I am rejecting this response because: As it states in the answer from Fitness Evolution people (where is my $304.00)?? I NEVER got it from them? [redacted] ***

I have issued a credit on your membership account for $ Next time the payment is made in club pleases advise the representative to look at your account so the fee is not billed I recommend updating your billing information to a checking account as there is no fee for the service

I do apologize for what is happening with the account We did notify the collection agency when that payment was made on 6/18/and have sent a follow up email in regards as to why this is showing back up on your credit report A letter was also sent to you in regards to this matter

I am rejecting this response because: Regardless of what the policy was to terminate the membership, I was not told the letter had to be sent via certified mailuntil I received two returned letters and made phone callsThere needs to be better communication between employees and membersOr maybe better trainingStill requesting a refund and will continue to do so, because this is ridiculousI know you have means to issue refundsAll businesses do

Our company has no record of the member's cancellation on file.If the member can provide proof of cancellation (cert letter receipt) we willbe able to waive necessary chargesIt appears that the member stopped payment on the account in January, making all further charges valid at this timeIf the member is unable to provide proof of cancellation, we can settle for 65% of the balance ($128.05)

The response has been read Apparently the complainant refuses to adhere to the rules of the Membership Agreements signed by himself and his wife There is no further recourse at this point

Hello, On 12/16/15, the member was sent a refund form for $in personal training mischargesThe company has not received the form back from the member in order to process and issue the refundThe member's account has since been terminated

Hi ***The collection calls were likely before I waived your balanceNow that your account is cleared and closed you won't receive any more of those callsIn addition I waived the 30-day notice requirement so that you weren't responsible for another month of dues as outlined in your agreement, but find that your first month of charges are valid for your usage in October.Your agreements are attached
