I've attached two screenshots showing I do not have access to these pages I don't think it is a browser problem because I tried *** and *** and received the same error message I don't think it's really a timeout because my connection speed is 50mps fast enough to stream videos on two TVs at the same time I'm online I don't think it's an https:// problem because I can access my online banking with no problem That leaves my account which has been frozen for quite some time There are limited things I can do on my account It was never fully restoredI cannot take my money out until it's fully restored I can't access any of the help pages or submit a ticket When I responded to emails with earlier tickets, my emails were ignored

We've reviewed the complaint opened by *** ***Upon review of her original requests, she did not provide Fiverr Customer Support any details surrounding her alleged
experience on Fiverr and we were unable to locate purchases made from the email address providedImmediately, *** *** requested our Legal counsel to be involved in an issue we were unable to verifyFollowing a review of *** ***' request by our Legal counsel, we have reached out to her (Ticket #***) to validate her claim through Customer Support and will be required to share more details in order to understand the original issue which will be reviewed again by Fiverr for the best course of action

As a recommendation to Fiverr, people should know from the beginning exactly everything you will need (whether at that exact moment or later) So basically, you need to make know, that you will one day or another request ID

his client and to Fiverr, he should be able to retrieve his available fundsAs this is an escrow system, *** *** has $available for withdrawalThe remainder is still in escrow, as *** *** is well aware

We have reviewed the complaint by *** ***On November *** 2014, we advised *** *** in his ticket request #*** why his account was blocked which was due to a violation to our Terms of Service and that his account would not be restoredOn January *** 2015, we allow *** ***
access to his account to withdraw the remaining funds that was availableAt this time, *** *** does not have any available funds on his account and his account will not be restored since he has violated our Terms of Service, which he agreed to when creating an account with Fiverr

This because I wanted to provide work in a timely mannerI wrote the post in such a way that generated attention, and (unfortunately for me) it workedI apologize if my intentions seemed like those of which you are accusing me of, it wasn't my intention to put my account at risk, why would I? My clients love my work, they love my communication, they love the quality and the prices, I was making money and you were too. I've had almost a year as a TRS and always respected your rules, even when clients wanted me to work outside Fiverr, I refused several timesI've seen that you give others a chance to correct courseI kindly ask you to rethink the situation and allow me a second chance to correct course, I was made a TRS in less than a month so you recognize the quality I offerI am sorry and I've learned my lesson and will not try something of the sort again as I was ignorant about the strict rules in wording and insinuationPlease kindly reasses the situationIf you are still in the same position, it's a shame and I understandI would still like access to my account because I buy services a lot, and I'd like access to my favorites list, and continue to buy things from Fiverr users as I was doingCancel/Suspend/Delete my gigs and prevent me from creating new onesI just would like to continue using my accountThank you for everything
