I have perfect credit except for this unfair blemish!

I am rejecting this response because: I would appreciate if the person that responded last look at the time line of events & communicate with your staff I am clearly being harassed by your establishmentI will repeat once again what has been stated many times before and well documentedFebruary 2, correspondence was made in person, with ***, requesting a copy of the contractShe stated she would find it and call me for us to review it together at the McHenry branchAlso a couple of emails were sent that week to corporate which I also have a record ofI am tracking everyone's name that I speak or correspond withThere was NEVER a response back from [redacted] regarding the copy of the contractSix months later a copy of my contract & only bill I have ever seen has only come from my complaint to & involving the Revdex.com's mediation.Again going back to February, I was advised by a lawyer to send a certified letter with my requests againAfter this letter was received [redacted] called 2/26/from your Riverbank gym thanking me for a $payment & stating she could not find my contract so she was closing my account My last response through Revdex.com to pay you $was very generous, as your records depict I only owe you $from February 2ndI have tried for months and counting to settle this with Fitness EvolutionI feel the corporation cannot be trusted so I need those other requests from my last response met as well if a payment is to be madeI'm very curious where the $amount is coming from? I am rejecting this response because:My membership was supposed to be cancelled on 11/5/with no more chargesI was informed that the two payments I made in September and October would cover the entire cost for my personal training through November 5, My bank account was charged a THIRD time after 11/5/for $for services I did not want nor have I receivedI want a refund for $that I did not authorize, but your team member, ***, signed me up forMy personal trainer, ***, was under the impression as well that I was only being charged until 11/5/and NO SERVICES AFTER! I also spoke to your team member [redacted] who said this was done to his mom and numerous other clients as well [redacted] signed them up for contracts they did not want.I have contacted your business several times since I have filed this claim and I keep getting the run aroundI am given wrong phone numbers for people "who can help me" and email addresses as wellI just want my money back for services I did not want nor receive

As there is a day notice to terminate any and all fees during that time need to be paid in order to cancel the membership The request was made on April 9th making the last month due in May There will not be a refund issued You have access to the facility through the month of May

We have nothing to do with the billing for personal training at this location Professional Fitness is the company billing you

Hi,The company does not show any attempt to cancel membership until 12/11/ At that time, the member paid a balance that was due on the account, but not last month dues The member had Stopped Payment on 12/dues, which would have been last monthThat was last payment charged on the accountThe company has terminated the membership, with all balances on account cleared

[redacted] The member was informed by the corporate office in January that it was past her day right to cancelThe member spoke with Wendy who also referred her to Heleneh from the PT departmentIf member can provide proof of her request to cancel within the day grace period, the company can issue a refund

At this time I'm not able to issue a refund as all those charges are valid charges on the account There is a $processing fee when there is a credit card on file, all of our fees are disclosed on the agreement that is signed by members I do apologize for the Manager not getting back to you to resolve this matter Please give me a call directly and I will be able to assist you with any further question you may have, I can be reached at ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I would like proof that that initial payment was made by meI have no debit/credit card ending in those digitsThe attachment you have provided me states no way whats so ever that I was ever contacted by your company in regards to any past due balanceYes, the number I have provided is the same as you have on file but I was never notified of this account or had any mail sent to mePlease provide me with documents of your company contacting meI am giving you until the end of August to correct this mistake with collections or I will have no other choice but to take this to court

I just got an response to my complaint that they are looking into itThe message said I have to respond within days or my complaint will be closedI received the refund form from Fitness Evolution, signed and mailed it back to them certified mail, along with a request to cancel my gym membershipI received an email from them advising that the refund can take up to days to be processedSo that will be around ThanksgivingThey also advised that my gym membership will be canceled as of 12/15/I would like this complaint to be open until I make sure that they don't take money from my account on 12/15/Thanks [redacted]

[redacted] has rejected my previous response and has requested a copy of his signed contract A copy of his contract has been sent and although it does not include a signature I assure you that the only way for the information to be in our computer system is if he filled out the contract on the tablet at the gym at the time he joinedA signature is requested and the member should sign before hitting enter to complete the processA copy of the contract is automatically sent to the email provided[redacted] then made his payment for the enrollment and the prorated dues for the month of February The contract clearly states that dues will renew automatically until the member cancels in writing The start date of his dues is listed as 9/1/14.The membership can be cancelled and the removed from collections but his desire for a refund of funds never received and request for "change the policy...scammed...this bogus policy" is erroneous and slanderous

I have a greivance with this company and I don't see how you are helping with situation Who do I contact to file a complaint towards Fitness Evolution so they don't continue stealing from people?
