Fiverr is good only for the sellerThey keep on saying to work it out with the seller, and they are only sticking up for the seller, without answering me or listening to my questions and concernsThey listen to the request from the seller to have it removed, and they are removing it simply because the seller wants it removed
At this point Fiverr doesn’t even let me repost the feedback or add any other feedbacksWhy should they not let me post feedbacks? They should let customers leave feedbacks stating anything they feel is necessary to express without removing itFiverr never told me, up until now that the feedback is not true, can’t be proven or anything like thatFiverr never said that there is something wrong with the feedbackThey said it was a technical issue, and they’ll work on itMy feedback has been proven to be true to every word I wroteI already sent Fiverr the correspondence with the seller, in which he can clearly see that the seller didn’t want to give me the price before I first ship the item, and the price they gave me was not the actual price written on FiverrWhen I asked Fiverr to retrieve my previous feedbacks, they told me they can’t see the feedback once deletedThey lied, because now they can go back to all previous feedbacks I posted?
In addition, I did not keep leaving the same feedbacksIf they can go back to my feedbacks (Which I see now that they could) they can see that all the feedbacks I left are differentA feedback is not meant to have things worked out with the sellerThe seller can’t do anything about my experience I had with them at this pointIt’s simply an opinion about the purchaseFiverr should give customers satisfaction and not when a customer is disappointed should they give a harder time and stick up only for the seller which is dishonest

FYI- I first contacted you about this on June 9thYour response makes it seem like that our first correspondence was on June ***I had to open multiple tickets because everyone I spoke to assured me that the refund had been submitted and processed which obviously it hadn't

We have reviewed the complaint by *** ***Our Customer Support team has followed up with *** *** in their ticket request #***Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel *** ***'s order but was able to compensate him on this order, all of which was mentioned in #***, at this
time, the issue has been resolvedIf *** *** has any other questions, he is welcome to contact us for further assistance

The funds have been refunded back to *** ***s payment providersIt usually takes about hours for the funds to appear again in the credit card balanceBut it can sometimes take up to a week, depending on the bank or credit card companyIf she does not see the funds back in her account by October 5th, we ask that she follows up with Customer Support on Ticket #***

The seller did NOT contact me even onceOnly after contacting Fiverr several times - to ask why my feedback is being removed, did the seller contact meSee attached screenshot of the conversation, you can see on the first respond from Fiverr saying *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** ***Fiverr DID remove it without my permissionThey removed it right away, first thing without contacting me firstThey do not believe my bad experience I had with the seller, and therefore they only believe what they want, and what the seller is telling them, which is untrueFiverr did not mention a word about something being wrong with the feedback, and only after removing the feedback several times, you can see Fiverr’s next respond stating to contact the seller(Which Is totally unnecessary in my situation)

We have reviewed *** ***'s complaint that was opened on February **, What happened was that *** *** had two payments placed with the same seller and two orders and transactions were createdHe ended up filing a dispute with his payment provider on one of his ordersWhen that
happened, the funds were relinquished by Paypal and *** ***'s account was disabledAs filing disputes or charge backs is a violation of Fiverr's Terms of Service*** *** has Ticket #1*** opened, where they contacted Fiverr Customer Support and were explained what happened with their account and the steps they needed to take to resolve the issueWe ask that *** *** follow up with Fiverr on that ticketThe dispute they filed was closed out, and *** *** has been refunded the $back to his Paypal account, and his Fiverr account has been restored

Buyer beware! We ordered a whiteboard video, paid the requested amount and all we have is an empty dropbox folder to show for itI've requested they they supply the video or refund the paid amount and their reply is that issue is more than days old which is because I have been getting pushed off and told they would look into it etcDo not use them, there are other services that are better!

I was given a refund, but Fiverr failed to inform me of any policy changes on their end to ensure the sale of pirated images would stop. I also received no information on whether customers of the illegal Fiverr gigs were ever informed that they had no license to use the images they had purchased
