Thank you for your response. The solution you have provided is generally adequate. However, your policy for the 14 day review is incorrect. The last successful order and payment made through Fiverr is dated before 02/**/16, meaning today 02/**/16 is well over the 14 day waiting period. A demand for payment letter postmarked to your address in New York may serve as evidence of this date or to verify this schedule I am proposing. If I must wait 45 days for this clearance you are talking about I will, but waiting an additional 14 days is unreasonable at best. I am requesting this process be expedited and that payment be made before 04/**/16. Any subsequent delay will and I will proceed by taking legal action. Additionally, if I am made to resolve this issue through you customer care center, I will require priority support from your team. Delays in communication due to traffic will not be considered as an excuse for a delayed response nor a delay in payment (release of funds).

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. Unfortunately, their account has been disable due to violating our Terms of Service. As clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service, Fiverr condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards...

others. [redacted] made threats to the buyer they were working with, as well as hacking the buyer's website, all of which was done because the buyer did not cancel their order. On April [redacted] 2015, [redacted] was able to withdraw his remaining funds on his account successfully. [redacted] account will not be restore due to this violation.

We have reviewed further comments by [redacted] both here and in their support request #[redacted], and as a result of further investigation, their order [redacted] was cancelled and the funds refunded to their credit card. We've followed up with them in a new request [redacted] and if they need any further assistance, they can follow up with Fiverr support in the new request.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:In the above mentioned complaints I asked specifically what were acceptable gigs to create.I asked repeatedly.  There was no direct answer given. As of today, these gigs created after mine, less successful remain up, and active. In addition these NEW gig are active and searchable. All of these are "promotional" social marketing gigs: [redacted]Here's an example of why this is frustrating to me, and there is MORE:New Member since April 2015: [redacted] She's almost BRAND NEW!  How would she still be up. How does fiverr decide who they allow to stay up, who is offering the same gig I was, and came on years after me? Why was I singled out? I still have NO answer for that. That means I was or am/ being discriminated against, personally.In order to appease fiverr, and keep my account active -- I created different gigs, proofreading, ad creation, other specific promotional gigs, such as marketing an athlete- something I have done, and am great at -- wen fiverr decided to completely remove me without proper warning- NONE of my new gigs were appearing anywhere. So my effort at creating NEW gigs as requested was in vain. I then asked, if ALL my other gigs were not acceptable? And they once again referred to the "editiorial focus". I then asked, How is my proofreading gig, or creating an ad not in the editorial focus, to which I was told. I was now TOTALLY out of search, and had to wait 15- 30 days to "hopefully" be placed back in. Why? I broke no TOS, NONE of my gigs were ever denied, (if they had been maybe I would not have tried to created new similar ones), I had NO lates, I have a great reputation as a seller, and I have made fiverr decent money - respecting the forum, and venue since 2012.To penalize me, by taking ALL my gigs out of search, even NEW acceptable ones. Such as my proofreading, or writing an ad, or athlete promotion, is brutal, and unfair. It's not the way to treat a seller who has done nothing truly wrong other than ask questions, because of being confused at what appears to be a double standard.I asked in my complaint, that my name and new gigs, appear in the search and accurately- such as 24 hours, new etc. fiverr did not address that query, as such, this complaint is NOT resolved satisfactorily.I don't think I should havet to wait 15-30 days to be placed back - with my new gigs. as I DID nothing wrong, or against TOS, other than ask questions. I was given no warning before being told I was now out of search completely. I am now asking that my name and new gigs be placed BACK in search before 15-30 days as they were removed without just cause or warning and I did nothing wrong, and had no warnings or doing anything wrong. [Actually cancellation was eligible because the
seller was patently unwilling to make the modification I requested, nor in a
timely manner. In fact, I requested mutual cancellation seven times. Never did the seller ask to complete the order instead of cancellation, rather the seller grew derisive to me and uncooperative to Fiverr's own policy. I was in contact with agent Tara for about two unduly long weeks, in addition to, after the order was falsely marked complete on September **, 2015. The seller and agent Tara were fully aware that the submitted item marking the order complete had nothing to do with my order, and the seller confessed this submission error on September **, 2015. Agent Tara protracted the entire cancellation process, and when asked for proof that the matter was escalated to the appropriate department she stated she would do, she abandoned reply and allowed the seller to receive full payment for an unmodified order. This entire process involves gross dishonor and disrespect to its own policy, disregard to buyer's facts and consideration, dishonesty and stealing on Fiverr's part. I notified agent Sheana that I planned to contact other agencies and possibly news stations of how this process reached this disappointing point due to Fiverr's faulty and broken customer support service, particularly with the process headed by agent Tara. ]

We have responded to this complaint with no answer to our support requests nor to our Revdex.com response. The email that we have on the support request is [redacted]If that is the correct email, please check to see our multiple responses and provide the information.If that is not the correct email, she can contact us using[redacted]and open a support request. We don't offer phone support at the moment so we ask that she reaches out via email detailing who she is and that she made a Revdex.com complaint. We will be happy to assist.

