They have banned me from Fiverr..I cannot write to customer service..They cannot answer my questions.Why customers should wait days ? I cannot explain why customers should wait days ? Why I cant write to customer service ? How will I write to customer service while my account is suspended...I have tried to write to customer service but they dont want to listen to me and banned me from customer service..they didnt inform me about their terms and conditions and they have bo right to diavle my account..I want answers for my questions and withdraw my monet immediately without witing days

We have reviewed Ms. Yennie's complaintShe already reached out to our Customer Support in ticket #*** and we explained to her the reason for disabling her account (arranging purchases off of Fiverr to enhance seller's ratings or to abuse the Fiverr platform using fraudulent
purchases)As clearly stated in our Terms of Service, Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of days, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr's approval and *** *** was asked to contact us at that point to assist her with withdrawing the remaining revenues

We've been notified by our Risk Management team regarding the aforementioned payments made to Fiverr by *** ***Our Customer Support team has been in touch with her with an update regarding her account and will continue to communicate with her on the progress of our investigation

We have reviewed the updated complain by *** *** As mentioned in our Terms of Serviced, which *** *** agreed to when signing up for a Fiverr account, "Fiverr reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services." In addition, our Risk Management team has identified with our payment processors that he used Fiverr with stolen credit card information in order to place purchases on Fiverr. If a business provides customers with a service, and there are customers who are dissatisfied; regardless of the ratio of satisfied to dissatisfied customers, I would deem it suitable not only to respect, but to also seriously consider the concerns and perspectives of those who are dissatisfied in order to grow as a business
Yes, I have been on both sides of thisI am both a buyer and a seller on Fiverr, which is why I can speak very strongly about my discontent as a dissatisfied buyer and customerI also operate a small business in real life, and I take any feedback that I receive very seriouslyThe only review I have ever posted to Fiverr online was in response to a buyer who was very satisfied with a service I provided on FiverrI was both quick and efficient in my delivery, and it paid offIt is my goal to deliver the same level of excellence each and every time
In contrast, I have reached a limit with the sellers I have communicated with on Fiverr; a limit that should have reached its peak a while ago without pursuit of resolutionI simply cannot grasp the thought process behind a seller not wanting to provide clear requirements to a gig upfront, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver a timely, quality product at all timesFurthermore, to have a company that turns a blind eye to buyer complaints that they classify as unimportant certainly does not assist in the matter
At the end of the day, Fiverr simply does not care about their buyers' concerns, and they allow their sellers to conduct business in whatever manner they pleaseAs I stated in my original complaint, something must be done to rectify this issueThere is something broken in their current business modelI will continue to move forward with this until we can agree on some form of resolution (I am open to other agreements), and Fiverr can assure me that they are taking preventative measures to help eliminate the influx and increase of buyer dissatisfaction - many of which go unnoticedI write every single word of this response with due respect in mindThank you.
