There is no documentation on file for any of [redacted] ***'s claims-neither the "on hold" or cancellation No dates have been supplied to substantiate her claims and as for every membership everything must be done in writing-joining, changes, cancels, and the letter received by this office strongly indicates that "cancelled with the manager" was done verbally or by phone.We stand by our previous response

In order to terminate any membership the policy applies to all members, the account must be in good financial standings in order to terminate the membership There is a day written termination request that needs to be submitted either in club with a Manager or via certified mail, any and all fees incurred with that time needs to be paid in order to complete the request If the fees are not paid the account will remain active I do show you made a payment over the phone to the local facility on 12/11/2014, at this time your membership is terminated Please note if the payment is returned for any reason included but not limited to charge backs, insufficient funds, etcthe account may be referred to collections

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: At fitness evolution the membership agreement is fill out by the manager or the registry at their gymThey only ask you to initials, not on their computer but on the credit card machine after you have swipe your cardI have never received any email from fitness evolution after my registration with theirl believe they dont even know my email addressSome of the small bussiness owners are mostly out there to steal from their customers and fitness evolution is one of theml was at fitness evolution on the 22nd of november at 3:32pm to cancel my membership with them and they refused to cancel my membershipThey told me that l still owe them, after stealing from my account for five good months they still have the mind to tell me that l still owe theml had only one month of training with them, l was not told by the personal trainer non the manager that l have to cancel within the second month of the trainingl didn't receive any copy of the contract or agreement to remind me that l have to cancal with in the second month of tne trainingnot even verbally by the personal trainer Tell me how am l supposed to know what they have on the contractThe personal trainer admited that it was her fault by not telling me that l have to cancel in the second month before her managerDuring registration at fitness evolution they do not tell you anything about what is in the contractThey only tell you what the $package have and the $package dont have Regards, [redacted]

Hello,The total contract value is $which gives the member the right to cancel the contract within daysI have attached the membership agreement which the member signed on 5/We do not show any records of a request to cancel this until 6/9, as attached letter statesThe signed agreement states that the agreement is for a term of monthsWe will set the contract to end at the end of that time frame, so it will not roll over past the monthsIf the member would like to request a freeze, we can push back the contract as a courtesy

This member was caught on several occasions free lancing promoting personal training in the facility The member was first warned advising her this was not allowed at the facility Several days later she continued to pass out business cards at this time the member was advised that her membership was terminatedWe are hereby terminating your membership effective immediatelyPer section of the membership agreement you signed you are in violation of the gyms rules and regulations regarding undesirable behaviorWith that said it also states in the same section of your contract if we terminate your contract due to what we deem at our sole discretion to be undesirable behavior you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of initiation fees or dues paid to the date of terminationIn addition, since you are no longer a member of Fitness Evolution, you are no longer allowed on the premisesIf you are found to be on the premises, we will consider this to be trespassing and the authorities will be contacted In regards to the other family memberships they are still active We do not issue any refunds on paid in full memberships

Positive: when you first start up with this gym everyone is nice friendly smiling and very warm and very helpful but it's only to get you to sign up. NEGATIVE : after I signed up with Fitness Evolution I was completely ignored. The staff was not as friendly. I've had issues with billing on more than one occasion. I was told when I signed up there will be no contract and I'm still getting billed even after I cancelled my membership. I spoke to a manager and he was extremely rude he talked to me in a manner that a manager should never talk to a customer. When I ask for it his boss's number he gave me the run around and I have still yet to been in contact with anyone other then the rude manager to talk about the issues that I've had with this gym.

Both of the accounts have been terminated making the last month due is for May There will not be a refund issued
