After reviewing *** ***'s update on this matterFiverr never told him that there was a technical issue with the feedback, we did inform them to work things out with the seller as they contacted *** *** numerous times about the feedback they originally leftFurthermore, we contacted *** *** through the ticket they had opened with usAccurate feedback is not removed without buyer consentThe integrity of our feedback system is of the utmost importance and any feedback that does not meet our community standards may be removedWhich was the case with *** ***'s feedback after our agents reviewed his feedback and what the seller delivered and was more than willing to assist them on the order. Since this had been an ongoing issue for over a month, the day window which feedback could be left on the order expired and this is also the reason we instructed *** *** to try and work things out with the seller, since they were clearly not satisfied with the work they received. *** *** has already been refunded as he wished on his original desired settlement

timely mannerIn fact, I requested mutual cancellation seven timesNever did the seller ask to complete the order instead of cancellation, rather the seller grew derisive to me and uncooperative to Fiverr's own policyI was in contact with agent Tara for about two unduly long weeks, in addition to, after the order was falsely marked complete on September **, The seller and agent Tara were fully aware that the submitted item marking the order complete had nothing to do with my order, and the seller confessed this submission error on September **, Agent Tara protracted the entire cancellation process, and when asked for proof that the matter was escalated to the appropriate department she stated she would do, she abandoned reply and allowed the seller to receive full payment for an unmodified orderThis entire process involves gross dishonor and disrespect to its own policy, disregard to buyer's facts and consideration, dishonesty and stealing on Fiverr's part. I notified agent Sheana that I planned to contact other agencies and possibly news stations of how this process reached this disappointing point due to Fiverr's faulty and broken customer support service, particularly with the process headed by agent Tara]

The designer has spent a great deal of time on this logo design He and I have been working together for days and he still isn't able to provide me with a logo that I'm satisfied with I paid for the 'unlimited revisions' package and have had to spend a great deal of my time showing him designs and fonts because the work he produces on his own is *** and amateurish Also, each time I send him a revision request, it takes him up to days to respond, which prolongs the process even further.I think this guy deserves the $for his time spent But I'm disappointed with Fiverr that they don't do a better job screening designers to make sure that they can actually provide quality work I thought that, in using Fiverr, I had some reassurance that I would be working with someone with some talent No, not the case.I'm sorry that Fiverr isn't reputable enough to return $to a dissatisfied customer The actual designer refuses to give me a refund I've asked him In the meantime, I am now in logo design limbo waiting for the design to be finished because the designer takes such a long time with each revision He is also trying to avoid getting a low rating from me but, unless he finally provides me with a design I like, I can't give him a good review Its a lose lose Shame on you, Fiverr

The reason why I marked the order complete and gave your seller (who is a complete scammer) positive feedback (and the reason why he has a 100% rating by the way for positive feedback from thousands of other buyers with rare to none as far as negative feedback, is because after your seller does an unsatisfactory service, he the tells the buyers to mark the order as complete because time is running out to complete the orderHe then tells the buyers, like myself, to go ahead and give him positive feedback while he in turn will work to correct the issueAt that point most buyers would say ok, because we actually do need the service doneFiverr has several different sellers who are scammers on their network and for whatever reason they are allowed to get away with it and get away with the hard earned money of buyers like myself who look to get a legitimate job doneI guess I've learned my lesson that if you want a legitimate job done then to stay as far away from a company like Fiverr as possibleFor me to actually have to go to the Revdex.com to resolve this and for Fiverr to make absolutely no effort to police the fraudulent activities of what goes on in their network is irresponsible on their part

USER BEWARE
Well I thought it was going to be great, I found a gig to buy for $so I clicked buy gig and it took me to PayPal and said $and a 50cent processing feeI said ok and realized it didn't buy the gigIt just put $in my account
Well that's -right off the bat for intentionally misleading customers into thinking they are buying from a sellerInstead we are buying virtual currencyOk that's fine I take my $pretend money they gave me and clicked buy gig again the same one
Well I put the information in and no matter how many times I put it in it would not accept the gigI tried to cancel it but the gig seller said I would have to do a custom gig to buy form him ? well why does it not say that ? (the user is not allowed to cancel the order only the seller is)
it said I could buy a gig for$it lied I gave him my order and he said that will be $dollarsWell that's why it wouldn't let me do the $gig another misleading trap trying to take peoples hard earned money
They are down to that's another -I moved on to another seller for a $gig and this guy did nothing buy copy and paste some words onto a picture he has already done for other clients and called it my own creation that he worked hard on just for me
Well I gave him stars said thanks told fiverr what I thought of them and closed my account They have taken $from me by misleading me and also hours of my life I cannot get backI will not spend more hours trying to get back the $that I know they will not send so I'm just complaining and leaving it at that
I advise everyone to stay away as you can end up losing hours of your time and your money

It is true that I was furious while chatting with the buyer but not everything that was said by me was trueI did not nor have any clue of the hackingI only tried to fake this whole process because the buyer was rude with me and did not bother explaining to me what exactly he did not like about the delivered orderWhat I don't understand is why Fiverr refused to give me a second chance even though this was my first negative experience with a buyer? I do regret some of the sayings but I was very mad and I felt as if the buyer intentionally bought the gig and tried to cancel the orderI did not refuse the cancellationI asked him to remove the negative feedback and unfair feedback, otherwise I was not going to cancel it.I really hope Fiverr will allow me a second chance and this won't ever happen again
