Review: I purchased as the "Buyer" from a seller on Fiverr, a custom website development. I made the custom order on December *, 2015 and agreed on $400.00 for the cost of the website design and development according to my specifications. A few days later on December *, 2015 the Seller contacted me stating my design was a little more complicated, thus, $200.00 more is needed, reluctantly, I agreed to $200, more, making the total cost $600.00, as the Seller assured me that I would receive superior work and top service for the funds. The product was set for a 12/**/15 deliver date. The seller however, messaged me stating she needed more time on the day of delivery, she then marked the order as delivered. She claimed she needed to do that under Fiverr rules, I said, okay o problem, she then stated delivery would be on 1/*, 1/* came and went, I reached out again, she apologized and stated deliver would be 1/* at the very latest. 1/* came and went. I contacted her several times from 1/* 1/** and 1/** and nothing she stopped responding to my messages period.

Action taken: On 1/** I contacted Fiverr support, about the issue and requested a refund for non-delivery, SUPPORT sent me a generic reply stating that the order was marked delivered and after the date of a refund. I replied back several times to support with no response. I then looked to take screen shots of the seller's request for extensions, and all the messages were deleted or no longer in my inbox from this Seller only. U then went to my bank and disputed the entire $600.00 charge and I am waiting the resolution. Fiverr has been okay to get simple tasks done, but this is certainly a rip off and support seems to careless, there is no way Fiverr can take my $600.00 and not deliver a website and walk away from this, I will take this as far as I can even a law suit if the issue is unresolved. Generic, uncaring customer support, and scam sellers for high dollars, and no accountability what so ever. Please assist me Revdex.com in any way that you can.Desired Settlement: I do not want to work with the seller again, I want a full refund of $600.00 so I can have the work finished by someone reputable.

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. It appears that [redacted] opened up a ticket request #[redacted], regarding this issue. [redacted], did not contact our Support team in time for the cancellation, as mentioned in our Terms of Service, "Order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by Customer Support only up to a period of 13 days from order completion date." [redacted]'s orders were marked completed back in December on the [redacted] and [redacted]. Our Support team has followed up with [redacted] in her ticket #[redacted] and we were able to refund the funds back to her in time. If [redacted] has any additional questions, she's welcome to follow up with Support. Thanks.

Review: To be frank, I don't have much time to explain as I REALLY EXPLAINED A LOT to Fiverr.

Now the situation is, I am on streets with my kids and I cannot feed them just because of FIVERR.

I was a loyal seller having 220+ 5 star feedbacks with over 200+ Happy Clients. Even then, because of problems with fiverr website features. My Account was banned and they are not re-initiating it.

I loved my work and this is only the main source of income for me. I loved fiverr, but I was not knowing that fiverr will give me this result... THIS IS DISASTROUS! I need my account re-initiated on URGENT BASIS.Desired Settlement: They should understand sellers and their problems.

Many sellers work for their food, they leave all their works because of fiverr and make a career or profession. Don't spoil their life.

We have reviewed the complaint open by [redacted]. Unfortunately, [redacted] has violated our Terms of Service, by false delivering his orders to his buyers. As clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service, Using the Deliver Work button may not be abused by sellers to circumvent Order guidelines described in this Terms of Service. Using the “Deliver Work” button when an order was not fulfilled may result in a cancellation of that order after review, affect the seller’s rating and result in a warning to seller. [redacted] was warned 2 times regarding this issue and they failed to acknowledge these warnings and continued false delivering his order. [redacted] was able to withdraw his remaining funds from his account on September [redacted] 2015 in their tickets #[redacted] Due to this violation, [redacted] account will not be restored.
