We have reviewed *** *** complaintAfter further review, we do see that the original agreement was for the work to be completed within a day timeframe and the seller confirmed thisSeeing as the order was very late and the seller failed to deliver it on time per the agreement we are going to

We have reviewed *** ***'s complaint*** *** was contacted in regards to why their order was cancelled (in Request #***)Unfortunately, *** ***'s order was cancelled due to the service not being completed per their order requirement and it appears that they failed assist the buyer on a
small change that was requested by the buyerIf *** *** has further questions that resolves around their cancellation, we will be happy to assist in their ticket request

We have reviewed the complaint opened by *** *** *** was advised in their ticket request #*** why their account was disable and why we are unable to cancel their ordersSince the orders were completed back in March and April of this year we are unable to cancel these orders
as Order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by Customer Support only up to a period of days from order completion date and also due to the sellers already obtaining the fundsIn regards to their account, unfortunately, due to the high amount of cancellations over completed order, on *** *** account, we are unable to restore their account as this is a violation to our Terms of Service

At this time, I have been contacted
directly by Fiverr, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***,The company has sent me e-mails saying that I had to file my complaint with them before the *** of April, if I did not, then my file would be closedI had tried unsuccessfully several times to lodge a complaint to no availTheir page would not allow me to do soIt is set up in a way that you cannot send anything at all to them....that's when I contacted you...I found out it was quite a scam!!

proof of work to the buyer on FiverrThe seller provided his contact information to the buyer, which is also against our Terms of Service, and their communication was primarily outside of FiverrA dispute was then filed by the buyer for the payment with ***, and the order was cancelled as a direct result of this *** disputeWe have explained to *** *** how the order was cancelledFiverr does not compensate sellers for orders when there is no proof of delivery

I have requirement and keywords, but the seller didnt work on anything, neither did the seller accept any Iof my keyword or access my website, how could an order delivered without ranking? What was delivered? My website not even finish yet.I emailed all the photos, requirement to fiver and responded on timeI have never trusted it, and asked repeated for refund, each time refused.I also have photos that I Did not accept the completion because I asked for cancellation and responded within the time frame.Its irresponsible for a website not to consider or look at the empty ranking, no keyword ranked, no worked was done and playing blame games. Its scam not to work on what is required and use the websites rules to get paid for nothing

His issue has been resolved from our side

As shown in the attached file my account according to Fiverr, was disabled due to a Buyers RequestI was fully aware of their terms of agreement and did not open more accountsAnd further more if I did they would NOT ACCEPT them because of the terms of agreement within their policySO IT WAS NEVER CREATED TO START WITHAfter Fiverr has done this to me and thousands of others, I do not trust they will GIVE ME MY CORRECT FUNDSCheck here: *** This is another one of thousands of customers Fiverr has robbedI have also made a formal complaint with Google Adwords because every customer I received was bought and purchased by meFiverr makes new customers sign in for accounts before allowing them to contact the service they are seekingFiverr has Highly Recommened service providers they have had for yearsIf a new service is receiving more customers than there Highly Recommened providers do, they say you are scamming their service, proof reread fiverr response to this complaintI am sure they handed all my customers over to who ever Fiverrs Highly Recommended service provider wasI build a business and they ripped it out from me with unethical behaviorsI feel I should continue pursuing a class action lawsuit and I hope the Revdex.com will provide Media coverage to this mannerThe more coverage about this the sooner these digital marketing platforms that are unethical behavior will be stoppedMost people start businesses that they depend onThe funds I was making on this platform was supporting my autistic daughter for the things she needsFiverr don't care about anything but cornering the market.
