Review: I contacted customer service in regard to ticket # [redacted] and ticket # [redacted]

the customer service rep was very unhelpful and did not care that the seller messed up my website

fivver has people on the site but they say they are not responsable for seller action

but I was out of money and lost money trying to repair a site that was messed up probably unpurpose

they did not take any action against the seller or remedy my issue in anyway

fivver should have got money from the sellers account to pay for the damages in my site im now out of 500$ and nobody caresDesired Settlement: $500 from the seller to pay fpor the damages of my site or any type of credit from fivver that seems right and punish seller for bad practices

Review: To be frank, I don't have much time to explain as I REALLY EXPLAINED A LOT to Fiverr.

Now the situation is, I am on streets with my kids and I cannot feed them just because of FIVERR.

I was a loyal seller having 220+ 5 star feedbacks with over 200+ Happy Clients. Even then, because of problems with fiverr website features. My Account was banned and they are not re-initiating it.

I loved my work and this is only the main source of income for me. I loved fiverr, but I was not knowing that fiverr will give me this result... THIS IS DISASTROUS! I need my account re-initiated on URGENT BASIS.Desired Settlement: They should understand sellers and their problems.

Many sellers work for their food, they leave all their works because of fiverr and make a career or profession. Don't spoil their life.

We have reviewed the complaint open by [redacted]. Unfortunately, [redacted] has violated our Terms of Service, by false delivering his orders to his buyers. As clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service, Using the Deliver Work button may not be abused by sellers to circumvent Order guidelines described in this Terms of Service. Using the “Deliver Work” button when an order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that order after review, affect the seller’s rating and result in a warning to seller. [redacted] was warned 2 times regarding this issue and they failed to acknowledge these warnings and continued false delivering his order. [redacted] was able to withdraw his remaining funds from his account on September [redacted] 2015 in their tickets #[redacted] Due to this violation, [redacted] account will not be restored.
