This is the only email I received from them confirming my cancellation with them. I was told that this was an email that was within their company but once again was not the way to go about this. My question is why would they tell me it was cancelled if this wasn't the right way to go about this?

completely wrong. There was never an "agreement " for six months of trainings. Considering that you can't keep your employees from quitting after a few weeks, how do you even know anything about this problem? You never called, email to ask me anything. $1200. Was stolen from my credit card to your dummy corporation, you don't give the money back because no one will do anything about it. This is not only happening to me, I've talk to other people that Fitness Evo. Did the same thing and Never got the money your corporation Stole from them as well.Lucky I saved all the emails from the ficilety explaining the ordeal, you can read them. I'm sick of repeating myself. I know Fitness Evo has some scam going on, stealing money from Credit cards, and no one who can help get your money back, A Good Business doesn't Steal from its members or from anyone. Why wouldn't you give the money back, because that's not part of your scam. SHAME ON FITNESS Evolution.

I am rejecting this response because: I was never given a copy of the signed termination request form that I filled out in the club. The manager at the front desk assured me it would be taken care of. It is ridiculous that I am just now hearing back from someone, after contacting the Revdex.com, and have been sent to collections without even being contacted; I never received a voice message or letter in the mail of any kind. This is an absolutely unfair and poor business practice. There should be a balance of $0.00 as I tried the gym once, cancelled the same day in person with a manager and previously paid my $19.99 +tax for one month of use of a ’No Contract’ membership. Please clear this from my account immediately.

The member is still using the facility. I have attached his usage report. A refund will not be issued due to the fact the member is still using the club. If he
would like to take our offer, we can terminate his membership.

Per the notes on the member's account, member was aware that the full balance must be paid in order to fully process the cancellation. Only a partial payment was made. The member was contacted in September and October regarding the open balance. We did not hear back from member.

I am rejecting this response because: I have tried multiple time to reach someone via the number provided, no one answers the line and there is no option to leave a message. I am now awaiting a response via the email provided. Nothing has been resolved as of yet and no one has reached out to me.

Regarding My Complaint of Fittness Evolution:
I rejected their apology because it did not offer to reimburse me the money that I lost, due to their neglegience.
So I Called Mr. [redacted] of Fitness Evolution.
He listened to my story, checked out the complaint and offered me a credit of $105.45 which is what I paid to the collection agency, for their mistake.
 
I accepted his offer and the matter is now closed.

the account for $44.97 (3 months worth of dues) instead of $239, and remove from collections.

I am rejecting this response because:  I clearly stated that I would give the service for 3 months with their representative. I paid CASH for the 3 months in advance.   No one in their corporation would speak to me reasonably about this issue after the 3 months expired.  No one said to or asked me to terminate the service in writing.   They just sent it to a collection agency which has put a dent on my excellent credit score.  Their flyer and corporate motto clearly states: only $9.99 per month "NO CONTRACT".    This is very misleading.
 In addition, I have never seen an invoice with the charges they claim I incurred.  The service was used for 3 months and no other service was used afterwards.  They are a fraudulent and misleading company that should be taken to court on this matter.  I am sure they extort many additional fees to many others in the same manner.  I would appreciate someone from their corporate office who knows how to speak to a human being in a reasonable fashion to contact me personally about this matter and take it out of collections in additions to an apology.

The member did send in a request to terminate the membership, however, the request was denied as there was a balance due on the account.  The account did remain active as we are not able to make any changes to the account when there is balance due and was referred to collections for non...

payment.   At this time there is a current balance of $209.94 we are able to accept a settlement payment as previously discussed of $126 to settle and close the account.  To make the payment you can either go in club or call [redacted].

[redacted]With our paid in full memberships we are not able to refund any unused time if a member is requesting to terminate the membership.  I do apologize but the information that was received to terminate the membership applies to our month to month memberships that do have a 30 day notice to...

cancel.  What we are able to do is transfer the membership to someone and they will be able to use our facilities through the end of the year that is set to expire on 1/4/2017.  To make the transfer you may go into your local facility and have the member provide a valid id and we are able to make the change.

I am rejecting this response because:Corporate has only returned one of my calls. They told me they have to verify my claims with the general manager that I spoke to at the time of canceling the personal training contract....

They have since not returned any of my calls, or explained what these supposed costs are for. They continue to try and bill my account 3 times since I filed this complaint. Once for $480 and twice for $580. I've had to since close my bank account and this continues to cause stress and financial difficulties in my life. I want everything cancelled and all of the money I spent on the personal training sessions refunded since I never received a single legit training session.
