We have reviewed *** ***'s complaintAfter further review, the order was marked as delivered by the seller on July **, 2017, it was then marked as completed automatically by the system days later on July **, When a seller marks an order as Delivered by sending a Delivery message,
buyers have days to request a revision (which keeps the order open), to request a cancellation, or to mark the order as Completed by leaving feedbackIf the buyer does not take any action at all, the order is automatically marked Completed days after deliveryAt that point, a 13-day grace period begins, during which Fiverr can cancel the order for the buyerIf a request for cancellation either from Fiverr, the funds become available to the seller for withdrawal once that 13-day grace period has ended.*** *** contacted Customer Support on August ***, more than a month after the order was marked as completed and out of the cancellation periodCustomer Support on ticket #*** informed him of not being able to cancel the order for the reasons stated aboveFurthermore, communication between them and the seller has been active and the seller has been working with them on multiple revisions for the logoWe ask that *** *** follow up with Customer Support on ticket #***, and provide them the proof of the logo having copyright issues which they have not mentioned to them as of yet

The seller did NOT contact me even onceOnly after contacting Fiverr several times - to ask why my feedback is being removed, did the seller contact me
See attached screenshot of the conversation, you can see on the first respond from Fiverr saying *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** ***
Fiverr DID remove it without my permissionThey removed it right away, first thing without contacting me firstThey do not believe my bad experience I had with the seller, and therefore they only believe what they want, and what the seller is telling them, which is untrue
Fiverr did not mention a word about something being wrong with the feedback, and only after removing the feedback several times, you can see Fiverr’s next respond stating to contact the seller(Which Is totally unnecessary in my situation)

We have reviewed *** ***'s complaintThe reason that his withdrawals were disabled were due to the fact that our Customer Support Team received complaints from his buyers about issues with their ordersFor security concerns, Fiverr may temporarily disable a seller’s ability to withdraw revenue
to prevent fraudulent or illicit activityThis may come as a result of security issues, improper behavior reported by buyers, or associating multiple Fiverr accounts to a single withdrawal providerThe target issue was two orders in particular ***, *** which totaled $They were ordered back in March As it turned out with those orders, *** *** marked the orders as delivered under pretense to try and manipulate the delivery system because he wasn't meeting the deadline that was agreed uponHe told the buyer the following, on the delivery of both orders:"Hi I wanted to mark this portion of our deal as delivered although its not 100%, unfortunately fiverr penalizes us for delivering projects late (See attached) however this one isn't since we have a two part agreementI hope this is okay with you as I am here currently working on the siteI will touch base with you later this evening.""Hi sorry once again I need to deliver this because it gives my fiverr account a bad reputation because I am late."*** *** admitted that he had not completed the work, but yet marked it as delivered for completionSellers must deliver completed files and/or proof of work using the Deliver Work button (located on the Order page) according to the service that was purchased and advertised on their GigNone of that was done, and when looking through both orders which got marked as completed, there was never any proof of work being done or completed*** *** had numerous delays on these orders, but did not have an issue withdrawing the $(Which was the amount the seller received in total, since sellers on Fiverr receive 80% of revenues on orders), when the funds had cleared for those orders back in April. When the buyer got tired of waiting and had to purchase additional materials for these orders, *** *** told the buyer the following "Feel free to dispute this gig ...seriouslyAm done"Once *** *** informed the buyer of that, they reached out to Customer Support feeling deceived for over months on orders that *** *** did not complete and had already taken the funds forCustomer Support rightfully froze *** ***'s withdrawals, and were told why their withdrawals were disabled. Furthermore, *** *** owes Fiverr the money from those orders ($560) which have now been cancelled for the reasons stated aboveNot providing a service that was already paid, is fraud.The claim is without meritDue to breaking our Terms of Service and committing fraud by taking the funds from orders that were not completed and falsely delivered*** ***'s account has been disabled

This is the only account I have ever had and it was closed almost immediately after I opened it If there is another person with my name, surely they do not have my same address There is no way they could already have an account in my name Before two months ago, I had never even heard of them I also read several articles online after they closed my account that they were closing people's account and keeping their money This whole thing sounds very suspicious to me

People shouldn't have to file a Revdex.com complaint to get a response from a "startup"

The confusion may be that my account name is under ***, user name ***, while my email address has stayed the same at ***. I have requested a change from *** (which was an old e-mail address of mine that I still have access to), to ***, but fiver has never changed it.I have contacted Fiver many times with the information they are requested now. I think it would be so much easier to talk on the telephone one on one with someone from this company and myself. I do not know why they do not want to do so. That said. The problem is that I purchased a "gig" through Fiver which is in essence a job to be performed. The person who performs the job gets paid through Fiver and Fiver gets part of the fee and also gets a user fee. While each gig is not a lot of money given how many gigs are bought and sold I can imagine that Fiver earns millions of dollars. That said, my problem started when my marketing adviser as part of our marketing plan had me hire various fiver gigs for different marketing jobs including website stuff, app stuff, video stuff, brochure stuff, and the gig in question which had me hire a person to review my business (perfectly legal). Now I paid this person (lets call them seller) to review my business, fiver takes a cut of the fee paid for being the middleman, I am happy with the review and I even tip Seller (which Fiver) also gets a cut of), a day or two later Seller starts blackmailing me and tells me he is going to "expose me" for buying reviews. I contact Fiver and they will not do anything about it, they will not even tell me Seller's real name and contact number so maybe I can stop him before he does anything. Sure enough Seller does do something and smears my good name all over the internet on sites like "rip off report," he even attaches copies of the private correspondence we had over Fiver, so I know exactly who the seller is.I file a police report which can do nothing, I contact the seller's email provider which cancels his email address, but I do not know if this Seller could be my neighbor or across the world I find out that "rip off report" will never take the nasty stuff down, so I am stuck with it. So I paid Fiver for the privilege of letting one of their Agents blackmail me. While they stood backed and watched. They could have sent Seller an e-mail when I first contacted them and said stop blackmailing her or we will not let you sell on Fiver again, but he is still selling today, perhaps doing this to others. What I would like to happen is for Fiver to do the decent thing and not let this guy to sell on fiver ever again, to let me have his name and contact information, he has mine, why should I not have his?, and the money that I paid him for this gig and his tip (this is not much but it would make me feel better). If this is not done I request every dollar that I every paid Fiver for every gig that I every bought on their site going back several years as they took my money under pretense that I would be safe from predators like this because they were working as middlemen. Thank you

I joined Fiverr and immediately closed my account when my email account became full, everyday, and everyday since, with spam mail from 3rd partiesMost of these 3rd parties seem to originate in California, near the L.AareaI have written to Fiverr, requesting them to take me off the email listI have unsubscribed from 50-email sites, but the spam continuesProbably or so per dayThis practice, even if legal due to the 'fine print', is not tolerable or appreciatedI certainly hope you can do something about this practiceThank you very much...*** ** ***