We have received [redacted]'s complaint. After reviewing it we see that her Fiverr account has been restricted due to issue with her phone sms verification. Right now Customer Support has reached out to [redacted] on ticket [redacted]. We ask that she please follow up with Customer support on that...

ticket as they are aware of the issue and are trying to help her resolve the matter. As for changing her phone number and her security question issues, Customer Support will assist her with those issues as well. First we want to help her get her account restored and then we can proceed to helping her change her number, and helping her withdraw their funds. Fiverr is not trying to keep her money from her. The new ticket was created to her to avoid any confusion from the past tickets that she opened up with Customer Support.

We have reviewed the update from [redacted]. We will not be able to assist with the $120 refund [redacted] is referring to, seeing as the payment was done outside of the Fiverr platform and seeing as it appears that [redacted] paid this seller directly through [redacted] and not Fiverr. Since the payment was not within Fiverr, we cannot locate the payment on our system to process a refund. We strongly recommend [redacted], to contact [redacted] since it was a direct payment and since [redacted] will be able to assist him with the transaction directly. As mentioned, we already refunded the $26.25 back to [redacted] payment provider. But since the $120 is not within our system, we will not be able to assist with this transaction. If [redacted] has any other questions, our Support Team will be happy to assist in his ticket request.

I didnt create multiple accounts.I wrote them to explain the situation but they dont read the messages.They just auto messages.Why do I insist on this situatiin if I am guilty...I have worked hard was making good money.I have never created multiple account.Doing so, they are also bahving unjustly towards my eziting cusomers.There are customers to whom I promised to provide lifetime feedback..What will happne know ? There are big businesses with whom I built long ter relationship.I want the proofs that I opened multiple accounts.I have always been good to customers and never offered rubbish services to customers.They need to feel my consent.I am waiting for a reasonable answer from Fiverr,Inc.I kindly ask them to reinstate my accunt..There are scammers,spammers that are frauding people (crorkservice) but they are still on Fiverr..They are runing the lives of innocent people.Fiverr's Develpment Team already knows that they are spammig users and misleading innocent peopl,ruinig their lives.Am I supposed to act in thi way ? It appears that [redacted] contacted our Support team...

via Ticket request #[redacted] yesterday. As our Support agents mentioned to [redacted], there is a grace period of 13 days after an order has been marked Completed during which we can cancel the order.  This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service which she agreed to when signing up to use our site. Once the 13 days expire, the seller is able to withdraw the earnings from the order, and we may no longer be able to cancel it. Most companies have a warranty or refund policy and Fiverr is no different. This complaint is coming more than 1 year after the order was marked completed.    Since [redacted]'s order is from August 2016, we will not be able to cancel and refund it.  [redacted] is welcome to reach out to the seller and request the changes, but we will not be able to assist with her refund request. If [redacted] would like our assistance reaching out to the seller and helping mediate, she's welcome to follow up via her request to support #[redacted].

We have reviewed the complaint opened by [redacted]. After looking into [redacted] request, it appears that her order has not been started, which is why [redacted] has not received the final materials from the seller. Our Customer Support team did not receive a request from [redacted]...

It took 5 months and he still false delivered the order, which is a violation of our Terms of Service.  $92 will not be provided to this seller, due to the fact that Fiverr had to refund the buyer for the incomplete and fraudulent work. Seller owes Fiverr for the withdrawal of the orders and the $92 will be placed in paying back Fiverr $560 that the seller already withdrew. Seller was notified that their withdrawals was placed on hold due to buyer complaints.  Since the seller did not reach out to his buyer and instead filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, his account was permanently terminated by our Trust and Saftey team.  Any additional request, regarding these funds will be met with the same response.  Revdex.com must rule in our favor as the seller has stated in his own words (see our original response) that he false delivered . Fraud will not be accepted on our site and any further communication must be forwarded to our Legal department as we will be taking legal action to recoup the fraudulent withdrawal by [redacted]

 1. The [redacted] transfer does not work - cannot withdraw my funds2. Fiverr have insulted me - the Fiverr who you rate with an "F" is trying to project their gross and well-documented misconduct on me and when I try to leave quietly - as usual - their site doesn't work. So I can't close my account and leave. 3. Unfounded accusations of misconduct against me by Fiverr to cover their incompetence and as usual - lying about the date my account will be re-instated.4. No mention of the numerous source-code violations I documented - perhaps this need to be passed onto the legal teams of Clash of Clans, et al....5. Re-iteration of the fiverr policies which, as we can see by the numerous complaints (see Revdex.com rating) and frauds (source-code theft being just the tip of the iceberg) that accompany their activities serve to protect the guilty and punish the innocent. Vis-a-vi the cancellations and complaints I have made during my regrettable time with the site. Each one I am willing to go through in detail because they all involve fiverr protecting theft, fraud and incompetence. 6. I warned them this would happen months ago. A simple apology would have sufficed on their part, refunding my money and closing my account but they had to have the last word and play the Terms Of Service Card. 7. Finally let's compare my ratings and reviews from customers with theirs:They have 154 complaints against them and an "F" Rating with the Revdex.com.They are running numerous criminal scams.They persecute whistleblowers.....and so onMy reviews were all positive. All of which have mysteriously disappeared now. Pure coincidence obviously. 8. Just close my account, refund the money and I go away. I really don't want to be the hero who takes on the corrupt internet behemoth (a la Gawker). I'm not Peter Thiel, I just want my cash back and to forget that the likes of you exist. Close my account, fix your site - maybe both. I don't care. Just make a decision instead of being passive-aggressive, it's getting old.
