We have reviewed the complaint sent in by *** ***The incident began with *** *** reporting that the account in question was compromisedUpon reviewing this incident with our Risk Management team, we have promptly canceled the orders reported and reviewed any associated parties
related to this incidentAlthough *** *** claims there is a disputed amount of $357, the total of reported orders was only $and this entire amount has been refunded back to the credit card used to purchaseTo clarify our payment system to *** ***, funds from cancelled orders can be reused on Fiverr without requiring new payments to create new ordersAfter contacting *** ***, we have requested basic materials to verify the ownership of the account to confirm whether or not we are discussing sensitive account information with the account owner*** *** has refused to provide the requested materialsUntil further review, and since we cannot verify ownership, the account in question has been restricted from purchasing for the owner's protection*** *** is invited to send the requested materials to reinstate the account and assure it is secure

We have reviewed the complaint open by *** ***We noticed that *** *** contacted our Customer Support team in #***, informing us that the seller was unresponsiveOur team suggested to *** *** to reach out to the seller, to see if the seller would be willing to resolve this
issue with the orderBefore stepping in to consider cancelling this order, we wanted to make sure that all communication was attempted to reach a mutual agreementBeing as this was not the outcome, we have went ahead and cancelled *** *** order and the funds are now available in his shopping balanceIf *** *** has any other questions, he's welcome to follow up with our team in his ticket request #*** and they will be happy to assist

We have reviewed the following email updates regarding Complaints Report #***After further review, we have noticed that *** ***, did not update our Support team in his ticket request #***In order for us to fully verify his account, as is our Security protocol, ***
***, was required to send the following and failed to provide this information: " a Fiverr-related *** transaction ID that corresponds to the FIRST *** account used on the Fiverr account in question(a withdrawal transaction ID)." This information was required back in Oct2015, as of today, he still has not provided this piece of informationIf *** *** would still like to change his *** email address, he's welcome to send in a new ticket request, with the required information for Support to further assist

We have reviewed the complaint opened by *** ***As mentioned to *** *** in her ticket request #*** by our Customer Support team, there is a grace period of days after an order has been marked Completed during which we can cancel an orderAfter that time, the seller is able to

We have reviewed the updated made by *** ***Seeing as *** *** has added her *** email to her Fiverr account, there was a 24-hour security holdShe should now be able to withdraw the funds available in her Fiverr accountOur Support Team did not inform *** *** that her account will be restored, we informed her of the date she can reach out to us to obtain the funds in her Fiverr accountAll the reviews on *** *** account were automatically removed by our system when her account was disabledWe did not personally remove the ratings, they were disabled along with her account.Again, *** *** should be able to withdraw her funds nowIf she runs into any other issues, she is welcome to reach out to our Customer Support Team, as previously mentioned

Then I think that you guys should have a horrible rating on the Revdex.com This is not a "better" business practice You have no training, no phone for questions, and horrible customer service I have yet to receive my credits on my credit card This is a terrible waste of my time Revdex.com score should be changed to 'F' score immediately A+ is a joke How much did you have to pay to get that score??

We have reviewed the comments made by *** ***As mentioned in our previous reply, the order does not qualify to be cancelled based on our Cancellation Policy and the terms of which her Gig was ordered (unlimited revisions until she is satisfied)Because the order is now marked as completed, *** *** is free to rate her experience with her sellerAdditionally, because we are unable to cancel the order, Fiverr has compensated her for the experience with an additional $to her shopping balance

Fiverr raised a question that I am running duplicate profile called "***" that is completely wrongIt's only a simple childish guess that I am running that profileOne can't raise question based on similarity of nameIf that will be true then almost all email service providers will have to deactivate millions of email account having similar kind of namesFor e.g***, ***, ***It seems like fiverr don't have any valid proof or path to deal with such guessesIf I am not wrong, fiverr provides individual a right to work on fiverr with individual profile with username of choiceFiverr never asked even a single time about any sort of documents like my driving license or my PAN card (tax ID in ***), etcI can prove that myself *** ***Likewise Fiverr must also ask owner of other profile. I checked on fiverr about that profile and found that Fiverr deactivated that another profile "***" and I am sure that they would have used same weapon of guess that, the owner of that profile "***" would be running duplicate profilesReally a funny story.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO INFORM Revdex.com THAT FIVERR BLOCKED MY PROFILE DUE TO WHICH MY BUYER WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATETHAT'S WHY BUYER WOULD HAVE CONTACTED FIVERR THAT HIS/HER PROJECT NEED SOME WORK FROM ME SO FIVERR RAISE QUESTION AGAINST MY QUALITY AND TOLD ME THAT I AM NOT PROVIDING SERVICE TO BUYER THAT'S WHY FIVERR BLOCKED MY PROFILE AND MONEYWHERE AS THE FACT IS THAT IT WAS FIVERR WHO GENERATED ISSUE TO MY BUYER AND AFTER THAT THEY CAUSED DAMAGE TO ME AND MY BUSINESS.KINDLY BAN FIVERRTHEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE AND PLATFORM TO WORK WITHTHEY WERE TRYING TO STEAL THOUSANDS DOLLAR OF MINE. Due to the violation of having multiple accounts by this users own admission to another user on the site, we will not restore the accountsFiverr's Terms of Service states the following: Fiverr reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.Violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.Furthermore, we will not be cancelling either of the orders of $and $73.50, *** *** placed on both accounts due to the fact that the seller delivered all the materials, they are looking to be reimbursed forShe will be able to access her $order on her naomimaccountAs for the $order it's located on the other account which we cannot go in to details about due to our Privacy Policy
